So, I ended up drinking, but the food was shite so I didn't really eat much!

Hangover today Blush

TheImprobableGirl · 24/09/2016 09:08

Haha thank you positive a 9 stone weight gain is quite a feat!!
I'm going to try my best again but I think the key will be to have a day preparing and freezing in advance!!

Buttwing · 24/09/2016 11:43

I feel thin today! I'm not, but I feel it I'm just going to enjoy having a thin day rather than a fat day. Maybe it's my hair cut! Dp said this morning "I really like your hair it looks cool and trendy like you've been dragged through a hedge" Confused thank love... I think!!

Anyway food-

B-mango, raspberries, passion fruit and Greek yogurt
L- not sure had a late breakfast so maybe a snack
D-I'm thinking of getting a cooked chicken and having salad.

Got a kids party then shed loads of ironing rock and roll Saturday!!!

ALemonyPea · 24/09/2016 13:11

Afternoon. Been on the go all morning, finally just sat down. Bought myself a size 14 jumper today. Granted it's massive and baggy, but hey, it's still a 14!

B: Fruit, yoghurt, Alpen bar
D: ham and egg salad (2 syns salad cream), bag of pufts (3.5)
T: chicken pasta, HEA cheese

ninnypoo · 24/09/2016 13:59

Morning everyone!

B: yoghurt + banana
L: tuna Niçoise salad
S: flat white (hex a) hi fi bars (hex b) some pret tiffin Blush
T; no idea. Got a friend visiting today and me, her and flatmate all feel unwell and are planning a duvet day so have a horrible feeling takeaway will be ordered.

Taking a minor victory in choosing a salad in pret though. I picked up and put down a falafel and Halloumi wrap like 20 times before I made a sensible choice. The cake was... Not so much.

froubylou · 24/09/2016 14:46

Hello all

Wore my autumn coat from about 4 years ago today. It has been in a suitcase for 3 years. It was slightly too big! Yay.

And I ordered a new pair of Uggs the other day from the Imperfects bit of the schuh website. I didn't realise they were mid calf rather than ankle boots and had a zip. Thought I wouldn't get them on my fat legs but they fit nicely. Whoop whoop.

And they were £70 instead of £200. Love a bargain! especially Uggs as I love them for winter but refuse to pay full or even half price.

Todays plan

B. Coffee
L. sw quiche and salad
T. Some chicken thing from M and S. It has a marinade on so won't be free but won't be too bad. With roasted veg and parmineter potatoes. Not sure on syns or b choice yet.

emwithme · 24/09/2016 17:53

YAY Lemony and Frouby re the clothes.

DH and I are both a little under the weather. Nothing that you can put your finger on, just a little bit meh, so it's instant curry tonight in the hope that that (a) makes us feel a little better and (b) doesn't knacker us cooking.

Today's food:

B: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato
L: Bolognaise and toast (Hovis Best of Both - 5 syns - with 2 syns of Clover and OMG it was the best use of 7 syns EVER)
D: Iceland curry - 1/2 portion of chicken saag, 1/2 portion of sweet potato with boiled rice
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

ALemonyPea · 24/09/2016 17:59

My BIL is visiting this weekend, and when he is here, all I want Tom do is eat Angry. I think I've stayed within my syns, but it's been a complete struggle.

ninnypoo · 24/09/2016 18:43

Takeaway has been ordered. Bugger!

ALemonyPea · 24/09/2016 18:48

What did you order? Haven't had a takeaway for bloody ages.

froubylou · 24/09/2016 19:22

lemony is it your bil who is a bit of a cunt? Tell him frouby says fuck off lol.

Ds has driven me to gin. We are potty training atm. It's gone really well until I had a bath. He wee'd on the floor when dp was getting him changed for bed. So dp put his napply on to get ready for bed.

ds did a huge poo, took his nappy off then put a pair of his new pants on. Sigh. He left his poo on the rug and told dp where it was which was helpful tho.

ALemonyPea · 24/09/2016 19:27

The very one. He has been checking everything I have eaten this weekend, because he is apparently in a diet, and was most put out when I said I was going to the gym tomorrow, as he hadn't brought his workout gear. Utter twat.

I am so glad I never have to do potty training, I don't envy you and you totally deserve a large gin.

froubylou · 24/09/2016 20:12

If anyone checked what I ate I would headbutt the fucker lol.

My sil is similar. Can't stand her and she knows it. I am uber, sickly sweet nice to her and it winds her up no end.

She has always been tiny. size 4 or size 6. However since she had her dd she has struggled to lose weight. I share my dieting tips with her as I know it annoys her immensely as I have always been the fat one. Now we are about the same size.

I would never ever normally make fun of someone's size but she really is vile. When I was a size 10/12 we accidentally wore the same dress/top to a family event. I wore it as a top with jeans.

She told everyone I had bought it as a dress but didn't have the legs for it. Bitch lol.

And she sent bags full of small clothes to a charity shop rather than admit they didn't fit and pass them onto my dd. My dbro phoned to see if she would like them. She would have loved them but when he mentioned he was passing them on she kicked off and told him she would leave him with their dd if he did. My dd was only 11 at the time and tiny so not like anyone would have compared them.

noodlezoodle · 24/09/2016 20:26

Hello all, I have been totally off plan for nearly two weeks now as we had family in town so ate out a lot, then went on a family trip to New York where I ate exactly what I wanted to. BUT I am not feeling too bad because I've only put on a pound, so it could have been much much worse. Must have been the miles and miles of walking I did.

However I do need to get a grip and crack on with things. I've still got 17lbs to lose so I'm thinking even a slow coach like me can probably lose that before Christmas (sorry to mention the C-word so early in autumn). I am grimly determined so we'll see how I go.

JustBoppinAlong · 25/09/2016 08:51

Does anyone do this without a membership? I have done it before about a year ago.
Have looked at all the groups near me and I'm not comfortable taking the kids with me. But none are when I am child free.

So I was going to join online but it doesn't give you the option to just pay for one month :( the cheapest one is £60 for 3 months which I don't have at the moment.

Feeling very depressed about how I look at the moment and want to get started today. But not sure which is the best option..

ninnypoo · 25/09/2016 09:09

Lemony

Our local Pizza Hut had an offer on- 3 larger pizzas, 3 sides, 3 desserts for £35. There was 3 of us so it seemed perfect. I only managed 4 slices of pizza, a couple of chicken dippers and some cookie dough (only!) but we worked out that just 2 large pizzas alone would have been more expensive than ordering all that food. We did the classic embarrassed 'oh there's more people here' to the delivery guy Blush

Now I just need to avoid the leftovers.

ALemonyPea · 25/09/2016 09:16

Justbopping, there is a code somewhere for free membership, you just pay £30 its to do with Stoptober.

Good luck avoiding leftovers Ninny, I love PizzaHut

ALemonyPea · 25/09/2016 09:18

Link here Justbopping

froubylou · 25/09/2016 09:25

Just bopping I do it weekly through a group but don't stay to meetings as ds is a rat bag. The first one you would need to stay for but now I just go, get weighed and come home. It takes about 20 minutes the group I go to, but there is a later group I could do which isn't as busy so could probably time it right and be in and out in 15 minutes or less. Would that be an option for you?

Had a lovely lie in this morning. It was dps turn to get up with the rat bag. Really needed it I think. Sisters big scan is tomorrow teatime, then we should know what is happening. And she is booked in for her thyroid out on Friday so it is probably going to be an emotional week.

Was really hungry last night after my tea for some reason. Had a packet of crisps then felt a bit shit. But will be back on plan today.

b. Coffee
L. dunno yet. Might do some mackerel pate and ryvitas with salad
T. chicken dinner with a fuck ton of veg.

JustBoppinAlong · 25/09/2016 09:25

Ohh thank you I think I can stretch to £35 lol.
Are most of you online members then?

I really need to get my bottom into gear.

JustBoppinAlong · 25/09/2016 09:32

It's actually £44 with the offer as it discards the free joining free offer. Still lots cheaper than £60 though.

OwlinaTree · 25/09/2016 10:41

Hi, can I join in? I joined on Tuesday to try to lose my baby weight. I've done weight watchers in the past, I'm impressed with how much I can eat on this plan!

Feel like I'm eating a lot, will be interesting to see if I've lost anything on Tuesday.

I've read through the thread, congrats on all the great weight losses, well done on getting to target em! I managed that on ww, but I found maintaining really hard, so I'm not setting such a low target this time.

Hope it goes well this week for your sister frouby. Fx.

ALemonyPea · 25/09/2016 13:59

Welcome Owl.

Pulled my calf muscle at the gym today. Limping around and in agony. Think I should quit, it's dangerous for me.

B: nothing
D: pulled pork, mash, veg
T: ham, egg and cheese salad, or cheese and veg omelette
Not sure what I'm having for HEB

JustBoppinAlong · 25/09/2016 14:35

Right I have taken the plunge. Joining a group tomorrow evening. Have started today though as much as I can without the books.

B: scrambled egg made with milk
L: muller light, alpen light bar, vimto light
D: will be making minced meat with chopped tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, spring onions and herbs.

Will then snack of seafood sticks if needed or muller lights.

ninnypoo · 25/09/2016 14:48

Back on it today and firmly ignoring the pizza!

Brunch: smoked salmon bagel thin (6 syns so counting as a naughty hex b)
Snacks: skinny sf vanilla iced latte (only managed half it made me feel sick) and some fruit salad
Tea: veggie omlette
