Heb is your B choice. HeA is your A choice.

Miserable weather here today so having a housework day. How bloody exciting.

Todays plan is as follows.

B. Coffee
L. Hm soup
T. Steak, new potatoes and just realised we have no salad left so probably veg from the freezer. Unless I go shopping later which a didn't want to do.

I have really gone off coffee. Am definitely not pg but I can really taste the fat in the milk for some bizarre reason. Am going to pick up some skimmed and try that I think.

I need coffee to function ffs.

Had a moment yesterday too. Hopped on the scales and weighed myself. Was sat later in thinking how good it is to be 13.3ish.

Then realised I am actually 12.3ish. And only 3lb away from being 11st something!

I haven't been 11 something for years!

EmilyK83 · 19/09/2016 11:04

You'll be 11 something before you know it, frouby!

Yesterday me and the boyfriend walked over to where my group's going to be when I start as a consultant in Jan...looking at places to leaflet in the area, places nearby where I could put posters up etc...forward planning I know when I've not even started training yet, but I want to give this my best shot!

Today's meal plan:

B - half HexB Benefit Light bar, frozen raspberries
L - leftover chicken curry from Fri night (hoping it's still ok...!) and veg
D - homemade burgers, SW chips, salad

Another cereal bar in the evening as my second half HexB, cheese on the burger as my HexA. Will probably delve into my froyo and teacakes stash for my syns...

All this talk of arroyo. I'm going to have to go get myself some.

Went on the gym this morning. Only stayed for half an hour, would have stayed longer had my sisters ex boyfriends wife not been there. Surprised I didn't drop down dead from the looks she was chucking in my direction.

Well done on the surprised stone loss 😁

Mummy you should really use your HEB every day.

Having an SP day today
B: Porridge (HEA HEB), melon
D: chicken tikka subway salad (slightly addicted)
T: Tuna salad with brown bun (2nd HEB)

Rastel38 · 19/09/2016 13:00

How many syns is Froyo?

ALemonyPea · 19/09/2016 13:01

The Waitrose one is 15 syns for the whole tub.

Rastel38 · 19/09/2016 13:05

Thanks Lemony, going to give them a try.
I'd never heard of them before this thread!

Buttwing · 19/09/2016 13:08

No wonder I couldn't find it online! I was looking for a product called Froyo!
Can't wait to try it.

RavenQueen · 19/09/2016 13:17

Afternoon all xx

Lemony I had to read that a couple of time's, my sisters ex boyfriends wife, lol, I've obviously not drunk enough coffee yet today, lol.

Is it just me that always feels more hungry on a Monday?
Today's looking like this
B. Coffee HEXA (350ml skimmed milk)
L. HEXB (wholemeal bread) ham salad sandwich
D. SW spaghetti bolognese
Syns cheese

ALemonyPea · 19/09/2016 14:38

You lot are such a bad influence. I've just spent 30 minutes in traffic to get some froyo from Waitrose. It's in offer as well, £2 a tub. Have bought two, but will give my friend one as well

user1474185230 · 19/09/2016 15:20

Froyo looks amazing ladies I will try and find some! Is it just in Waitrose? Xx

user1474185230 · 19/09/2016 15:21

Ps I have a day off today at a spa so mine will be an epic fail of afternoon tea! Xx

ALemonyPea · 19/09/2016 16:46

Yes just Waitrose. Just tasted some and oh my god it is delicious. Why have I not tried it in my 22 weeks of doing this. Might have to go back tomorrow and buy all the stock haha.

Bibs2014 · 19/09/2016 18:29

I need to go to waitrose!

Menu

Cereal, skimmed milk
Salad for lunch
Roast dinner

Mummyme87 · 19/09/2016 18:43

And I've just been to waitrose today. Damn it

ninnypoo · 19/09/2016 19:30

The Waitrose froyo is amazing! Going to have to go and get some now...

My top tip/recommendation- Milky-bar Mousse (has to be mousse, not yoghurt) in the freezer. Because it's aerated it freezes without crystallising so you get little portion of white chocolate ice- cream for 4.5 syns. It's lovely!

Today's meals:
B- nothing (some coffee mid morning?)
L- tomato pasta with HexA cheese
T- sticky chicken, rice and brocolli

Haven't even had any snacks today as have been crazy busy at work so still got my 2 cereal bars (HexB) and some fruit for an after tea snack.

WipsGlitter · 19/09/2016 21:25

I'm not losing as much as I hoped. But I'm not measuring my milk is that it? Or is it all shite?!

Today
B oatibix with raisins and milk
L salad and chicken and a nutigrain
D slimming world chicken and chorizo paella
Cappuccino

Buttwing · 19/09/2016 21:36

Wips are you writing downs syns? I always find when I guess it's always ends up being too many.
There are syns in raisins, nutrigrain and chorizo and if the cappuccino is whole milk it could be high in syns especially if you are having tea and coffee as well.

Buttwing · 19/09/2016 21:37

Glad everyone is loving the froyo!

WipsGlitter · 19/09/2016 21:45

No I'm sort of guessing them! I thought the recipe was free - will need to check more thoroughly.

The cappuccino was 60cals - what's that in Syns?

tabulahrasa · 19/09/2016 21:57

I make that at least 20 Syns...

Oatibix aren't a b choice and it's 9 for two of them, nutrigrains are between 6.5 and 9, then there's the raisins and the cappuccino

WipsGlitter · 19/09/2016 22:04

Eek!! They're flakes not weetabix type things. But even so!!

WipsGlitter · 19/09/2016 22:05

Is there a calories to Syns calculator? One of the reasons I stopped my online membership was the shite online offering.

tabulahrasa · 19/09/2016 22:11

The flakes are 5 Syns for 25g.

No, it's not as straightforward as calories per Syns.
