ALemonyPea · 15/09/2016 13:07

Nice one Emily!

Well done Apollo.

ALemonyPea · 15/09/2016 13:19

If I was to eat something syned that contained oats, and hadn't had my HEB that day, would you take 6 syns off and count that as your HEB?

tabulahrasa · 15/09/2016 13:34

Only if it had 35g of oats (dry weight) or more in it...

emwithme · 15/09/2016 13:57

Well done sixpence and Apollo

WI this morning - another 2lbs off (am bloody stunned). 9 lbs to target.

ALemonyPea · 15/09/2016 14:10

I think there would have been more, so will subtract 6 from what I had Tuesday.

EmilyK83 · 15/09/2016 15:14

Em and Apollo that's brilliant, well done!

ALemonyPea · 15/09/2016 15:49

So close to target Em, you'll have it by next month for sure!

Fourfifthsof · 15/09/2016 15:55

Hi all, finally decided to try to shift my baby weight - loads to try to get used to on the SW plan! Hoping to lose a stone by Christmas - do you experienced SWers think that is realistic and achievable?

Buttwing · 15/09/2016 16:53

Well done sixpence and Apollo!
Em blooming heck love size 8!! I would have let out a little squeeeeee!! In the changing roomGrin

Fourfifths totally achievable, I rejoined last week and I lost 4lbs first week and I had one naughty day, I'm hoping to lose 2 stone (or a close as I can get) by Xmas.

B-fruit
L-chicken tikka salad
D-chicken in sweet chilli and soya sauce, rice and padron peppers.

Lots of chicken, im going to end up clucking!

EmilyK83 · 15/09/2016 17:23

Definitely possible Four!!

Haha Butt, I did, just inwardly! And the smile hasn't left my face since, despite being given a ton of extra work this afternoon! 😃

Em when you wear them I would be tempted to leave the label hanging outGrinWink

ALemonyPea · 15/09/2016 19:25

I'm also wanting to lose 2 stone by Christmas Butt. Lets do it together.

froubylou · 15/09/2016 20:00

Wow Emily what aN achievement. You must be so chuffed.

Am feeling pretty shit about life at the moment and desperately trying not to say 'fuck it' and live on takeaways.

Haven't had anything to eat yet today but have gammon, veg and new potatoes for tea. 2 g and ts and a hifi bar for B choice. He ta in coffee.

Buttwing · 15/09/2016 20:30

Definitely lemony!! I'm so determined to do it (she says with spoon in the froyo!) or should I say to try as hard as I can to do get there. I'm 12 stone 2 and a half so if I lose 2 stone that would take me to 10 stone 2 and a half. My target is 9 stone 10 and a half which would mean a five stone loss. In all honesty I would just love to be 9 stone anything!!

Buttwing · 15/09/2016 20:32

Frouby it's so hard to stick with it it when things are shit just try and be kind to yourselFlowers and a few squares of Chocolate does anyone actually eat a few squares? Or is it just something celebs say?!

ALemonyPea · 15/09/2016 21:08

I'm not surprised you're finding it hard Frouby. Don't be too hard on yourself, if food is your comfort when stressed, then just do it, it'll help. Flowers

I have 3 stone 9.5 lb to get to target, so the 2 stone will be great for me, and I'll hopefully get tontarget by February.

BasinHaircut · 15/09/2016 21:11

I haven't had a good week Blush

froubylou · 15/09/2016 21:43

It's not so much it's a comfort more that I don't want to cook or shop or plan really.

I am so sorry to derail the thread from sw but it is a bit relevant as we all struggle with plans when life gets in the way.

I have cooked tonight and enjoyed what we had. Tomorrow is take away night and Saturday is dps turn to cook so have a couple of days off. By Sunday hopefully I will feel a bit more positive.

I have a tendency to not eat when things are shit. Then eat shit food when I need to. Then feel shit about the shit food I have eaten and feel out of control. When we had 2 bereavements in 3 months a few years ago I lost about 2 stone but looked ill with it and I don't want to do that.

I want a healthy loss which in have been in control of because then I will be able to control it not going back on.

I think I will feel a bit better when she has all her results back and a treatment plan. They still are only 99% certain it is cancer and there is still a tiny chance it isn't. But there is also a tiny chance it is the untreatable cancer or that it has already spread. Fucks sake.
