Hi, haven't been on here for a while as I have been on holiday and work has been driving me mad.

Weighed in last night - 4 lb loss and got my 2.5 st award. I now weigh 14st 7 down from 17st 3 when I started SW in May

I am now 1st 3lb from target

Wish me luck! first weigh in since rejoining this morning. Been good all week except for Saturday when I had prosecco, tortilla chips and cakeBlush so we shall see!!!

Had my WI this morning and lost a 1lb which I am happy with all things considered.

Sister off for a full biopsy later so we will know for definite it's the treatable type of cancer.

Fingers and toes crossed.

Meals today will be a jacket potato later. And that's as far as I have got.

Well last night I made SW burgers and I must say they were fab!!! Even OH enjoyed them and said he was totally stuffed. I was meant to make SW chips but that didn't go to plan so ended up fries which were 5 syns and I did have one on a bun, not sure of the syns for that though and I can't imagine 1 bun being 10 syns?!? But plate was filled up with salad and gherkins, lol. Today is looking like this

B. Nothing
L. Fruit and yogurt
D. Sw chicken curry and rice
HEXA milk

L pasta and chicken salad with tomato dressing. Arla protein 1 syn
Short run
Ryvita and peanut butter 4.5 syn, nectarine
D will be lemongrass and soy chicken stirfry. Lots of water and herbal teas.

I've accidentally messed up - that's what happens when you don't plan properly!

Lost 0.5 this morning though!

This is menu

Cereal, 100ml skimmed milk, Apple

Pumpkin spice latte - medium skinny - anyone know syns? Classes this as a post weigh in treat.

Lunch was meatball soup - 12 syns
Brown bread roll - 6 syns
Ham
Salad

Leftover BBQ meat and salad for dinner

Fruit and yoghurt

Can I class today as an SP day or have I messed up?

Hi all, I started sw 2 weeks ago and have only lost 1.5 lbs. I know that this is better than nothing but I would have expected to lose more especially with the fact that I have done it by the book. Any advice?

Maybe I should mention that I am on the Jaydess contraceptive - could this be hindering my weight loss?

Grateful for any advice! X

I'm rejoining SW tonight. I started in January and lost a stone by May (slow but steady loss) followed by 2 months of losing and re-gaining the same 2lbs. I got bored and lazy so had a deliberate break and am heading back tonight so I can (hopefully) get some enthusiasm back. Not looking forward to facing how much I've gained this summer though.

Hi all

I'm feeling totally down in the dumps. A couple of days ago I was 2 pounds down but now I am somehow 4 pounds on! I'm hoping it's because of TOTM as I do usually gain a few, but I'm so scared. I think I'm going to skip WI tonight.

I'm finding it really difficult. I have no motivation to do anything a lot of the time due to depression, and planning eating is the same.

Welcome newbies.

Bibs, you can't have yoghurt in an SP day, syned or free. Just syn the bread or cereal.

What is your food like on a typical say Mina?

So I've joined the local gym today. Eek! It's a 5 minute walk from my house, so I've no excuse. Have my induction on Friday morning.

Food today:

B: fruit, yoghurt, Alpen bar (1/2 HEB)
D: tuna salad, 1.5 syn for salad cream, M&S seafood snack (2 syns)
Snack of Alpen bar for other half of HEB
T: pork medallions, new potatoes, califlower and broccoli with HEA cheese grated over, carrots

Finishing on 3.5 syns, need to claw back from my binge yesterday.

Today I have eaten:

B: wheetabix hexB with 250ml skimmed milk hexA
L: grilled jerk chicken with half pack of sainsburies 2 minute mushroom rice - 1.5 syns
D: spinach, pomegranate, carrot chips, salmon fish cakes with onion and an egg to Bind the mixture

I'll probably have a clemintie later for a snack..

Not really messed up, call it an SP day if you like, just be aware for next time you try one.

Mina, your food diary looks fine, apart from you're lacking in speed fruit and veg. One of the main parts of SW is to replace at least a third of your plate with speed foods, which are mostly fruit and veg. It really does have a good effect on weight loss.

Weigh in today, lost 4lb!!! So chuffed. Since getting my club 10 in July I've just been hovering around about the same weight. I went back to a food diary and was religious in writing it all down. That takes me to 3lb away from target at 10.5 stone. Dropped it by another 3lb though as still feeling a bit wobbly so now 6lb to target. Feeling motivated again....but then treated myself to a Chinese Blush. Back on it tomorrow!

Well done losers, some great losses in here this week!

I've decided I'm going to try and lose another 2lb to take me right to the bottom of my target so I have more wiggle room!

Today's plan:

B - yoghurt and satsuma
L - Singapore noodles and stir fried veg, crab sticks
D - lentil ragu and pasta with salad. Sweetened quark and frozen berries for dessert

Finished yesterday on 11 syns, hopefully similar today...
