Well that was embarrassing. Went to the fitness class, did forms, and when we started the warm up, every time I jumped and landed I leaked a little wee Blush Had to leave as was developing a wet patch. Can never show my face there again.

I love chorizo, Butt, is it 3.5 for the whole chorizo ring?

Oh Lemony, eeeeck. I won't take DS1 to a trampoline place because of that. I bet no-one noticed though.

I have the much lauded chocolate frozen yogurt as I decided to do a small Ocado order just so I could try it. How do you all measure it?

Well dinner didn't go to plan as I appear to have lost the knack of making falafel and it was so bad I binned it. So we had a chick pea curry I had in the freezer but had a sneaky bread roll with it Blush.

Just had a glass of milk too.

Still much better than the weekend though.

Molly with a huge spoon straight from the tub GrinGrin no in all seriousness I just guess I never use all my syns so if it's a couple over its not the end of the world.
Lemony I am exactly the same Blush after having four babies one of who was 10lb8 my pelvic floor is shot, I'm actually going to the doctors on weds to see if I can get some physio for pregnancy related back, pelvic problems and my "sensitive bladder!"
I only had sliced chorizo in and it was 6.5 for 100 grams which was the full packet I used half which was about 8-10 slices can't remember exactly how many but was a decent amount for just over 3 syns.

I had a third of the tub for 5 syns Molly. Need to try and get more. Though one day I will save syns and eat the whole thing!

I bet no one noticed too Lemony. I always get a wet patch round there from sweating in spinning! We all laugh about such things at my gym. A couple of ladies always have to run to the loo if we do jumping jack's and they are quite open as to why and we all have a giggle! Did you enjoy the exercise otherwise?

Food today on Mission Bridesmaid!
B nutribullet apple, ginger, pak choi, + carrot. synned 2.5 syns for the apple, not synning the veg even though supposed to if made into a drink. I'll see if effects weight loss. I was definately weeing all morning! 2 Herbal teas.
HeB pistachios
Sn herbal tea and nectarine
L beef salad with beetroot, sugar snaps, carrot, tomato, cucumber and rocket, lightest mayo mixed with horseradish 1 syn, yogurt, orange
a hardboiled egg.
Lots of water.
Hungry so got an asda fruit pot and cottage cheese to eat on school/ballet run.
Head ache so gave in and had half cup coffee with splash milk
D slow cooker beef curry with carrots, lentils, aubergine, spinach, rice and rocket. Mango chutney 2 syns. Alpen light 3 syns
Not had all HeA milk, was planning a hot choc tonight but not hungry for it.
Better breakfast prepped for tomorrow to prevent mid afternoon hunger!
Bodybrushed and having an early night. I stay up far too late normally.

Random question- I have some diced beef in the freezer if I slow cook it in a casserole will it go tender like casserole/braising steak or will it be like bullets?!

Hi all, could anyone give me some inspiration of what to eat on SP days? I've never done any but loved the idea of making the wholemeal pizza and getting 2x HEB! Also seem to have spent the last 6 weeks or so hovering up and down around the same weight after getting my club 10. Maybe I need some SP days to try and give me a boost to get back on it!

Tried a great overnight oats recipe from Chubby Cubs the other day....carrot cake flavoured: one grated carrot, 35g oats, vanilla muller light, 10 raisins ish (2 syns), sprinkle of cinnamon, half a mashed banana (didn't syn altho I guess technically you should). All mixed and left overnight, was bloody gorgeous! Really like carrot cake.

Food today:

B - porridge with 100ml ss milk (1/2 HEA), tsp brown sugar (1 syn), strawberries. Tea

L - pasta salad made with tinned mackerel, gherkins, tomatoes from greenhouse (yum!), cress, roasted peppers and 40g feta (2nd HEA as breastfeeding). Was a bit of a random one as in a rush to prepare a picnic so just shoved in whatever I could find, it was lovely though! Apple and grapes.

D - cottage pie made with 5% mince, sweet and normal potato top, peas and carrots, gravy powder (1 syn), tomato purée, beef stockpot and sprinkle of cheddar on top (other half HEA) served with runner beans and brocolli

Syns - lidl French fries (4.5 syns)
Salt and vinegar rice cake (2.5 syns)

Total 9 for the day. Pretty good. I've gone back to writing everything down again this week to try and get back in track, it seems to be helping.

I have half a tub or the whole thing for 7.5 syns. Eaten with a spoon, straight from the tub, in front of the TV.

As for "diced beef", yes, just cook it like braising steak. It generally is braising steak/skirt/that kind of casserole beef anyway - or always has been when I've bought it, anyway.

Was back to college today. Am knackered. Should be in bed already but it's all the way upstairs so I am sittting with my feet up trying to get the oomph together to go to bed. I feel so old!

SP days depends on whether it's a "just cook for me" night or a "cook for me and DH" night. The former, it'll be fish (either a prawn stir fry which takes a massive 4 minutes to cook, cos it's just a bag of stir fry veg and a pack of ready-to-eat prawns added with some soy sauce, or a piece of salmon and some roasted veg - peppers, onion, mushroom, courgette, cherry tomatoes) because DH doesn't like fish. If it's an "us" night then it'll probably be something like spag bol but with squoodles rather than pasta or steak/chicken with a big salad rather than potatoes.

B: Eggy muffins
L: Ham salad, apple, pear, satsumas
Mid-college snack: Bag of pufts
D: Cajun chicken breast, rice, salad
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

Morning all.

I must investigate this frozen yoghurt.

I'm going to the cinema this evening so must save some syns. Will grab a bag of sweet and salted popcorn, I think the big ones are only 15 syns the whole bag so if I eat half I should be ok!

Today's meal plan:
B - banana, berries and yoghurt (it's not a free one, need to check syns)
L - leftover chickpea curry and rice
D - salmon, rice and green beans

Will try and save all other syns for cinema snackage!

Well, first week of being a target member and I managed to maintain, so happy! Did feel weird getting on the scales and not wanting to lose though, haha! Off to check out a potential venue for my new group shortly too...

Today's plan:

B - none
L - ham and laughing cow extra light (1) sandwich on HexB bread, veg sticks
D - maybe a pizza...

Feel awful actually. Usually I feel a bit off but don't realise why until AF arrives. Today it's pretty intense.

It's nice popcorn, I found it last week, the multipack ones are 2.5 Syns for salted or sweet and salty and 3 Syns for caramel or 6 for the big bags.

I had the multipack ones and the caramel ones no way tasted like only 3 Syns worth, lol

Afternoon ladybugs, not been on the last couple of days, eldest is going away to Brownie camp so getting all her stuff sorted for end of the week so it's not one mad rush. Anyhoo last night I did a SW spaghetti bolognese, it was a syn free one as well and everyone loved it, even the youngest ate the majority, so that's going to stay on the menu. Today is looking like this so far

B. Yogurt and fruit
L. Ham omelette
D. Beefburgers with SW chips
HEXA skimmed milk

I went over my syns yesterday by a few so today
B- nil
L-mugshot, hexa with slice of cheese, grapes and raspberries
D- gammon, new potatoes mixed veg
Will have a hifi bar as a snack at some point

Lost 2.5 lbs, nearly in the 13 stones. Feeling so good at the minute, apart from my small blip after WI. Should be able to pull it back.

I've hardly any clothes that fit now, all my clothes are 18, apart from the off 16 trousers/leggings. Going to have to have a small shopping spree, what a shame.
