Hope DD and baby OK Positive.

OK today. B o/n oats heB, berries, banana. HeA milk
L picnic, 2 egg muffins using veg and cottage cheese. M+s red pepper calamari, raw mange tout and cherry tomatoes, Grapes . All free
Mango, pineapple
D Tandoori lamb (marinated whole joint o/n in ff yogurt and tandoori masala powder), roast veg , brocolli, yog and mint dip, rice. All free
Syns on 2 small glasses wine. 10 syns

Haha Frouby, I'd have done the same.

I've been to Greggs twice today, and both times didn't buy anything. I could have eaten have the pasties and all the cakes though.

Karla, try get yourself to one meeting, to at least get the books and get to know what to do. They won't mind you taking your DC with you.

May - I love that calamari, I still can't believe it's syn free!

45 mins of our car journey left. En route I've demolished a 1 syn plus HexB sandwich, a salad, a satsuma and a HexA skinny latte. And a 1 syn Peperami mini. And a bag of chopped carrots, radishes and red pepper. I clearly haven't eaten enough today - going to move onto the second HexB (SP day) cereal bars shortly...

Welcome madasa! Thanks ALemon. I did a quick scan of the app when I was in there and individual small pot of their FF lemon yogurt was free so I got that to tide me over until I can get to my usual supermarket.

Hi madasa!

Finished yesterday on 5 syns in the end - now staying with family for the weekend but determined to stay on plan...

B - satsumas, HexB Alpen Light
L - salad, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, ham, pickles
D - pork stir fry

Skinny latte as HexA. No idea on syns - we're off to a wedding reception tonight but will stick to Diet Coke to drink and assess the food situation when I get there! Going to take my other Alpen Light with me in case I need sustenance Smile

Ohh Emily I'm at a wedding today too. I know I haven't really started back on SW yet but I was pleased to hear the food is a BBQ so should be able to be relatively healthy. I'm not drinking as we have a long drive back tonight and another busy day tomorrow.

Isn't the weather rubbish. Hate wind. It's such a pointless weather lol.

Today is going ok. Had some fruit so far and will be having hm tuna and pasta for tea. No one else fancies it so am making putansca (sp) sauce with tuna as no one else really likes it. Will have it with some salad for extra speed.

Heb will be a hifi bar and HeA in coffee. SyN's for gin.

Snacking on mikado for 4 syns. Not going to buy those again as I could easily eat the whole box.

Just came back from a week long cruise on Monday. Ate & drank loads and wasn't really on plan much in the week up to going. Started back 100% on plan Tuesday.

Weigh in today - 1/2lb loss from before we went!! ShockShock

I tried making a slimming world tikki and it was delicious, had it with rice, veg and some sw style chips (couldn't find the frylite so did them without and they still came out tasty). I still don't understand how I can eat so much and still lose weight, I lost 1lb this week :)

Evening all. Sounds lovely Could - is the recipe on the website?

DCs had friends round this afternoon. Made choc chip cookies and didn't lick the bowl and I've not even had one yet! Did pizza for everyone plus salad and SW chips and I only had one slice, plus lots of salad and chips. Had a tiny inch slice of lemon cheesecake for pud. Going to have a glass of wine tonight though, I need it!

Oh Positive, I hope everything is as ok as it can be.

I'm holding my hands up. I'm struggling badly at the moment. Mainly as I'm in the middle of a bad bout of fatigue, so not only it is ridiculously hard to prepare food, I only want to eat shite. Bah.

I missed my meeting this morning, so I'm going off my own scales this week.

Today:

° Hi-fi (B choice) with Aldi FF lemon yogurt.

°Chicken noodle soup. Ready salted crisps - 5 syns.

°Homemade syn-free hommous with crudites, 3 syns of melba toast, and 3 LCL blue cheese triangles (A choice).

Going to have a splash of milk (ok, 70mls exactly because I worked it out Blush) for the rest of my A, in an Options hot chocolate and then I'm done for the day.

The bad news is that my stomach is wondering what has hit and why I didn't warn it that I was going to shove more fruit and veg down it in 3 days than I usually do in a month!

So the weekend went pretty badly (stupid chocolate cake!) But I'm determined to start again today. Think I'll try an sp day. Not done one yet. It's just half speed half protein no frees right? And 15 syns?weigh in is Monday so I'm in damage limitation mode.
Wing I'm impressed!!!I think cookie dough tastes nicer than baked biscuits Grin

Derik, I think so. Syns as normal, no free food, only speed or protein, and you get 1A and 2B choices.

B courgette porridge and maple syrup 1syn, heB,milk heA.
2 hrs hard gym, Garmin recorded 900 calories burned! Melon
L jacket potato, raw red cabbage and other salad, h/m red pepper dressing, 0.3 syn of Asda chickpea curry pouch and some free Heinz lentil dahl. Nectarine. Mango
D out with DH at posh restaurant. Kids still at DMs so having a rare lie in!
Today breakfast will be scrambled eggs, heB toast, dinner turkey stirfry. Not sure what in between yet, if anything! Minimal syns as went over last night.

How was the wedding Basin?

I demolished the wedding buffet and a piece of cake last night...oops! Being super good today to make up for it!!

B - Muller Light, fruit
L - BBQ at my mum's - I have syn free burgers, pickles, salad and roasted veg. May use halloumi as my HexA.
D - not sure yet, may be stuffed after BBQ and we have a long drive home this evening. Possibly something low syn from M&S at the service station...

Masada, the bloated windy feeling goes after a week or so, stick with it.

Bit of a boring day, sometimes hate Sundays.

D: pork with new potatoes and veg. Had a faux cheesecake for 1.5 syns
T: probably an omelette or salad of some sort

Have a feeling this weekend has been too relaxed. Wedding buffet last night, and today I've picked at halloumi at my mum's - can't resist! Hoping it's not caused too much damage for Tuesday's weigh in...so close to target and don't want to mess it up!
