Oh Positive, I hope everything is as ok as it can be.
I'm holding my hands up. I'm struggling badly at the moment. Mainly as I'm in the middle of a bad bout of fatigue, so not only it is ridiculously hard to prepare food, I only want to eat shite. Bah.
I missed my meeting this morning, so I'm going off my own scales this week.
Today:
° Hi-fi (B choice) with Aldi FF lemon yogurt.
°Chicken noodle soup. Ready salted crisps - 5 syns.
°Homemade syn-free hommous with crudites, 3 syns of melba toast, and 3 LCL blue cheese triangles (A choice).
Going to have a splash of milk (ok, 70mls exactly because I worked it out
) for the rest of my A, in an Options hot chocolate and then I'm done for the day.
