I don't know how those of you with DC manage to do SW during the holidays (although I know that if DN was mine, I'd do far more planning and picnic making and wouldn't do ALL THE ATTRACTIONS in one week! But I do love her week here). It is so hard when you have a 10 year old pestering for stuff (and kid attractions are full of all the wrong foods...it is so hard to find a salad or some fruit!)
Had an SP day:
Breakfast: Muesli (HEB1) with quark (watered down a bit to a yoghurty texture)
Lunch: Nandos. Butterfly chicken with salad and macho peas (1/2 portion)
Dinner: Courgette and watercress soup with ryvita (HEB2)
HEA: Milk
I'm a bit confused because I have stopped bleeding (came on yesterday, a week early). It's going to be one of those annoying periods where it's bleed for a day, stop for a day, bleed for a day for two weeks isn't it (I've had them like this on and off since I was a teenager so doctors not concerned but they're just bloody pun absolutely intended annoying). DH is back from his Army Cadetting tomorrow (so being bleedy would be a little annoying, he's been gone 10 days). I am feeling ALL THE RAGE associated with a period though (nearly ran over someone with best mate's baby's pushchair earlier because they were dicking about in the underwater bit in the seal enclosure at Bristol Zoo). Just trying not to dive headfirst into a vat of chocolate (yesterday's sundae was enough -three big scoops of Carte D'Or icecream - I chose mint chocolate, caramel and praline - with Mr Whippy on top, chocolate and raspberry sauces, a wafer and a flake).
I am also feeling rage about people on my group's FB page posting that they're having a "SW bolognaise" or "SW soup". FFS, it's just bolognaise or soup (or whatever). Literally the only difference between the bolognaise I make now and the bolognaise I made before SW is that I use frylight rather than oil.
I really should go to bed, shouldn't I...
