Has anyone tried the protein cheese from eatlean? It's 3g fat per 100g and 0g carbs. I love cheese and find that it is my downfall far more than chocolate or crisps.
I've seen it in Waitrose and wondered if it was worth a try.

froubylou · 29/06/2016 10:04

Whoop whoop 2.5lb off after last week's post holiday gain. Back in the game!

Well done Lemony and Emily.

Todays plan

B.coffee
L. Jacket spud and cheese and salad at soft play hell
T. Spag bol.
Will have to syn the cheese on the potato or have beans and no salad (can't stand beans with salad lol). A choice in coffee, b choice will be hifi. Syns for a g and t and possibly a bit of dark chocolate.

Aiming for 1.5lbs off then I get my nice shiny certificate for 1st. It's been slow and steady coming off but starting to notice arms and legs getting slimmer.

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 10:38

Well done frouby! I've not tried that cheese I'm afraid Life. Things that are my downfall I am basically avoiding! Cheese, bread... I haven't missed them really.

Quick question alert - I'm just doing an online shop and I can't remember the name of those new delicious-looking free yogurts that have been launched recently. They have line drawn cartoon pictures of women on them wearing fruit dresses (not helping much am I!)... I thought Danio but I'm using the morrisions website and can't find them.

Help please!?!

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 10:40

Found them scrolling through instagram - Danone Light & Free! And they are on offer in Morrisions - result!!

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 10:41

Argh but all out of stock :(

gadget1974 · 29/06/2016 10:48

Only a 2lb loss this week, got my 10% award, in total 24lb lost over 6 weigh in's.

Would have liked 3 but there you go.

EmilyK83 · 29/06/2016 10:51

Well done gadget and frouby!

Those light and free yoghurts are lush - so creamy!

EmilyK83 · 29/06/2016 10:52

Wow - that Eatlean cheese is 70g for HexA - let us know what it's like if you try it!

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 11:53

Yes I'd say it's worth a try - if the worst comes to the worst you can cook with it to use it up :)

nomoreheroes · 29/06/2016 12:36

Wow, gadget, how have you managed 24lbs over 6 weigh-ins, that is amazing?! I haven't managed half that over 10 weigh-ins it must be the wine But seriously, I thought a 1-2lbs loss was normal? Even if I stick very closely to plan I don't think I've ever lost more than 3lbs in one week, and that happened once!

WI day today. Was starving when I woke up and couldn't resist the lure of a slice of toast with butter AND peanut butter this answers my question above Blush Was awake very early and had very low carbs yesterday. That is my story and I am sticking to it. I also had Weetabix and a banana in work at about 11am. All I've got left for today until WI is a mugshot - weather is so miserable and I want something warm (but light). I don't think I have lost anything anyway (see peanut butter confession above ^^). Here's hoping I at least STS...

ALemonyPea · 29/06/2016 13:44

Well done losers.

You're a bloke, aren't you Gadget or have I got you confused with someone else? You're doing amazing, I should have my 2 stone award next week, that's over 12 weeks though.

Been on a mission today. Baked breakfast muffins, baked oat muffins, made bolognese and chilli. Go me!

Emily, that's scary. The security should be stepped up though, so you'll probably be much safer. My son is away to Belgium with cadets today for 5 days, I feel sick at him going.

B: Hifi bar and melon
D: chicken stir fry with rice noodles
S: orange and yoghurt
T: bolognese with mushrooms and courgetti, cheese from HEA.

Comeonmommy · 29/06/2016 16:32

Did anyone's weight loss go as slowly as 1lb a week??? I wanna big loss and I'm being sooooo good.....

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 16:45

Yes my losses are like that Comeon! It's because I have a desk based job and I work from home in the middle of nowhere so hardly get any exercise. When I started a Davina DBS a couple of weeks ago and actually did it three times I lost 3lb but it's finding the time (and yes, it's fit in 15 so you'd think I'd be able to but DH also works from him and I won't do it in front of him :()

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 16:45

Dvd not dbs

Comeonmommy · 29/06/2016 17:41

Thanks Wing. I understand completely about exercising in front of partners!! I'm disabled do relying 100% on diet but am also very impatient!!!

nomoreheroes · 29/06/2016 17:55

Well I'm telling myself it's better to come off slowly than go on slowly! I'm just back from WI with a half off bit better than nowt or even a small gain which is what I thought it might be. Week 19 and I've only lost 12lbs. But hopefully get my stone award next week and my club 10 the week after. Then I'm off on holidays and will probably gain half of it back!!

nomoreheroes · 29/06/2016 17:56

Oops. Fingers are still fat obviously. Not week 19. 12 lbs in 10 weeks.

ALemonyPea · 29/06/2016 17:58

Mine are slow ComeOn, average of 1.5 a week although past couple of weeks have been 2lb. I know I need to get more active, but I am so unmotivated and want to lose a little more before I join a gym. Meant to be going to clubercise tomorrow night, should be fun.

froubylou · 29/06/2016 18:30

I am slow too comeon. I only lost 2.5 this week cos I put 1.5 on the week before because of being away.

I have officially lost 12.5lbs in 9 weeks I think. So steady losses most weeks with a 1/2 lost star week generally speaking.

But if you lose 1lb a week between now and Christmas then it's a stone and a half and a good dress size if not more!

emwithme · 29/06/2016 21:49

Comeon I am averaging 0.75 lbs per week over the past year. It is my anniversary tomorrow and I am hoping to make my 3 stone, but that would mean I'd have to lose 2.5 lbs this week and I don't do that (I've done it twice, both times after a big gain the week before). I do a lb a week, and then maintain or have a small gain when I'm on, usually.

But as of today I am 2 stone 11.5 lbs lighter than I was a year ago. I have gone from bursting out of a size 18 (and probably needing a 22 if I'd bought new) to comfortably fitting a 14. My bra size has gone from a 42 to a 34. My wedding and engagement rings fit comfortably again, and my shoes don't rub as much. I have gone from taking around 40 tablets a day to 5 (and will be down to 4 next week, and 3 next month if all goes well - and those three are all vitamin supplements, for chronically low vitamin D and folate). My doctors are happy with the plans DH and I now have to TTC in the autumn. I have gone back to work having been off sick for five years. I no longer need the wheelchair best £5k I spent, bought the chair and got bloody better or crutches on a day-to-day basis.

But it is Wednesday night so tonight I shall mainly be worrying about tomorrow morning's WI.

WingDefence · 29/06/2016 21:55

emwithme that's all fantastic!! You should be telling SW HQ about all that - what an inspiration Star

calzone · 29/06/2016 22:58

Wow Em!!
SwHQ would love that story!

Well done xx

Wow Em that's a pretty amazing story.

Losin weight has all sorts of positive implications. It's not all vanity.

EmilyK83 · 30/06/2016 08:36

Wow em!! That's seriously amazing!

ALemonyPea · 30/06/2016 08:38

You're amazing Em.
