Sorry em but I beg to differ I think the word your looking for is a barm cakeGrinWink

Well done wing! I can't believe how slim everyone's getting its great.

Emily I never get to a size 10 on top even at my target of 9 stone 13 thanks to my ridiculous 32g boobs!
When I get to my slimmest they look ridiculous.

So I succumbed to the chocolate last night but I've got my mojo back today and trying to be positive.

B-hifi fruit and yogurt
L-baked potato with bacon and beans
D- steak and salad

WingDefence · 25/06/2016 09:50

Thanks all. I'm happy as a 12 for now but was super happy about getting in that top of mine!

B weetabix with blueberries (bought fruit hurray)
L don't know but probably slad of some form
D going to attempt SW kfc chicken and chips with beans

EmilyK83 · 25/06/2016 10:27

Batch? Barm cake? It's just a roll! Wink

32G! I'm currently a 34FF...I know when I was at school and a size 10 with 34DDs it looked ridiculous, dreading to think what it's going to look like if I can shift the last of this weight!!

Well...I have another review meal to do today. Local delivery firm is now offering breakfasts delivered, and they want me to review it. So I've ordered shakshouka (the healthiest thing on the menu, no idea how to syn the oil) for brunch. Dp is having a full English...

So today:

B - shakshouka (going to say 6syns just in case)
L - probably just fruit and yoghurt
D - chilli con carne and rice

Given up after 4 days of the scan bran challenge, a sneaky look at the scales suggests I've not actually lost anything this week...gutted!

maygirl · 25/06/2016 12:15

((( wails)) most of my weight loss seems to be off my boobs, they are nearly gone but still have a big butt!

Flexible syn evening, wine tasting, so lots of tiny taster glasses. Also had chocolate. But meals all on plan with butternut pancakes, my own chicken noodle salad and school sports day BBQ instead of the burgers, hake, pasta, brocolli and asparagus before night out. Managed to squeeze into one if my pre-DC dresses :)
Today weetabix and melon so far.

ALemonyPea · 25/06/2016 13:55

My weight comes off my waist first, soI get my hourglass figure back, but wish it'd shift off my arse.

Had to google shakshuka, looks lovely, how was it?

Meant to be going to the annual big fair that's here today, so filling up before I go so to avoid the donut stalls. I love fresh sugary donuts Sad

B: bacon, egg and mushroom triple decker (HEB), 1 syn for brown sauce, fruit salad
D: mushroom, pepper and feta omelette
T: chilli con carne with wedges, salad

Snack: no idea, have 14 syns to play with.

EmilyK83 · 25/06/2016 14:26

The shakshouka was good - really small portion though! Just tomatoes, courgettes, onions, peppers, chillies and herbs and a baked egg - assuming the only oil would've been in the veg...6 syns would be a tbsp, reckon that's about right?

It was also through a delivery service, so didn't look that attractive when served in a plastic tub, haha...

(I only had the tiniest bit of the flat bread to try it, as I was reviewing it...)

Afternoon all

I also have comedy norks. Sigh. They are currently a 36/38 H. Usually around a 36F. I bf ds for 18 months as well so fuck knows what they will look like when they start shrinking. Plus lefty also goes before righty so I end up with lopsided spaniels ears.

Thank fuck for decent bras is all I can say.

B. Coffee
L. Salad with left over gammon and a bit of ff cottage cheese.
T. Steak, roast new potatoes, salad and coleslaw. HeA in coffee, hifi for B choice. Syns for gins lol.

EmilyK83 · 25/06/2016 17:46

Food plan changed for today:

B - shakshouka (guessing 6 for oil)
L - chicken, cherry tomatoes, radishes, cheestring (half HexA), melon
D - turkey curry, cauliflower rice and broccoli

Another cheestring later for the rest of my HexA, Alpen Lights as my HexB. Maybe another 4 syns in the form of chocolate...

waitingforwombat · 25/06/2016 18:12

Thanks all for Thai suggestions - had amazing pad Thai and some chicken sate, but not too much sauce.
Family/jobs day today so much easier to stick to plan than last weekend!
Yog and fruit
Jacket/tuna/sweetcorn with yoghurt and a bit of no fat mayo, massive salad
Lick of the cake bowl baking with my toddler
SW kfc, sweet pot chips and corn on cob. Avoiding eating all the baking!
Only problem with having family tea at 5pm is that I get the nibbles in the evening. Hoping to stick to low syn treats -maybe some hifi?

WingDefence · 25/06/2016 18:26

KFC fakeaway and chips. Okay a lack of speed (I think it would be best with corn on the cob but that isn't speed anyway!) but I don't care!

Made it with the couscous recipe and chicken thighs. I'd up the spices though as it was very subtle.

WingDefence · 25/06/2016 18:27

Ooh waiting which kfc recipe did you use?

waitingforwombat · 25/06/2016 19:02

Bit of a made up one! Wholemeal bread, mixed herbs, Jamaican jerk seasoning, lemon juice. Added chilli powder to the grown ups - was tasty.

EmilyK83 · 25/06/2016 19:04

Wing - it's really good with SW coleslaw - you can buy bags of shredded veg sold as coleslaw mix, definitely in Asda (if you're lazy like me...) then I add just enough FF yoghurt to coat and a squeeze of lime juice...

Comeonmommy · 25/06/2016 19:06

Need some advice pls - I have chronic pain and ME and I get stuck on days like this when I'm so exhausted and so so tired I just want pizza and chips cos it's quick and easy. What do people have? I need some ideas so I don't call the kebab man out!!!!!

WingDefence · 25/06/2016 19:16

Thanks Emily and Waiting - I don't have wholemeal bread in the house (have pretty much cut out bread on SW) but next time I think I'd try it with WM rolls. I did like the cous cous though, which we eat a lot of anyway.

Comeon when i'm exhausted (not medical though like yours Flowers) actually cous cous I find very easy - dump some in a bowl with boiling water on top, cover with a tea towel for ten mins and then add tins of pulses, squidge of garlic, some herbs, perhaps a tomato and that's it. Personally I'd add speed and perhaps chop up some ham too but I'm thinking what you can do that is really easy and you may not be up for chopping up a salad.

MamOfTwo · 25/06/2016 19:52

Evening. It is not batch, balm cake or roll - it is a BAP ! 4lb off for me this morning at WI - I am just 1lb behind now to get back to where I was. Going to try and have a focused week so I can get that pesky pound back off and hopefully more. Had that horrible sore throat/fluey virus last week that is going around these parts - it totally zapped all my energy. By the way, what does NSV stand for and what is it??

ALemonyPea · 25/06/2016 20:00

Phew, managed at the fair, not one donut passed my lips. Lots of walking as well.

ComeOn, something quick and easy, omelette maybe? It might be worth getting some SW ready meals in, or batch cook when you do have the energy and freeze so you've got something there.

EmilyK83 · 25/06/2016 20:04

Comeon - stir fry's our life saver! Or could you maybe batch cook some stuff that you could bung in the freezer and just defrost when needed?

Well done Mam, awesome loss! NSV = non scale victory :) Basically a success story that doesn't relate to numbers on the scales, like fitting into a smaller size of clothes.

Dinner pic. Turkey kofte curry, cauli rice and broccoli. I synned a poppadum (2) as well...

Comeonmommy · 25/06/2016 20:53

Thank you Wing, Lemony and Emily think batch cooking is the way to go!!!! Found some SW burgers in the freezer so had them with SW chips and a massive salad (thanks to dp). I feel so proud I stuck to plan tonight - would have felt so awful if I'd fallen off the wagon!

KittyOShea · 25/06/2016 21:09

Very off plan. DHs birthday. Just had 3 course dinner, cocktails and wine. Oops Blush

WingDefence · 25/06/2016 21:20

Brilliant Comeon. Good to have a supportive OH isn't it?

Emily that looks lovely. My body is crying out for speed food today - it's been one of those days. All on plan and haven't gone over my syns but the only speed food that has passed my lips were some blueberries for breakfast and some more I nibbled on when I was cooking earlier. Have been out all day at various local sporting events so while I dodged the syns it basically meant I didn't eat much. I never normally miss meals as it can lead to a migraine for me so feel a bit blah tonight.

Right, going to watch the footy Football and then bed.

calzone · 25/06/2016 22:28

Sorry Wing. But blueberries aren't speed.

B....fruit n fibre, fruit, yoghurt
L...none
D.....sea bass, SW chips, samphire and broccoli 😍😍😍
