Hope Calzone doesn't mind me starting the new thread- we've run out of room- eek!

Me new thing for this week has been cauliflower rice. Filling, doesn't taste too bad with strong flavours like chilli or curry but boy does it stink!

You both look amazing. Well done!

emwithme · 07/05/2016 19:56

Well I got right back on the wagon after Thursday's flexible syns.

Today:

Brunch: Bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomato
Snack: Apple, Satsumas
Dinner: Italian meatballs, mushrooms, pasta (from the Best Ever Extra Easy book...bloody delicious)
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

Going to the rugby tomorrow so need to make sure I eat before I go so I don't have a burger that I don't want.

namechangeseverything · 07/05/2016 20:13

I've changed my name for my photos. These are weight I lost before I was pregnant when I lost just over 6 stone. I have 2 stone to lose to get back to my target weight.

ALemonyPea · 07/05/2016 20:18

Oh wow! You look fantastic! You must feel so amazing.

HelenF35 · 07/05/2016 20:26

I made this for dinner tonight. Minus the peanuts and served with noodles instead of rice. It was amazing! http://www.spicesinc.com/p-1420-chinese-5-spice-chicken-stir-fry.aspx]

Love seeing everyone's pics. Well done everyone!

ALemonyPea · 07/05/2016 20:46

Helen, your link takes you to MN.

EmilyK83 · 07/05/2016 21:20

namechanges - your pics are fab, such a difference!!

HelenF35 · 07/05/2016 22:08

http://www.spicesinc.com/p-1420-chinese-5-spice-chicken-stir-fry.aspx] hopefully works this time!

Rupeomatic · 07/05/2016 22:27

Hi all. Stayed the same today - which I ought to be happy about, as not only is it a Star week, but I fell and fractured my foot earlier this week so have barely moved since. Would have been nice to get another pound off, but am working really hard to stay on plan, and so far have managed it.

Loving the before and after pics everyone - looking amazing!

BasinHaircut · 08/05/2016 07:05

Loving all of the pics! sadly I have achieved nothing like it!

I've been sort of on plan this week but not really. Had a chaotic week with a non sleeping DS and I've come to decide that I am such an emotional eater it's ridiculous!

Anyway DH and I had lost a stone each from new year until mid March. Weighed ourselves yesterday and I was 8lb back in and DH was 9lbs. So annoyed at ourselves, such a shame. A few pounds of that will be bloating but still, I'm gutted.

So I'm drawing yet another line and starting again......tomorrow. At a BBQ today and I'll be honest, I won't stick to plan so might as well start tomorrow.

Starting weight 11st 9lbs Blush

I'm going to post loads as it really helped in the good months, so sorry in advance for all of the waffle over the coming weeks!

I'll also post loads of food pics and would love to see all of yours for inspiration.

randomer · 08/05/2016 09:29

hopeless here. I got disheartened as it was so bloody slow. You can't notice I've lost those miserable few pounds. So reverted to type....eating and drinking everything.
Will go to group tomorrow but to be honest that in itself is completely deadly.

Sorry for uber whinge

KittyOShea · 08/05/2016 10:08

Randomer I've had whole weeks like that but am trying to get back on it at the minute. If you don't find your group helpful is it worth looking at another? When I hit a bad time in terms of motivation I joined the social team which helped me keep going every week.

Today's plan
B- porridge, fruit and yoghurt
L- leftover sausage pasta from last night's dinner- 2 syns
D- roast with mash and roast veg

Morning everyone. Lovely and sunny here today.

Off to a food festival (eek), hope I can behave.

Geepee71 · 08/05/2016 10:28

Basin, here my weekend brunch offering. Tried out baking an egg in a portobello mushroom and it worked. Greaseprove in baking tray, frylite paper, then frylite both sides of mushroom, I put a dab of tomato purée in, then cracked egg in, sprinkled few chilli flakes on top, baked for 20-25 minutes on about 180/200
Served with whole meal toast hexB and beans - should keep me going for a while.

Have fun at the food festival Lemony, hope there's not too many tasters. (I'd be a nightmare near cheese) Grin

EmilyK83 · 08/05/2016 10:56

Ooh enjoy, Lemony!

Today's plan:

B - Muller Light (would've had strawberries too but they're mouldy, so annoyed!!

L - homemade spicy lentil, tomato and sweet potato soup

D - leftover lasagne from last night

Cheese on lasagne as HexA, Alpen Lights as HexB...

ALemonyPea · 08/05/2016 11:12

That looks amazing geepee. Will have to try that.

I have had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and have two alpen bars in my bag. Going to try resist the cheese, my weakness.

I'm having salmon with veg rice for tea, so hopefully I'm not too tempted by what's on offer.

EmilyK83 · 08/05/2016 11:12

(And salad with the lasagne, of course - can't forget the speed!!)

HelenF35 · 08/05/2016 13:28

Today's plan

Brunch was turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, wholemeal bread (he) with lurpack lightest, mushrooms and brown sauce. 2.5 Syns

Snack mullerlight with an orange

Dinner muscle foods meatballs with tomato sauce, broccoli, spaghetti and cheese (he) 1.5 Syns

Hoping for a decent loss at weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

maygirl · 08/05/2016 17:54

Def going to try that geepee !
Today
B o/n oats with berries heB. extra yogurt
L sweet potato wedges, muscle food hache steak, grated carrot and kohlrabi salad, cucumber
Apple
Tiny slice cake at a bday party ? Syns
D will be quick pasta in tomato sauce+ white beans with heA cheese
Small glass white wine for 5 syns

ALemonyPea · 08/05/2016 17:58

I survived! Woohoo. I avoided all the free samples of cakes, chocolates, cheese, oils, fudge, meats......and on and on. I avoided all the yummy street food stalls, and I settled on having some pulled pork, no visible fat, no bun, no stuffing or apple sauce, just a tray of meat. But you know what, I feel very proud of myself as I'd have been like a pig in muck usually. I even skipped a huge ice cream on the sea front and had a Diet Coke.

So my food diary today
B: pear, melon and 0% yoghurt
D: pulled pork, 2 Alpen bars (hexb)
T: salmon with vegetable stir fry and rice

froubylou · 08/05/2016 18:19

B. Coffee, apple.
L. Prawn salad
T. bbq food. I had a burger in a wholemeal roll (he.b and 4 syns) then just lean chicken breaSt in a rub thing I made up with a shit load of salad.

Got loads of salad all ready in the fridge if I get hungry later and some prawns left. Or a yoghurt and some fruit. Plus I have 11 syns left so might treat myself to another portion of museil with a yogurt.

Would be 6 syns but better than a bar of chocolate or something I suppose!

ALemonyPea · 08/05/2016 18:47

Not sure if anyone is aware,, these are classed as a HEB, both white and brown ones. They make a lovely garlic bread.

Geepee71 · 08/05/2016 21:01

They look nice Lemony, where do you get them from?
Well done in resisting all the tasters, I'm a nightmare for free food.......
