I plucked my target out of thin air. I can imagine I will get to it and want lose a bit more. It so hard to pick one on the spot.

OrianaBanana · 29/03/2016 10:07

flossy good luck!
trinity could you work a bit of speed into your brekkie too maybe with some speed fruit?
random you could probably have a day or two of being a bit over syns without it hurting too much but not every day, for the plan to work you really need to stay below 15 consistently.

I weigh in today after only 6 days but with Easter in there too I'm not hopeful. I didn't lose control but I wasn't entirely on plan either.

My DS is with his uncle and cousins for a few days Sad so we can go OUT but I said if I didn't lose at least a pound this week we wouldn't so I'll have to see. We're going to visit a friend this weekend so next week will be a tough one too. I need at least a pound a week for my target by birthday goal (late June Confused).

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 10:24

1.5lb off today, so got my 2 stone award! 2 stone and 1/2lb in 12 weeks, 44% of my way to target!

KittyOShea · 29/03/2016 10:26

That's great Emily. Congrats

I don't hold out a lot of hope for this week. Saturday and Sunday were terrible. Trying to pull it back now

Flossyfloof · 29/03/2016 10:28

for Emily!i am going to see my Aunty today and I always make her some cheesy biscuits. I wasn't intending to have any but 3 dropped into my mouth by accident. I have worked out that they are about 2 syns each (they're only little) so I have had 6 syns already! I have only gone over my syns twice in 4 weeks so today might be a third - I was planning to have a curly Wurly if I have lost tonight.

Flossyfloof · 29/03/2016 10:29

Kitty from what u remember you have been doing brilliantly so back in that horse!

KittyOShea · 29/03/2016 10:31

Twice in 4 weeks is not bad at all flossy. I've done twice this week Grin

I want to be at target for my sisters wedding on 7th July. Between now and then I have several 40th birthday parties, 2 weekends away and her hen night. Going to have to be very strict on the weekdays to lose that last 7.5 pounds

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 11:07

You can do it Kitty!!

Glad I stayed to group - turns out my 11lb lost in March meant I got slimmer of the month too! Grin

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 13:14

Today's meal plan:

B - none (weighed at 9.30!)

L - jacket potato with cottage cheese and loads of veg (see pic)

D - SW burgers with bacon, cheese and mushrooms, plus SW chips and SW coleslaw!

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 13:15

Would help if I attached the pic...

Emily my mouth is watering at all of that. I'm have WI at 7.30 so no dinner until I get back - harrumph!

B - 2 slices of toast & marmite (HexB), apple

Lunch: Smoked salmon & prawn salad, mullerlight

Mid afternoon : huge bowl of fruit salad

Just had a jumbo choc snack a jack topped with choc quark & strawberries to stave off the hunger pangs. Now in bath and will be keeping busy washing my hair & redoing my make up until it's time to leave.

I set a target of 2lb last week but I'll be very surprised if I hit it.

DD is on a sleepover tomorrow so DH is taking my out for an early anniversary dinner. He has mentioned Jimmy's which I suspect is not going to be very SW friendly at all Confused.

OrianaBanana · 29/03/2016 18:18

I put 1.5 on. I don't really believe it Sad

Fighting against a chocolate bunny and a takeaway curry; I need to cook a healthy meal to get a good start on next week, help! Blush

That's my target by birthday down the swanny though. Sad

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 18:34

You can get back on track Oriana!

Good luck Ava - hope tonight goes well!

Change of plan for the burgers tonight - I found this online, and I found a recipe for SW syn-free hollandaise that I'm going to try out! No bun for the burger tonight, going to use my HexB for Alpen Lights!

TOTM Oriana ? Always leads to a gain for me, even when I've been 100% on plan.

Back at work today (first day without someone showing me what to do, and I think I managed it all!) and having an SP day.

Breakfast: Breakfast muffins
Lunch: Ham salad, apple, satsumas
Dinner: Salmon, roasted mediterranean veg, garlic mushrooms
HEA: Cheese
HEB: Hifi bars

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 20:17

Omg that burger was epic! Topped with cheese slices (HexA), bacon, a poached egg and SW hollandaise - and served with chips and salad!

L- courgette and rocket soup, 2 x ryvita with a scrape of butter (5 syns)
D- chicken curry with tons of veg and some rice (1/2 syn for flour)

Syns- lunch 5, dinner 1/2, sugar in coffee 2, hi fi 6

KittyOShea · 29/03/2016 20:22

Emily burger looks amazing!!

tabulahrasa · 29/03/2016 20:34

Charlotte - you can get packs on ebay for £19.95 plus £5 postage...but you can currently join in group for £9.95 and in fact there's a voucher in this week's Woman magazine that'll make it £4.95.

I'd recommend at least giving group a try anyway though, it really does help.

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 20:39

Kitty - it was so good! Normally have a post-weigh in treat meal on Tuesdays but decided to stay on plan today...

Courgette and rocket soup sounds interesting - was it good?

BasinHaircut · 29/03/2016 20:45

I am so ill!

Means plan hasn't been followed today.

One thing after another at the moment.

DS is also ill so I've been struggling to look after him today whilst being ill myself. DH is defrosting a SW friendly spag Bol but I have eaten one of DS's easter eggs today for lunch.

KittyOShea · 29/03/2016 20:51

Oh Basin that sounds tough Sad

Emily it was lovely. Chopped up 2 courgettes, half a bag of rocket, half a celery, a spud and chicken stock. Very tasty and will do me lunch for next few days

EmilyK83 · 29/03/2016 20:53

Hope you feel better soon Basin :(

That sounds lush, Kitty, will have to give it a go - thanks for sharing!

justamo · 29/03/2016 20:59

Gave a new recipe a whirl tonight - hunters chicken It was lovely - I'm totally stuffed which is just as well given all the food pics on here tonight.

BasinHaircut · 29/03/2016 21:12

Thanks, I'll live! Just feeling really sorry for myself. By the time DH got home I was so wiped but now I've eaten dinner I feel a bit better.

Going to stay home from work tomorrow but hopefully DS will be well enough for nursery so I can relax properly.

AvaLeStrange · 29/03/2016 22:06

Take care of yourself Basin - hope you get a rest tomorrow.

Definitely trying Kitty's soup and Emily's burgers sometime soon - do you have a link for the hollandaise recipe?

Stayed the same this week, which is fair enough - was expecting it last week and lost so hey ho.

Just had a packet of pasta n sauce with added bacon & veg and a crème egg for dinner - lush, was like being a student again Grin.

Trying to convince DH to go to Harvester for dinner tomorrow - determined to nail it this week - want at least 2lb if but if I can pull off 4lb I'll get my stone award.
