Good on you trinity - in think signing up is the hardest bit.
I planned to start at the beginning of the year but in the end it was the first week of February. I had a cold and really didn't want to trek across town on a cold evening after a day at work, but I forced myself to do it and am so glad I did.
It'll be 7 weeks tomorrow, and although the weight isn't coming off quite as quickly as I'd hoped (tbf I always have my 15 syns a day, and one off-plan day most weekends) my mindset has already changed drastically. I automatically make more sensible choices most of the time, I don't think about being 'on a diet' and it never occurs to me now that I might fail to reach my target, even if it takes a little longer than I might have estimated at the beginning.
My only regret is being so
& stubborn about slimming clubs for so long previously - I could have done this years ago, but better late than never.
