Chessie I'm convinced these things sometimes take two weeks to come through. Stick with it, with a good week this week it will come off!

Not been on the thread for a couple of days. Well done losers, welcome new people, and I can wave Calzone's stick if no-one else is around to do it.

Lost another lb on Thursday...happy enough with that. Went to visit my BFF and her 11 day old DS on Friday...he's bloody gorgeous and I am SO broody, but now I've started my new job, I need to wait a few months before TTC (will also give DH and I a chance to save a bit!). Had two hot cross buns...delicious.

Today's food:

Brunch: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms.
Snack: Apple, satsumas.
Dinner: Chicken goulash (from the new magazine - delicious), rice, sugar snap peas. Melon.
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

Evening all - finally made it back after a pretty crappy week, so have just had a quick speed read to catch up.

By some miracle I lost another 1.5lb when I weighed in on Tuesday so that's 10lb off in 6wks. I was hoping for a stone by now tbh, but I don't feel deprived or like I'm struggling to stick to it so if it's a bit slower, so be it.

Was hoping to really go for it this week, but with Easter, home circs and just generally being knackered it hasn't gone quite to plan. I do find though that when I get to the end of the day and mentally tot up my syns, I'm generally reasonably on target so I think I'm naturally making better choices.

Went to a pizza buffet place for lunch yesterday (unplanned) but had just one slice of pizza, 4 chicken wings and loads of salad with a diet coke.

Syns today have been a hot cross bun and a glass of wine even though bastard DH bought home two loaves of still warm, fresh crusty bread.

Am starting to think he's trying to sabotage my efforts Hmm.

Anyway, really busy week ahead so hopefully will burn more calories and have less time for nibbling!

I can do SW if I'm in work or at home and everything is planned. Take me out of that and I am doomed!!!!

Am so bloated. Not even been that bad really and still not had a hot cross bun!

Breakfast tomorrow and then fruit, salad and water til Wednesday.

Thanks all for sharing target size clothes I think I will decide if I want more when I reach my current target.
I've been really good all week but had a slice of cake today (hard to say no when it's your own birthday and it was worth it) and I think I've probably gone over my Syns by around 6. But I'll stay on plan tomorrow and hopefully using less Syns at the beginning of the week will mean that I will still loose weight. I want 2lbs but it's been really slow lately and I haven't done much exercise so it might not be realistic Blush

Morning all - I have lost 8lbs in 4 weeks (which included a blow out weekend away) and really enjoying eating so much. Some great losses on here - I lost 2 1/2 stone about 10 years ago on the old way of sw (green and red) but it has crept back on with another 1 1/2 stone to keep it company!

I have 4 month old twins who I am breastfeeding so I am having extra healthy extras too! Really enjoying the extra easy plan as I remember having to weigh pasta and rice with the old plan. I'm not going to a class as the logistics with the twins was a bit hard and I weigh in every monday.

Menu today
B - shreddies and milk (& chocolate buttons following easter egg hunt 8 syns)
L - chicken salad
T - roast beef with loads of veg and gravy and yorkshire puddings synned.

Determined not to eat the chocolate egg which goes with the buttons. I have a crunchie in the fridge which I will have instead! Be strong around all this chocolate guys.

Good start to the day - gave the boyfriend a list of low syn Easter choc with the instructions to only buy me stuff off that list...and he got most of it wrong! So I have less Easter choc to get through, as most of it I've given to him...

Today will look like this:

B - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, plus fruit

L - leftover Diet Coke chicken from last night with salad

D - roast lamb with all the trimmings - SW-style, luckily, as the boyfriend's mum does SW too!

Will definitely be having a 7 syn hot cross bun with a syn of spread later, and will try and resist the chocolate today at least!

chessie I have a 2 week delay either way too. Weird, wonder where it goes!!
I'm going to have some choc egg but I'm splitting into portions of a reasonable number of syns and letting the DC help out!
Yesterday
B porridge heB with Apple, banana and berries. He A milk
Spinning and hiit training, Apple in between
L mussels, spaghetti, tomato sauce, brocolli and pak Choi 5 syns
Chocs from inside egg 8 syns. The actual egg wasn't nice chocolate so easy to leave it alone.
D pork chop, carrots, green beans , sauce 2 syns
Yogurt

Today yogurt and fruit for breakfast
Having roast lamb with roast potatoes and loads of veg. Meringue nests with raspberries, mint and low fat Greek yogurt, inspired by latest magazine, but using shop meringue.
Have hot cross bun Choc truffles in but only 8 in the box and DH knows about them lol!

Agreed Ava I don't really like the chocolate (didn't stop me eating my 5.5 Smarties figure even if I didn't like it v much) but the hot cross buns... I did freeze most of them but I've discovered they only take 1 minute in the microwave to defrost...

B - coco shreddies (HExA and B), coffee, satsumas
L - roast lamb, boiled potatoes, speed veg and gravy (1 or 2?), chocolate rice pudding (need to work out syns, will have about 5 syns worth with some raspberries). Guess I don't have the syns for wine then Sad
D - pick at what ever I can find in the fridge..
S - smarties figure (5.5), fruit

Well got my 3 and a half stone award on Friday, good job I did because I don't think I would be this week!

Hitting the chocolate in a big way today and out for drinks later but trying to do it today only then back on plan for the rest of the week.

That hot cross bun was disappointing - not worth the syns so ate 3/4 of it and gave the rest to dp! Counting 7 syns so far today for that and 2 Mikado sticks...

Still got my cereal bars as HexB to use, so going to have those after dinner to try and prevent a chocolate binge. Asked for low syn choc for Easter though, love my haul!

I best loose weight when I get weighed tomorrow! I have stuck to the plan even though it's been Easter and my birthday!! Really want a good weight loss Grin
Going out tonight and driving so I'm not tempted to drink. Feeling motivated I think it's because I wanted to get to target for my birthday but realise it's a plan for life not just an event so pushing just to get to target now especially as I have holidays coming up.

Well, I didn't really count yesterday, was ok for most of the day, but it all went to hell in a handcart in the evening with a huge portion of chocolate/grand marnier sponge pudding with chocolate custard, half a bottle of sauv blanc and a very large vodka and tonic! Was lovely but need to be properly on it today & tomorrow before WI.

Today:
B - 2 milky coffees (Hex A), grapefruit & orange segments

Lunch - hummus, crudités, ryvita minis, cup a soup, Muller light

Dinner - Marinated chicken quarters, salad, potato or sweet potato wedges, depending whether I cba to venture out in this Godawful weather

Tomorrow

B: Marmite on toast, fruit salad

L: Smoked salmon & prawn salad

D: Probably pasta & sauce after weigh in!

Still away from home today, travelling back this afternoon. Ended up 2 syns over yesterday, so not too bad considering!

Today will be better:

B - fruit salad and yoghurt

L - gammon with jacket potato and salad

D - whatever we can find at the M&S at the service station we stop at on the way home! Probably along the lines of salad, pickles, ham, bread etc. Oh and a skinny latte from Costa as my HexA :)

Went to weigh in but didn't stay. Lost 1.5lb so that's 20.5lb so far.

Really happy as over half way now and only half a pound off 1.5 award!!!
