Bendydick and flossy could it be TOTM? I can gain a couple of pounds in a week when I'm on (it comes off the following week) even if I've been perfectly good. Someone in my group gains 4lbs every 4th week (and loses 5lbs the following week). I came on yesterday so am expecting a gain tomorrow.
Am up earlier than normal for work because we've got a man coming to do the fix to the tumble drier. DH is off work for a few days so he's going to do the waiting after I've gone to work, but they couldn't give us a smaller window than 8 - 1 so rather than make him get up on his first morning off, I've got up early, moved the cats' stuff from the utility room to the living room (where they will be penned up because they don't like People Who Aren't Us), and am now hoping that he doesn't turn up until after I've gone because I can't be arsed with making polite small talk!
Consultant messaged me last night and asked if I wanted to learn how to do the pay desk at group, I've been doing the shop for a couple of weeks so it'll be nice to learn something different (although I did both pay and weigh before when I was at group - both times in fact - but one was when it was paper-based and the other when cards were just coming in, so things may have changed)
Breakfast: Breakfast muffins, cherry tomatoes
Lunch: Tuna pasta salad, apple, pear, satsumas
Dinner: Cottage pie, carrots, broccoli (or maybe cabbage, depends what I fancy picking up at the supermarket on my way home)
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars
