I am so not organised naturally, emily but I am also shit in the mornings and would much rather have an extra half hour in bed than get up and make breakfast and lunch. Plus, I like saving my HEBs for hifi bars at night.
Came on tonight - hopefully will have lost some of the water retention by Thursday. Knew it was happening, so greeted DH when he got in from work with "I'm literally about to come on. If you fancy a shag, we've got half an hour before I want to cook, so get upstairs
" he went upstairs
Today's food:
Breakfast: 3 x breakfast muffins
Lunch: Salad leaves, chopped veggies (radish, celery, cucumber, peppers), beef (left over from yesterday's lunch), cherry tomatoes with the leftover mustard-quark dressing from Saturday night's gehaktballen (the Dutch meatballs in the current magazine). Apple, pear, satsumas.
Dinner: Chicken with a leek and wensleydale crust (4 syns), new potatoes, carrots, cabbage. M&S mini lemon meringues (5 syns)
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars
