Hi Ava ,
Should all be good , l would say at our school it would be morning break where l would struggle . But alot of pupils bring a healthy snack and don't use the restaurant facility until lunchtime . Great that parents can now keep an eye on things ! Think my mum should be able to do this to me even though l am 52 ! My alcohol consumption would have me grounded ! X

Going OK so far, I think ...

Yesterday:
B - banana, pineapple, Activia
L (at a cafe) - jacket potato, tuna mayo (10 syns??), cheese, salad
D (at Harvester) - steak, salad (4 syns for dressing??), jacket potato with sour cream (4.5 syns??)
Plus 1 tea with milk, so 1 syn for that.

19.5 syns (get 20)

Today:
B - banana, apple
L - ham, boiled eggs, salad (2 syns for light salad cream), pickled onions. French Fries (4 syns)
D - gammon, SW chips, salad

Does that sound ok?

Sounds ok to me trinity! You may not want to, but remember you can ask for salad without dressing etc when you're out too, will save syns even more!

Today's a good day. Did the Belly Blitz DVD this morning, and just finished walking my 10,000 steps for the day. Want at least 1.5lb off this week to take me down to 12.5 stone!

I added the dressing :-) the book says 1.5 syns per tbsp for reduced fat vinigrette (sp?) and I had a wee ladelful so guessing at the amount Grin

Have just made dinner, prepped veg for slow cooker tomorrow (quorn chilli), made breakfast muffins, made salad for my lunch tomorrow, bagged up 6 portions of soup for OH's lunches (pea and ham - cooked it at lunchtime) and done DD's lunch box ... This level of organisation will not last!

Can't find peas in my book - am I being blind?!?

About to eat our Diet Coke chicken. Sauce seems really thin, despite following the recipe on the SW website to a tee! First time I've made it - am hoping it tastes better than it looks...

Well done kitty!
Has chips and burger with side salad for tea and just what I needed And prob over estimating at 2 Syns
I think I need to stop doing sp days because they make me feel really hungry and then I go off plan if not that day then the next day!
Feel a bit more in control and I'm on 8 1/2 Syns for the day so far so will prob have a little treat later but finish within my Syns X

I can't do sp days Hay - feels too much like a diet that way!!

Randomer - be sure to count the syns even when you know you're over - might subconsciously make you use less later in the week...

Made Diet Coke chicken for the first time tonight. Honestly can't see what all the fuss is about - it was edible, just didn't really do anything for me...

Wow. It works . First weigh in tonight and I've lost 2.5 lbs despite being away for 3 days.
Can someone tell me if the cauliflower pizza base is worth trying please.

We did cauli pizza the other week - it's nice, but nothing like proper pizza...

Everyone I know in RL agrees that it needs way more cooking time than the recipe says...

Tabulah - I cooked it for loads longer than normal in an attempt to thicken it up - even added more tomato purée - but no joy. Going to chalk it up as a "never making this again", I think...

I like diet coke chicken. I do add double (or more) passata and cook for longer than it says. Lots of SW recipes are very runny, IMO.

We made the chicken goulash from this month's magazine at the weekend. It was really nice (and not too runny) and there's two portions in the freezer.

Today's food:

Breakfast: Breakfast muffins
Lunch: Ham salad, apple, satsumas
Dinner: Cottage pie, carrots, cauliflower.
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

Weigh in tomorrow morning...never know how it's going to go, but hoping for a loss.

I still have quite a way to go but I am very confident and self assured that I can and will do this. Good luck to everyone else on their journeys. Well done losers . I put on 0.5 and is probably a bit more now as had a meal out with the girls .offered to drive though so saved syns on not drinking.
B was coffee overnight oats with banana . HeB.

Yoga
L h/m spiced soup with sw chips dipped in
Apple, grapes,strawberries
Dinner out . Chicken shashlick, spinach , salad, 1 poppadom and dips .Need to work out syns still and have a low syn rest of the week .

Evening. Back from dinner and High Rise - my that's a strange one Shock Confused.

Had Skinny Chicken (rotisserie cooked with just a dry seasoning - I even took the skin off), 2 bowls of salad (had a bit of dressing & potato salad but not much) and ended up having key lime pie for dessert. Stuck to diet coke and just having a G&T now.

Only had my eggs & salmon and an apple all day so hopefully not too bad overall.

Thanks Calzone.. I kinda realised that people dont need adding to these forum things and I did try to delete my first comment but as you can clearly see above it didn't quite work lol. One pound off for me this week. (My weigh in was at 5.30 tonight.) All ready for the week ahead and would like two so I can reach my one and a half stone award.

Em - I'll definitely try the chicken goulash, glad it turned out well!

Just getting ready to do the Belly Blitz DVD (I can't eat beforehand, it makes me feel sick!) then today will look like this...

B - fruit and yoghurt

L - not sure. Going out for lunch with a friend, I'm cat-sitting for her this weekend so meeting her to talk about what needs doing. She's done SW in the past, though, so hoping we can choose somewhere SW friendly...

D - leftover Diet Coke chicken with jacket potato and salad

Not making any plans for today's healthy extras or syns till I know how bad I've been at lunch!
