The I love Caramac but wouldn't dare buy the buttons. I would eat every single one.

I need things that come to an end......a single packet of crisps not a tube of Pringles. A kitkat not a packet of cookies!

On plan day,
B baked oats with raspberries again, heB + 1 syn
10 mile run!
L frittata with lots veg, Half HeA low fat cheese, salad + some salmon.
Melon, grapes, apple
Snack Wrap 9 syns with rest HeA cheese, ham and tomatoes
D roast chicken, sw roast potatoes, lots veg, gravy 1 syn . Milk in coffee 2 syns .
Dance class
Body magic'd out and knackered!
Worked today on not overeating before and after exercise. I often panic eat before long runs , scared I'll run out of energy half way round if not well fed! Just had normal breakfast portion today and I was fine .
Hope it shows on the scales tomorrow!

Managed to do Belly Blitz for the second day in a row this morning!!

Today's food:

B - Alpen Light (half HexB) and fruit

L - couscous salad

D - veggie sausages (1.5 for 3) with mash and veg

Skinny latte as my HexA, a Hifi light tonight as the other half of my HexB...

It's approaching lunchtime on my second day back on plan and I'm not looking forward to my uninspiring salad. Ham and sweet potato with lots of salad veg.

On the positive side I've just done an online shop (at work, v naughty) to come on Friday morning with lots of batch cooking stuff in it. Going to do a shed load of bolognaise, pulled pork and chick pea curry for the freezer. I wish I still had my big freezer and a full uninterrupted day to cook more but this will have to do!

Weigh in day! Confused I've been good apart from two days at the weekend so it's anyone's guess.

Today was not sp only because my muller lights are going out of date, my bananas are going off and I decided to use up some roast veg in a couscous salad for lunch.

B - mullerlight, pear, coffee with milk (HExA)
L - couscous with a tiny bit of butter (0.5 syns) roast speed veg (frylight), olives (1.5 syns) leftover heck sausage (0.5 syns), Pepsi max
S - banana, hifi (HExB), apple, possible hifi light if I need it later (3)
D - none til after weigh in then probably smoked salmon, fruit etc whatever's about.

Just checking in as havent posted for ages, im 24lbs down since starting on the 10th January. It could have been quite a bit more I suspect but i've had a couple of nights out (few and far between so didnt moderate my intake) and a couple of takeaways etc. I am loving slimming world, I find it so easy, especially now i've got a bit more of a repetoire of lunches etc so its not taking as much planning. 14lbs to go to my original target and 5lbs to match the lightest i've been in my adult life. I think when I get to target i'll reassess as I think I could probably go lower without much trouble.

My favourite dish is definitely oat pancakes with nutella, what a treat (although i've developed a bit of a nutella habit which is also hampering my progress a bit!)

Nice total loss, mango! And I don't think a couple of nights out is a bad thing - SW is meant to be a sustainable lifestyle, so we're all going to have days where we go off plan Smile

One pound on but not surprising after my weekend away.

Need to really focus this week- only 4lbs away from my 3.5 stone award and keeping putting on and losing the same couple of pounds.

I'm going all out this week!!

I lost 1lb on Monday but want more so really pushing to be 100% on plan.

B 1 wetabix 1/2 Heb milk hea and strawberries

Today was my brothers birthday while all the family had takeaway I took my own free curry with extra veg and made myself an eaton mess for desert (3 1/2 syns) so skipped the cake but didn't feel deprived Smilealthough I did have 2 chips no idea syn value so I will call it 1/2 syn is that realistic??

Just having a hot chocolate (2) so finish the day on 6 syns.

I have had a bad day!

Had my boring salad, then had a hot x bun, then a bag of crisps, then a slice of bread and butter, and now I've just had 6 squares of dark chocolate!

Oh dear!

I'm meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow too Blush

My shopping is coming on Friday and so I am 100% on plan from then onwards though.

Oh and good news though is that I weighed again this morning and only 2lbs on from the weekend.

I need to get organised at home too. I get stressed when I get behind and things need sorting out and then I eat rubbish!

Story of my life atm. Went to gp with DD to get her SW membership approved, and she also mentioned her comfort eating & anxiety. Apparently we last saw gp about the latter in 2011 which was when we had months of issues between me & DH & I nearly left him Sad.

GP has suggested family therapy. I know DH won't attend anything like that but she felt that DD and I going would still help. I need to ask my CBT therapist about a referral on Friday.

Still managed to stay on track today and had most of my syns left for this evening so just treated myself to a small bag of Frazzles and half a dozen dark chocolate rolos which were gorgeous!

Half off for me this week which I'm pleased with after my night out on Sat and bad day Sun. Back on it now after this cheeky muller bliss yoghurt... want to get 2.5 off next week if I possibly can (OK shouldn't have had that yoghurt...) to get back to my pre-Christmas weight... Hmm

1 pound off, happy with that! 2.5 pounds off to get down into the next stone, which I haven't been since 2009 and 9 pounds to target.
No social life this weekend so no excuse not to stay on plan!

Can I ask is she at secondary? I am asking because I have a meeting at dds secondary with other parents tomorrow about the food they sell.

We are banned from putting chocolate in their packed lunch but the school sells, slush puppies, cookies, muffins, pancakes.

But doesn't have things like wholemeal bread on offer. Lots of parents noticed their children poles weight on when they went into year 7. I really think something needs to be done about the food on offer in secondaries.

I am feeling slimmer, so am sure if I stay on plan I will have had a good loss the week if I lose 2.5lb I will be at my stone and a half which would be great. I would also get to the target I set myself for the end of March a bit early.

Ava kudos to your DD for being honest with the GP. She must be very mature, you should be v proud. A massive step in the right direction for her.

Well today is my last 'not fully on plan' day. My shop is coming between 8-9am tomorrow so no excuses at all after that. Breakfast and dinner should be on plan today, but lunch is at a restaurant so I've decided to just have what I fancy to get it out of my system and mark the end of my spectacular tumble off of the wagon.
