Went out last night and went way over Syns as somehow found myself drinking pints so I hope I don't spoil my week but moving on now and will see what I can do!

Fakeaway later with egg fried rice, crispy beef and Sweet and Sour so looking forward to that

I have a stinking cold and feel like big hairy granddad pants. I haven't eaten anything yet today and I know I should but I feel so poorly . Even the kittens are ignoring me because we get all comfy snuggled together under/on the slanket, and they fall asleep...and then I sneeze and offend their ancestors or something

Yesterday's food:

Brunch: Bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomato
Snack: Iceland meatballs, apple, satsumas
Dinner: Fillet steak, jacket potato, corn on the cob, mushrooms. More satsumas.
Snack: Hifi bars (HEB)
HEA - milk in tea and coffee.

Not sure what today's food will be.

Am watching 'My 600lb life.' :-(

It is heartbreaking. These people are slowly killing themselves. It's no life at all.

June, who has gained 20lbs instead of losing weight, is now arguing with the doctor.

I have seen that 600lb thing and it's just so sad sometimes. It seems like they are getting help with their weight control but need help with mental health too.

My DD has got chicken pox so this is going to be another tough week!

Report
calzone · 21/02/2016 13:27

Oh cowboy.....chicken pox sucks.....good opportunity to batch cook? :-)

Weight loss is definitely in the mind. You have to be in a good place mentally to make good choices otherwise food becomes a comfort.....except you end up feeling worse by eating food that doesn't make you feel good. Vicious cycle.

I know I shouldn't really weigh in the week, but I'm 3.5 lbs lighter, than I was on weigh day! Grin I know that you lose the most in your 1st week

Report
Katenka · 21/02/2016 13:43

Yay Katie that's great.

Tbh I get weighed as soon as I get up on Monday (weigh in day for me) , just so I know what to expect-ish.

Sometimes during the week too but not too often.

KatieT12 · 21/02/2016 13:44

Kat - thank you! My weigh day is Thursday, but in the afternoon Sad I'll weigh just before too Grin

Report
Katenka · 21/02/2016 13:51

Just make sure you get weighed at home at the same time of day.

I also have a routine that follow before I go to get weighed in. Two cups of coffee between 6 & 8am and make sure I wee before I leave on the school run. I got to class on the way home.

I also always wear the same clothes. Grin

B- satsuma. TEA with sugar x 2 (4 syns?)
L- boiled egg, cucumber, carrot and lettuce salad with small bit of cous cous. Grapes banana and lf yoghurt. Low calorie salad dressing
D- not sure yet, probably some kind of salad and pasta or jacket potato

I had a habit of sneakily weighing myself during the week...but the number on my scales is always completely different to the number on the SW ones, so I don't bother! When I first started, my scales said 14st13.5... The SW ones said 14st9! Felt like I'd lost without even trying! Grin

Had a bit of a clear out this morning, boyfriend took a load of stuff to the tip. And I found my old stepper!! Been using it while watching TV to try and get a little fitter!

Hi all bad day today I've got a horrible viral infection that the kids have given me.

A mini roll
Three biscuits
Half a caramac
Half a butterfly cake

I'm going to bed again as soon as the kids are down can't wait! I'm not planning on eating anything else so may get away with it, calorie wise it's not that much. Hope everyone is having a better daySmile

calzone · 21/02/2016 16:37

Abbinob......you need to eat much more than that.....

Think egg, bacon and beans
Huge couscous salad with chicken and salmon
Something with protein for dinner.....you need to fill up on protein and vegetables.
Fruit

Today's discovery- meatballs made with pork mince, salt, pepper and a shit ton of sage taste exactly like the sausage patties at McDonald's. Having them with Two Chubby Cubs marinara tonight but I'm going to make some patties to have in place of SW shitty sausage in a full English to keep it free.

Thanks Calzone

She was very clingy this afternoon so DH made lunch and somehow now I'm looking back the sandwich and crisps combo was 18 Syns! Better than not eating though.

Going to have a Fakeaway Chinese later so looking forward to that.
