You could try a meatza Bobinsky, or the SW nacho-style feast, both use minced beef. I like moussaka but my DC aren't keen!
Well done this weeks losers and Hi to new people .
Today has been on plan
B baked oats HeB + 1 syn
Apple
Lunch veg soup , grapes, HeA milk in coffees
D shakshuka with 1 egg but using the soup I'd had for lunch as the base, spiced up a bit, with brown rice.
Zumba and Pilates at gym .
Organized tomorrow's meals, more baked oats ready for breakfast, and frittata made for lunch in oven at same time . Would prefer them freshly made and hot but just won't have the time .
Yes I feel the same, it gets easy after a few days of sticking to plan but really hard to get back on it when have days off. I really need to work on having fun times out and staying on the plan!

HemanOrSheRa · 14/03/2016 21:58

Mmmmm meatzza. I'm going to have that this week. I love meatzza.

Katenka · 15/03/2016 07:08

kim I feel loads better for sticking to plan yesterday and not drowning my sorrows in Peanut Butter.

Feel like my stomach has gone down a bit already. Hope you feel better too!

Kim82 · 15/03/2016 07:54

I feel loads better today, it's weird how sluggish and horrible you feel when you eat rubbish but don't realise it at the time.

Today's menu:

B - alpen light bar, apple

L - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans

D - shepherds pie with carrot and swede mash instead of potato, cabbage, peas, broccoli

Sn - fruit, cucumber sticks, Greek muller light (0.5 syns)

EmilyK83 · 15/03/2016 08:57

Well done luna and Welsh!

Off to weigh in shortly, hoping for at least a pound off so the scales start with a 12 and not a 13 for the first time in years!

Then today will look like this:

B - none

L - leftover chilli and salad

Then off out for a cheeky glass of wine with a friend, before dinner out with dp at a new pie place that's opened in town...always organise these things for weigh day!

longlivetheking · 15/03/2016 09:41

2 off - hurrah! Got to keep motivated and keep those scales going down now!

Kim82 · 15/03/2016 10:40

Well done longlive and good luck Emily

Sounbelievablydull · 15/03/2016 10:51

Well done losers that's great
I'm off to see Adele tonight with dinner wine etc included in the ticket so I think I've already accepted the inevitable tumble off the wagon
Just one night shouldn't wreck everything surely?

Katenka · 15/03/2016 10:57

Well done losers!!!

Meal plan for today

B - none
L - 2 heck smoky paprika Sauages (1/2 syn for 2) in a Spanish tomato casserole type thing with veg.

D - 5% mince chillie and veg.

Snacks -fruit and 2 hi fi bars

longlivetheking · 15/03/2016 11:05

Thanks all Thanks

EmilyK83 · 15/03/2016 11:10

Well done longlive!

1.5lb off for me this week, which I'm happy with after Tues night's takeaway! 3.5lb to go to my 2 stone award...going to try so hard this week but won't be too disappointed if I don't get it, as long as I have a loss!

longlivetheking · 15/03/2016 11:13

Well done Emily! I've got about that to go to my 2 stone award too. Need to stop farting about!

BasinHaircut · 15/03/2016 11:22

Got on the scales this morning and I'm up 5lbs! Hopefully some of that is water retention, I was only away 3 days!!!!

Well I didn't manage to get out to the supermarket as DS was being super clingy and we ended up with a chippy tea Blush

I've had to grab a shop made sandwich for lunch too as I'm back to back meetings all day (just having a quick break now) but will be back on plan for dinner tonight. It's going to be a struggle between now and Friday when I can do a proper shop but we should just about be able to muddle through on plan (sort of).

Well done everyone on the losses!

EmilyK83 · 15/03/2016 11:35

Thanks longlive - you can do it! 2 meals out for us this week, so I don't think I'll do it in a week...but planning on drinking plenty of water and keeping speed food up to get as close as I can!

longlivetheking · 15/03/2016 11:43

Sounds a good plan emily! We have people over Saturday so no way I'll do it in a week either!
Sadly then it'll be Easter but hoping to try and avoid too much gluttony (probably by staying in bed hiding!)

EmilyK83 · 15/03/2016 17:26

Easter is going to be evil! I've made a list of low syn Easter treats, though - told people that if they're buying me choc, it has to be from this list!

Mini eggs 1 each
Lindor mini egg 1.5 each
Kinder mini eggs 1.5 each
Aldi dominion Easter marshmallows 1 each
Smarties mini eggs 1 each
Milky Bar mini eggs 1 each
21g smarties figure 5.5 each
Lindt bunnies (mini) 3 each

Also - a bit of motivation - just seen this pic on FB! I'm aiming for a pound a week to be in a healthy bmi zone by our holiday!

Good list!

AvaLeStrange · 15/03/2016 20:47

Calzone what is a caramac breakaway? Sounds amazing!

Well done to all the losers and Flowers to everyone who's struggling.

Just weighed in tonight & didn't stay as DD & DH are at the footy so have a rare couple of hours to myself. Have lost another 1lb which I'm ridiculously pleased about as I really haven't felt in the zone at all. I know I've not been going badly off plan (apart from Friday evening) but just feeling really Meh & unmotivated so that small loss is really encouraging.

Have menu planned until next Monday - we had KFC style takeaway tonight which went down a treat with DH, DD and her friend who was quite keen to get his mitts on my SW cook books Grin!

Making Thai fishcakes from the takeaway book tomorrow.

Ragwort · 15/03/2016 20:50

Calzone - thanks for the info on becoming a consultant - are you thinking of doing it, you certainly know lots about SW. Smile.

calzone · 15/03/2016 21:22
