I'm dying. Bought that Charlotte Crosby Belly Blitz DVD earlier after friends recommended it, I got halfway through the 12 rounds and I'm shattered! Seems really good so far though, will persevere!

still haven't come on. STILL. It's been threatening for a week now, my boobs are so tender that even having a (well-fitting) bra on is hurting and it feels like my womb is going to explode at any moment. BUT...I lost 1.5 lbs so I'm not sure what's happening.

Had my usual post-WI splurge; today it was one of those layered pasta salads from the supermarket, a club bar and a bag of hula hoops (about 20 syns in total) and have made a bolognaise sauce for tonight (Thursdays are awful, I have college and DH has Army Cadets so it's nice to have something ready to be reheated after 9).

I need to get back on the exercise bike...she says, sitting on the sofa watching Grey's Anatomy Grin

I came on yesterday and I put on 1lb this week Angry

Though in my case it has more to do with the cake last Friday and the pork pies on TuesdaySad

Back on plan now!

B - caramel shreddies (HExB), skimmed milk (HExA), coffee
L - mugshot, clementines, pear
D - balsamic chicken from new book with mash, cabbage and leek
S - hifi light (3), grapes, cherry tomatoes, diet squash, gin (3) and slimline, prawn crackers (3), beef fajita slices from Tesco (1.5). Aware I need more speed but at least I haven't overeaten syns today!

Just wondering if anyone feels filler on sp days!
I am doing a full sp week this week I want a decent weight loss. Last night I didn't have tea just had my second HEB as a hifi and Apple and melon and was still full from my dinner. I have eaten half my tea and feel bloated. I haven't had my second HEB for the day. I might have a hifi bar with a cuppa tea later but at the moment couldn't eat anything else. I'm using the same plates for tea and lunch box for lunch so portion size is about the same but having min 1/2 plate of speed and snack on speed food as well.
Is it just more filling or smyth we suggestions why I feel so full?

I do a lot of sp days and noticed my appetite has reduced. Don't know if it's the SP or just dieting. But it's working.

I am currently laid up. Done something to my neck and can't move. Not looking forward to weight in on Monday as I have only exercised once this week Sad

I had good intentions of doing an SP day but couldnt quite face a roast without roast potatoes, albeit SW ones, so today has looked like this:

B: Strawberries, grapes, kiwi, mango

L: Crayfish, rocket & quark with lemon & black pepper on wholemeal (HexB)

D: Roast chicken, SW pots, carrots, sprouts, green beans, gravy, bread sauce (3 syns)

Snacks 2 x hifi lights (6), Pops (4), half a pack of mini caramel snackajacks with chocolate quark & strawberries (3.5)

Have gone from Hmm about quark last week to a quarkaholic this week!

Another off plan day today :/

Yesterday wasn't great - was starving when I finished college and had to accompany husband on a hospital appointment, so grabbed a chicken and basil pasta thing from Waitrose. I did have a lovely jacket potato, salmon and roasted ratatouille for dinner though.

I had an assignment deadline for today, and although I thought I only had a little bit to do, I ended up pulling an all-nighter to get it done, followed by a morning at college. Had a porridge for breakfast, a caramel snack-a-jack when I got in from college because all I wanted to do was climb into bed. Picked up husband from work and got curry ready meal from the supermarket. I just felt I needed something 'bad'. Good thing is, I didn't feel the need to finish it all, I ate until the craving was satisfied and then stopped (I usually hate waste, hence me needing to go to SW Grin), and I've got some mango and pineapple defrosting to have with fat free greek yogurt in a while.

Food shop tomorrow, so getting planning tonight. If I stay awake long enough.

I've been to re-register at my local SW club tonight, as planned. I bought a six week countdown to keep me motivated and stocked up on hifi bars.

I'm off to chop up fruit for breakfast and make a cous cous salad for lunch so I'm prepared for tomorrow. And make up some treat bags too.

Today's meals has been boring

Had chicken, chilli tomato sauce and butternut squash twice. With my neck I can't be arsed cooking. Going to go on the app and pick some meals to make this week.

Also had strawberries and 2 hifi bars.

Need to get more inventive.

Hi everyone. I've been completely off plan for almost two weeks now. I seem to be in self destruct mode. Last time I weighed myself at home I had a gain of 4lb and I have continued to eat shit (two takeaways plus mountains of other crap) and I am currently drinking the bottle of wine that dh bought me for my birthday today. Think I'll have to take the gain on the (double) chin at Monday's weigh in and try and re-focus after that.

Can I just ask - still new to this. Usually have 2 x alpen light bars for breakfast (my HeB) but had breakfast "muffin" this morning (egg, ham, spring onion, mushroom etc) then salad at lunch, pasta for dinner. Just realised at 9.30pm that I hadn't had my HeB today.

So I've just eaten 35g of Shreddies even though I was still full from dinner, really didn't want them. Had had 10 syns today and HeA so all ok.

Is that right? I was eating just for the sake of it?

namechanged - if you get that again, just don't have them...

The A and B choice are there so you get enough fibre and calcium, but unless you're regularly skipping them (in which case you'd need to have a wee look at your diet overall to make sure you stay healthy) then don't eat them just for the sake of getting them in even if you're not hungry.

You won't have harmed your weightloss or anything, but eating something you don't want just to make sure you're getting it in isn't what you want to be doing.

Right, over indulgence has finished. Weighed this morning and I have a 5.5lb gain over two weeks. Let's see if I can reduce that to a 3.5lb gain by Monday's weigh in. Three sp days with gallons of water should do it I reckon.

Just weighed in, got a maintain. A bit sad but at least I know why. I have been having too much cheese, instead of weighing cheese I have been dumping what I 'think' is the right amount of cheese on , very naughty, THEN having a brew with milk on top of that. I have also been pigging out on pasta and potatoes ++, I know they are free but they just do nothing for my losses.

I always have my HEB. But I do suffer from a digestive problems and find if I don't have it I have toilet troubles (sorry tmi Blush)

I always have my HEA as well. Purely because if I have cheese at lunchtime I feel fuller for longer.

But if it's not an issue for you I can't see missing the odd HE as a bad thing.

I do know someone at our group thought you could save up a weeks worth and eat them all in one day. Consultant said you can't carry them forward.

And I'm off.....Day 1 for me! Just had a big bowl of fruit, a hifi light (1/2 HEB) and a black coffee. Lunch is a cous cous salad, more fruit and I'll take a hifi light bar just in case. Dinner I think will be a salmon fillet, noodles and stir fry veg.

namechange when I've done SW in the past I often got to the end of the day and not had my HEB. I think that happens sometimes when you are filling up on free foods. I wouldn't worry if it's the odd day. Don't eat it for the sake of it.

Oh! And also, 1 Alpen light/hifi light is actually a Speed HEB. So if you are struggling to get your HEB in you could just have that as a snack.

I'm off on my weekend away today and forgot to weigh and have had breakfast now do not sure how I did with my 'want to be 11st by now' goal. I'll only have the weight I am when I get back and I'm having a whole 4 days off plan because I'm not giving up my life to do SW! I'll just take the hit and pick up when I get back.

Well done so Sometimes it's the little things that are stopping us losing weight. In my case, a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.

I am FINALLY bleeding yay but now I have no clue where my mooncup is (we moved just after I finished last month and I remember putting it somewhere safe, but that place has eluded me) so I am using pads and feeling grotty as fuck. Oh well.

Today's food:

Brunch: Bacon, poached eggs, beans, mushrooms.

Dinner: Pork medallions, new potatoes, leeks, cauliflower, broccoli.
Snacks: Apples, plums
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

I have done enough food shopping to get us through to lunchtime tomorrow and am going to write DH a list so he can go and get it tomorrow afternoon. That's going to be interesting. He'll either come back with nothing on the list and a load of stuff that is totally off plan, or will call me every time there's something on the list that the supermarket doesn't have (instead of making a sensible substitution).

I am now going to snuggle with the kittens on the sofa and watch some shitty television.
