Those dinners looked great.

I have fallen totally off the wagon this evening - back on the case tomorrow.

cowboylover · 27/02/2016 00:06

Those meals look delicious!

Been a good day today;
B; Bran Flakes (not as bad as I remembered so trying again) HxB
L; Picnic out on a walk with my DD Salmon, salad, raspberries, Apple, water and Muller
D; Nandos out with DH then sweets at the cinema 19.5 Syns total which is much less than my old portion of sweets alone I'm sure! So flexible Syns used but all worth it and we'll enjoyed.

Tomorrows plan; New Piercing day and I'm excited as a new weight bracket treat Smile
B; Bacon, egg and mushroom
L; KFC Rice box 4.5 Syns and side of beans
D; Farmhouse pizza omelette with Salad when DH is at a gig so want to find something nice and not to high syn to enjoy as a treat, maybe a Freddo

BasinHaircut · 27/02/2016 07:48

I didn't get my shopping list done last night so won't make it to the shops before DH goes out. Annoying because now I'll have to take DS to the supermarket and he is a nightmare on a normal day in the shops and he is knackered because he didn't go to sleep until almost 11pm last night. Was a shit night and I'm exhausted. Not sure I can be bothered so might have to go off plan for lunch. I have fuck all in though.

Kim82 · 27/02/2016 08:03

Morning all, I'm determined to stick to sp plan today as this morning's weigh in has shown I've put on 1lb after stuffing my face yesterday. Boohoo. My menu is:

B - alpen light bar (1st HeB)?Greek muller light (0.5 syns)

L - egg wrap filled with beans, mushrooms and tomato

D - tandoori chicken

Sn - 2 ryvita (2nd HeB), apple, orange, strawberries, cherry tomatoes

HeA - milk in tea

I need to have lost 1lb this week to get my club 10 and if I lose 3lb then I get my 1.5 stone award. I'm hoping I can get both of those at weigh in on Monday but we'll see.

OrianaBanana · 27/02/2016 08:32

This was yesterday's dinner - pretty nice! Pizza chips as suggested by consultant. Cheese was HEA so all free Grin. I then ate Oreos so I was probably on about 20 syns for the day Hmm

I'm determined to get my 2lb off goal this week, so SP days until WI (Wed night) - thanks for the idea!

Today

B - blueberry wheats and milk (HExA and HExB1), coffee, apple
L - bacon and egg butty in wholemeal thin (HExB2), mushrooms and tomatoes
D - bolognese with pasta for DH and DS. I tend to add some chickpeas or something to mine on an SP day. Tomatoes mushrooms and carrot in sauce (possibly olives 1.5 syns) and served with broccoli and cauliflower.

S - speed fruit and maybe a hifi light (3)

Kids' party this afternoon so will try and avoid the crisps...

Pizza chips sound amazing - going to have to try those! Grin

Weekend away with my best mate is going well - we stuck to plan last night and I feel so good for it! That's the aim for today too - here's our meal plan...

B - fruit and fat-free yoghurt

L - picky bits - radishes, carrots, cucumber, peppers, cottage cheese, Chinese chicken slices

D - butternut squash mac & cheese (with HexA cheese), salad

Alpen Lights as HexB, tempted to spend some of my Syns on a coffee when we go out shopping later!

Katenka · 27/02/2016 08:50

Ds' birthday party tomorrow so will be trying to avoid eating all the cake.

I managed to avoid it at his best friends party so fingers crossed.

maygirl · 27/02/2016 09:21

Doing ok I think, even though disorganized this week! My mums not well and I've had to take her to several appointments +I'm ill with a bad chest, so no exercise all week. Should be at gym now. My appetite's right down though Grin
Yesterday B scrambled egg, raspberries
L 2 ryvita, 2 blue cheese triangles, tomatoes
D takeaway chicken shashlick with onions, peppers, tomatoes and salad, bit of dal, boiled rice, half a poppadom, mint yogurt dip . Need to properly check the syns still .

Have good weekends, hope we can all stay on those 'wagons'!!

BasinHaircut · 27/02/2016 09:47

I weighed AGAIN! And I've lost a pound this past week so I'm pleased and feel a bit more like trying to stay on plan today. I have 1 more pound to lose before 11th March and I'm on track.

So, need to try and do some shopping before lunch. DH will be back at 10:45-ish for an hour so I'm just cobbling a list together and I'll go straight out and do a mad dash to Tesco.

Katenka · 27/02/2016 15:49

I have been training this morning. Had ham salad for lunch. Was quite plain and boring but quick.

Well done basin

stumblymonkey · 27/02/2016 16:43

I'm doing well so far this weekend...

B: Porridge (HeB) with raspberries and honey. Muller light.

L: Wholewheat tagliatelle with bolognese

Not sure what we're having for dinner as dog-sitting at DP's parents but his DM has made us something to be warmed up. They are a very healthy family though so I think it's likely to be SW friendly and quite possibly free.

Syns so far: Sugar (2); Honey (2.5)
Will probably have another tea with sugar and Hi-Fi bar later too...

stumblymonkey · 27/02/2016 16:45

Katie...at the moment I'm using my Syns...I probably vary between 12-20 each day.

I figure if I'm losing a decent amount (4.5lbs last week) with them then it will help me stick to the plan and give me something to cut out when my weight loss plateaus.

Does anyone know what weight/BMI you have to be for your 20 Syns to drop back down to the normal 15?

Buttwing · 27/02/2016 16:50

Good day for me again. I finished yesterday on 16 syns. I try to stay below 10 so that's a bit high for me.

B-banana

L-baked potato, bacon and beans and a yogurt

D-shepards pie, cabbage and broccoli

3 syns on a mini aldi chocolate thingy.

KatieT12 · 27/02/2016 17:17

stumbly my consultant said around 16 st

AvaLeStrange · 27/02/2016 17:17

I am having a nightmare weekend!

DBIL arrived yesterday to lay new flooring in the dining room, hallway & kitchen for us. We'd taken up the existing flooring, prepped as much as poss and moved all the furniture (he was supposed to have come last weekend Hmm).

He was still going at nearly 9pm last night. DH had gone out so in had tontext him and get him to ring MIL to call BIL to pack it in and go home so DD could get to bed.

We've been out most of the day so he can finish and get started on the kitchen. Rang DH at 3pm and he said they were just starting on the kitchen. Got home at 4.30 to discover I have no fecking kitchen!!! ShockAngry He has ripped out the whole thing - my units, fridge, freezer and everything are out in the garden (and I did a huge food shop yesterday - it's cold so not likely to go off but still...)

So it looks like takeout tonight and carvery breakfast tomorrow as we have our BF staying over too. How I'm going to resist hitting the wine tonight is anyone's guess - my entire house looks like a bomb site and the thought of trying to get it straight again makes me want to sob. We're all back at school & work on Monday so I guess it will mean no evenings at all this week Sad

AvaLeStrange · 27/02/2016 17:19

I should add that BIL is a handyman and is being paid - I'm not rantying about him doing us a favour!

stumblymonkey · 27/02/2016 17:23

Thanks Katie...I'm still 17st 10 at the mo so a little while to go yet!

Does anyone find it hard to believe how much they weigh? When I write it down I can hardly believe I weight that much....perhaps because I piled it all on in the last 24 months Sad

stumblymonkey · 27/02/2016 17:24

Sorry to hear about your kitchen Ava...sounds pretty stressful!

KatieT12 · 27/02/2016 17:36

Yep stumbly I was 15 st in July 2015 and now around 19 st... Shocking

Katenka · 27/02/2016 17:55

Oh ava that sounds horrendous!!!

Just had home made burger, cheese (HEA) with salad squash and mange tout. Loads of pickles Grin

Was lush!!!!

EmilyK83 · 27/02/2016 18:04

Katenka that looks amazing!!

BasinHaircut · 27/02/2016 18:35

I managed to do my shopping! Hurrah!

Pastitsio for dinner tonight. We are going to the zoo tomorrow so we are going to take leftovers with us for lunch so we don't have to eat crappy zoo cafe food.

Hoping that DS goes to bed tonight as I'm knackered!

sleeplessinmybedroom · 27/02/2016 19:00

I had 15 syns at 17st 6 so you won't have much longer until they drop.

I can't belive how much I weigh. In my head I'm 15st something not the 16st12.5 I am now.

AvaLeStrange · 27/02/2016 19:40

Well, DD and I had Chinese. Went for chicken satay skewers & Singapore noodles - don't even want to think about the syns involved or in the two appropriately named Desperados that are washing it down but I guess at least it was nothing battered or deep fried.

I was actually in tears earlier at the thought of what it will do to my progress so far. I put on weight so easily I'm envisaging the whole 6lb I've lost going back on by Tuesday Sad.

calzone · 27/02/2016 19:55

Seafood spaghetti and baked apple and mincemeat which is a HEB.....
