Emily proper coffee is my non-negotiable. I'm getting used to healthier food, and I've naturally reduced my wine intake as have spent most of this year suffering from colds & unable to drink, but giving up caffeine? No chance! DH has been caffeine free for 15 years - we have an entire kitchen cupboard given over to different types of tea & coffee as he likes trying different loose leaf ones.
So, think I've done OK today so far:
B - Mullerlight, Alpen Light (half HexB)
L - Pasta Salad, Quavers (4.5) sugar free jelly (0.5)
D - Thai Chicken Curry & Rice (from the magazine 1 syn)
Milk HexA
Snacks - apple, HiFi light (other half HexB)
Really don't feel like I'm 'on a diet' atm, which is great but a little worrying. Need to have a mostly speed day tomorrow as will have 250ml of red wine left over after making the beef bourginon for dinner and I fully intend to drink it 😀
