So sorry Kim :(

Well done losers!

Ava - I gave up coffee a while back, and just drink the decaf stuff now...trying to establish some willpower with this whole SW thing! Think it's easier because I can see the weight going down and the inches coming off, definitely spurring me on to keep going!

Basin - I've given up weighing myself at home. Weighed on Tues morning before official weigh in, said I'd stayed the same...when it was actually 2.5lb off. Lies, all lies!

EmilyK83 · 25/02/2016 10:40

Off out food shopping shortly - weekend away with my bestie this weekend! She's also doing SW, which makes it easier...looking forward to a weekend where it's just us and no kids :)

Today:

B - fruit

L - a random combination of chicken, plus veg that are on the verge of going off. Quite fancy some roasted cauliflower...

D - baked salmon, plus a potato/sweet potato dauphinoise recipe I found online. Uses quark instead of cream, and is topped with a HexA of cheese, fingers crossed it works! Probably some cabbage on the side.

HexB will be Alpen Lights to snack on, and probably fruit/yoghurt/mini meringues for dessert tonight!

Katenka · 25/02/2016 10:42

Does anyone know if you continue to do a lot of SP the benefits after to wear off?

I do a few days of it a week usually 3/4.

Kim i am so sorry Thanks

BasinHaircut · 25/02/2016 11:10

emily let us know how that dauphinois was goes! Was considering something similar myself. Can you also share the link to the recipe please?

EmilyK83 · 25/02/2016 11:18

Will do Basin! Recipe is one syn per serving, plus HexA, so fingers crossed it's tasty!

I'm using this recipe here...

Sorry Kim Thanks

I have been the same for a while and going up a bit and down again but overall I am the same now as I was in November! But getting back in to hear and after the 5 days on Fast Forward I am looking at what I am doing on plan again so with my Mum joining this week also I'm going to try another 1st week and see how it goes again!

Has anyone found a list of all the B choices available? I know if I look something up on the app it tells me if it is or not but I would like some inspiration so I don't have the same things so often. Would like to find a cereal I like too

KatieT12 · 25/02/2016 12:25

List of all b choices are in the book you get when you join

cowboylover · 25/02/2016 12:40

No they are not Katie unfortunately as they add new ones every month and they add those to the magazine but wondering if they add them anywhere in one place?

KatieT12 · 25/02/2016 12:48

But there's loads in the book! Lots of cereals, do you not like any of them?

cowboylover · 25/02/2016 13:02

Don't like Wheetabix or All Bran and they seem to be the most popular I hear of. Cornflakes would be good lol

I'm struggling for breakfasts at the moment. Don't have time to cook on work days so usually have overnight oats or toast but that doesn't fill me up much.

emwithme · 25/02/2016 13:03

Well bugger I down dead (as my gran never used to say). I lost 3 lbs this week, got my 2 stone award finally and am SOTW!

Does anyone have any clue what to do with a bag of fruit that all needs eating yesterday?

I am hoping the day carries on really well because I've got an assessment at college tonight and am, frankly, bricking it. Normally we find out straight away if we've passed (computerised assessments) but today's is different so we won't know for a month or so.

tabulahrasa · 25/02/2016 13:20

Cowboy lover...mini chocolate weetabix? (I know they're still weetabix, but I'll eat them where I wouldn't choose weetabix) asda caramel or toffee apple popcorn cereal? Um...coco shreddies?

You can tell nothing about my tastes with what cereal I eat at all...lol

KittyOShea · 25/02/2016 13:23

Cowboy try making egg muffins? You can hear them in the microwave in 30 seconds.

Congrats Em and good luck with the assessment

BasinHaircut · 25/02/2016 13:40

Well done em!

2 stones, that's amazing!

EmilyK83 · 25/02/2016 13:45

Well done Em, that's amazing! And...erm...lots of fruit salad?! Grin

Katenka · 25/02/2016 14:14

Ah the slimmer of the week basket! I had rotten fruit in the last one Shock

Katenka · 25/02/2016 14:15

Oh and well done Em

lunatrick · 25/02/2016 14:57

No weight update yet as I don't weigh myself between weigh-in days (also don't own a set) but today I've been able to do my bra up on the tightest hooks, and my wedding ring is looser! Also feel like my jeans have a little more room in them.

So far today I've eaten:

B - porridge (HEA+B) with summer fruits, coffee (2 syns for sugar)
Inbetween - fat free honey greek yogurt (1.5 syns) and raspberries
L - tuna pasta (1 syn for mayo) and salad

Not sure what to have later - possibly jacket potato, got some Heck sausages in the fridge, maybe salad.

lunatrick · 25/02/2016 14:59

Meant to say well done to em too!

AvaLeStrange · 25/02/2016 15:50

Well done em Star! Hope the assessment goes just as well.

Am having one of those days where I've gone past stressed and just hit speechlessly bewildered, which is a good thing, as stress normally makes me eat, but my brain can't actually process that concept whilst juggling everything else!

Will all come out in the wash!

AvaLeStrange · 25/02/2016 15:51

What have you got in your fruit basket Em?

maygirl · 25/02/2016 16:46

cowboy I find baked oats are more filling than overnight oats cos of the egg, I make night before and eat cold .
I started in August, so 6 mths for 1 stone .Never gone up much, mostly tiny losses or maintains. Hopefully maintaining at target will be easy as I'm good at doing that lol!
I weigh myself regularly, works better for me, I'm doing better since I started doing this, + posting here and (unfortunately) having minimal amounts of booze !

KatieT12 · 25/02/2016 16:53

About to be weighed Confused not that confident, the first week is supposed to be the best

Katenka · 25/02/2016 16:54

Good luck Katie I am sure you are are going to be fine.

ThanksThanksThanks

KatieT12 · 25/02/2016 16:57

Thank you Kat Thanks
