Oriana - I found them!!! Grin

Katenka · 19/02/2016 15:08

I am 5 ft 9 and 13st 2.5lb.

I am a size 12 up top and a 12/14 on bottom.

I have set my target at 11, which is mid normal on the BMI. Which is usually around a size 10. But I will review it when I am there. To be a size 8 I would need to be closer to 10.

I have set myself smaller targets for I between. I would like to be 12 by the time I go away in May. Which is half a stone a month (ish). Hope I am not being unrealistic.

Grin Calzone.

I did homemade Nandos the other day - sprinkled some mild Nandos dry rub on chicken breast and baked with SW chips (didn't come out great) & salad. Made a syn free (I think) dressing my mixing fat free Greek yoghurt with more seasoning & lemon juice.

Just got to get DD to bed (she's 11 but Friday we have some 121 time beforehand) then it's time for wine! I have even measured and marked off a 175ml mark on my favourite glass Grin

Kim82 · 19/02/2016 19:28

I've totally lost my dieting mojo these past two days. I've plenty healthy stuff in but I keep going for the bread and kids' crisps. I miss just being able to grab a quick ham sandwich and packet of crisps for lunch, all food seems to take a while to prepare. Urgh. I need to get my head back in the game...

AvaLeStrange · 19/02/2016 19:35

I've been having fruit & yoghurt or an omelette for breakfast so I can have a sandwich for lunch with chicken, ham or pastrami & salad.

I have it with low syn 'crisps' (pops, skips, quavers), a Muller light & fruit.

Will probably become routine as its easy for work and not obviously diet fodder. I have cocked it up so many times I've only told my immediate family & 2 closest friends that I've joined SW. Am actually going to a group 5 miles away on the other side of town!

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 19:57

I didn't join my local group and when I arrived, there was someone I knew Sad gutting! She lives in my area as well and probably went to that one for the same reason! Oh well... Grin

Buttwing · 19/02/2016 20:32

Katie could she not end up a slimming buddy? No one will know your weight. I know about 10 people from my group (not through sw) I find it spurs me on a bit!

Buttwing · 19/02/2016 20:34

Katie sorry I'm so sleep deprived I misunderstood your post Blush

I will bugger off now!!!

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 20:40

Buttwing - not sure you did misunderstood, did you? Your reply matches quite well Grin maybe she could, but I go with my mum! :P

stumblymonkey · 19/02/2016 20:43

Is/was anyone else absolutely starving when they started?

I keep hearing how people are never hungry on SW but I could eat a scabby cat right now

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 20:45

monkey - I'm not hungry, I just miss the bad food, I suppose. Why don't you eat some SF?

stumblymonkey · 19/02/2016 21:01

I think my problem this week is that we grocery shop at the weekends so it was done before I started SW.

I have no free foods left in the house to snack on Sad

Will definitely be adding much more fruit, SF yogurts, etc to the groceries tomorrow.

Buttwing · 19/02/2016 21:06

Stumbly could you make more dinner? I quite often go back for seconds later on or have been known to make a big bowl of sw chips late at night with a couple of Syns for ketchup.

Buttwing · 19/02/2016 21:07

And I agree with Katie I definitely eat out of habit some times. If I find myself turning my nose up at extra dinner then I think " hmmm it's not hunger then is it?!"

AvaLeStrange · 19/02/2016 21:56

Not really hungry but miss the picky bits. Have really enjoyed mynwine this evening though am not alcoholic, honest

We're getting through a ridiculous amount of yoghurt & fruit though!

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 22:01

Ava - glad you enjoyed the wine!

Just wondering, did anyone feel ill on their 1st day? Hmm

I've dieted before, but never anything with no fat diet, etc.

Just curious if it's because I'm so used to fat/sugar Grin I sound so unintelligent!

Or if I'm just ill? Grin

emwithme · 19/02/2016 22:20

When I did SW last time, I had to have two days in bed at the beginning, I felt so rough. I had gone from drinking about 2 l of (fat) coke and a giant sugary coffee to water/herbal tea/squash so it was a combination of no sugar and no caffeine and it totally knocked me sideways.
