Katie I remember how I felt when I saw 18.10 on the scales. I knew I was big but I didn't realise HOW big I was. Just think, you'll never be that big again!
Today's food:
Brunch: Bacon, omelette, beans, mushrooms. Coffee (milk - HEA). In associated news, I love my new range cooker and my smoke alarms work 
Mid afternoon - Iceland meatballs, tomatoes, apple.
Dinner: Salmon fillets, roast mediterranean veg (courgette, cherry toms, peppers, red onion), new potatoes.
Snack: Hifi bars (HEB)
