Good idea Calzone! I'm 11st 11 and a size 16.

Charley12345 · 19/02/2016 09:43

Calzone... I am 13.0 and size 8/10. It is weird how our sizes are different!! But I do gym and weight lift a lot so around 1.5/2 stone of my weight is roughly muscle.

I have 7.5 half weeks to get down to 12.0 or less!!

AvaLeStrange · 19/02/2016 09:53

I think height must be a factor too.

I'm 5'3, the last time I was a size 10-12 was 20 years ago and I weighed 9st 2lb.

I'm now 17st 10lb and a size 24.

Target weight is 9st Confused

Kim82 · 19/02/2016 10:04

Yes, sorry I didn't put my height. I'm only 5ft 2 so to be a size 10 I would need to be 9st ish which is my target weight. I may change my target to 8st, 7lb (and a size 8) if I get that far, I'll have to see how I feel if and when I get there.

The last time I was that weight was after dd2 was born 8 years ago, I started slowly putting the weight on when she was 1.

Charley12345 · 19/02/2016 10:07

I am 5ft 8.5inch so that's a factor too!

Hay135 · 19/02/2016 10:19

I'm 5ft 2 , 10 stone 9 and a size 12. Aim to be a size 10 not sure what weight that will be Blush

OohMavis · 19/02/2016 10:27

5'3" and 14st 2lbs - size 16.

OohMavis · 19/02/2016 10:34

My target is 9st 4lbs.

I maintained this week, such a relief! There may have been chips and a battered sausage consumed after a very busy day. And two cupcakes. And crisps. Birthday parties are such a hazard for me Blush

Back to plan from today though, got a lovely speedy bolognese in the slow cooker which already smells amazing. I really need to cook more.

BendydickCuminsnatch · 19/02/2016 10:35

5'6, 14st 9 :( size 16 bottoms 14 top.

longlivetheking · 19/02/2016 10:51

I am 5'7.
Started SW at 13.71/2 and a 14 on the bottom.
Am now 11.11 and in a 12, but definitely top end of a size 12 if you know what I mean?!

Target is 11 stone at the moment, will see how I look.

At my slimmest, before 3 kids and walking a lot more, and smoking also, I was around 10 stone and a size 10 on top and 10/12 on the bottom.
I looked very slim though and no one ever believed I weighed what I did. I think getting back to that weight is unrealistic, but as I say, I shall see how I look at 11. Don't want to look haggard!

Buttwing · 19/02/2016 11:10

Wow really interesting people's dress sizes and how different we all are!!

I'm 5"7 and weigh 11stone 5 and I'm a twelve. At my target weight of about 9 stone 10 I a 10 bottom and a 12 top (massive boobs that never seem to shrink to matter what I lose!)

I took the kids out for the day luckily I took some fruit and a hifi as there was nothing remotely sw friendly! Today's looking ok I've got one ill child who's already been sick on me once today-lovely!!!

B-banana and yogurt

L-ham omelette with beans

emwithme · 19/02/2016 11:13

5' 6.5", very stocky build (big shoulders/hips etc - always have been "athletic"). Currently 14 st 8 lbs, wearing a 14/16 bottom 18/20 top (36G/38F boobs).

Highest ever was 18 st 10 lbs in January 2010, bursting out of a 22 bottom. I actually came across these trousers yesterday when re-packing after the move; they are GIANT on me.

Lowest ever was 13 st 8 lbs in September 2012 (for my wedding).

Restarted SW in June 2015 at 16 st 5 lbs because it was that or buy size 18 trousers and I wasn't doing that.

Not sure what my target is...I just know I'm not happy where I was

Woke up today with a stinking cold and feel like pants. Want to be on it like an Easter Bonnet though, No Fuck It February is working well for me!

EmilyK83 · 19/02/2016 11:24

I'm 5'6, 13st 8.5lb, and a size 16. Amazing how different we all are!

Mummyme87 · 19/02/2016 11:28

I'm 5ft 7, 15st 5lb and a 16-18.

cowboylover · 19/02/2016 11:50

Really interesting to see everyone's weights and sizes!

5'4 (just)
17 stone Size 18
Started SW at 20 stone tight size 22

Thanks for sharing and being brave!
I would like to be a size 14 but don't know what weight difference that will be for me yet but it is still a long way away and will see how I feel when I'm closer.

Not eaten or drink anything yet, so lazy today I don't even want to move!

Charley12345 · 19/02/2016 11:52

I have been 8 stone and a size 6/8 and 10 stone with a size 6/8. The difference in weight was simply muscle!

BirdingWidow · 19/02/2016 12:02

I am 5'5, 12st 4 and size 14 in most shops not really fancy shops for thin people, obviously

BasinHaircut · 19/02/2016 12:05

I'm 5ft 9ins, currently 11st 4lbs and a size 12.

OrianaBanana · 19/02/2016 12:09

I am 5'5 and 11 stone 3 (been hovering here since just after Xmas, before which I was 11 stone). Currently just about a size 12 and my BMI is still firmly 'overweight'. No way could I try a 10 like calzone.

I started at 12 stone 8 and a size 14 although I could probably have realistically worn a 16 sometimes... 1.5 stone off and my body hasn't really changed much..

Goal is 10 stone then re-evaluate but I'm hoping to be a comfortable size 10 in the end - I might have to get down to 9 stone 7 which is my mid-normal BMI.

Doesn't help that I'm a typical pear and my arse/hips are sometimes 14 and my bust 10 though my upper arms are also 14 Confused

I'm the biggest here - I just started, I suppose...! Blush

Loving the food choices, already and have really got my head around things!

I'm 5 ft 5, 19:1.5 st, 18 bottom (jeggings), 24 top (I have a big chest and I'm fat, obviously)

emwithme · 19/02/2016 12:31

Katie I remember how I felt when I saw 18.10 on the scales. I knew I was big but I didn't realise HOW big I was. Just think, you'll never be that big again!

Today's food:

Brunch: Bacon, omelette, beans, mushrooms. Coffee (milk - HEA). In associated news, I love my new range cooker and my smoke alarms work Blush
Mid afternoon - Iceland meatballs, tomatoes, apple.

Dinner: Salmon fillets, roast mediterranean veg (courgette, cherry toms, peppers, red onion), new potatoes.
Snack: Hifi bars (HEB)

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 12:54

emwithme - thank you, well done on your journey. Joining was the best thing I ever did! Smile

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 13:18

For the first 4 weeks, where do you write your food diary? I can't find anywhere in the welcome pack Confused

cowboylover · 19/02/2016 13:53

Katie I started at over 20 just over a year ago and I just keep thinking that I will never be that weight again and moving on.

The food diary pages should be loose in your pack, white A5 size with red writing on?

KatieT12 · 19/02/2016 14:12

cowboylover - well done!

Oh, I can only find the exercise ones Confused
