-1lb at weigh in today. Bit slow as I have been completely on plan, but I think I had a syn hangover from the couple of days before weigh in last week, which have caught up!
I looked back in my book and feel a bit annoyed with myself... Was doing well
And then hit Xmas... Gained a few, then lost a few, then went away with work and lost motivation... Upshot is that in about 3 months I have lost only a few lbs. and I still have about 3st to go so am cross at the time I have wasted!
Oh well, at least the motivation is back.
Katie, I am really glad you plucked up the courage. It is fine, they have seen it all before! I hope you have a good first week but if not, sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get into the rhythm of it do stick with it!
