So pleased there are quite a few of us starting at the same time!

Katie where I went no one could see the screen on the scales apart from me (on one side) and the group leader (on the other). It was reasonably discreet - which was a good thing as I am the biggest I've ever been! (Actually my shadow probably blotted out the dial... like a lard eclipse...)

Weigh in day today, I've lost 2.5lbs which means I got my 1 stone certificate!! I've been going 6 weeks and this is the longest I've ever stuck at anything so very pleased! Lots more to lose but it's all going in the right direction Star

Hope your first meeting went well Katie.

Well today has been incredibly stressful and busy which resulted in a KFC for lunch and the purchase of a bottle of wine.

However when I got home I discovered that the KFC (Zinger Rice Box) 'only' counts as 11 syns so haven't blown it after all.

Had a bacon & mushroom omelette & fruit salad for breakfast, chilli & cauli rice for dinner & decided I'd rather have chocolate than wine so have had a HiFi light and ended the day on 14 syns.

Definitely factoring in a syn free day with a couple of glasses ofvwine in the evening tomorrow though. Haven't touched a drop for 3 weeks as I've had a cold so really looking forward to it.

And Ava I'm impressed with your KFC meal, I'd have gone for a fillet tower burger, fries, coke and then a sundae afterwards. This may explain why I have put so much weight on Grin.

Kim - its the first time I've ever gone in KFC and not had a Zinger Tower Meal! I actually would have had the salad but they'd run out.

Thanks Kate (do you prefer Kate or Katie). I'm glad you enjoyed it. Tbh I've been a bit Hmm about slimming clubsd for years but thought the 12 week countdown plan sounded good so pretty much forced myself to go last week and am so glad I did.

Good day today:
B- alpen light bar (Jaffa cake flavour)
L - pasta n sauce thing with salad
D - pulled pork and syns free BBQ sauce, sweet potato wedges, syn free coleslaw and lettuce
Sn - banana, Muller Greek light yoghurt (frozen for 2 hrs first - yum!), also had a tsp sugar in a coffee

So I make that 2 syns for today and I still have my HEXA so gonna have a glass of milk later.

-1lb at weigh in today. Bit slow as I have been completely on plan, but I think I had a syn hangover from the couple of days before weigh in last week, which have caught up!

I looked back in my book and feel a bit annoyed with myself... Was doing well
And then hit Xmas... Gained a few, then lost a few, then went away with work and lost motivation... Upshot is that in about 3 months I have lost only a few lbs. and I still have about 3st to go so am cross at the time I have wasted!

Oh well, at least the motivation is back.

Katie, I am really glad you plucked up the courage. It is fine, they have seen it all before! I hope you have a good first week but if not, sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get into the rhythm of it do stick with it!

Pre gym snack lf yogurt, heB grape nuts cereal, berries and tsp choc Orange choc shot (0.5syn)
D SW recipe bbq pork and beans (1.5syn), green beans, sprouts, carrots, rice

More yogurt, berries and choc shot (0.5 syn)

Birdingwidow I am the same! I am not dismissing the fact I have lost just over 3 stone but I have not had an over all loss since before Christmas with the gains and the losses.

My consultant has set me up with the Fast Forward plan so will see how my week goes but will mean that as my food diary will be looking very different this week I won't be posting them just keeping in touch.

I hope the first weigh ins went ok, I fully understand the nervousness behind someone else seeing your weight but when I went I didn't even know it myself. I am now the weigh lady for group so can reassure no one else will know it.

Lost another 2.5lbs! So am currently floating between 13.0 and 13.1. I am so pleased as my actual weigh in day isn't until Sunday!! Now I have 7.5 weeks to hopefully lose another 14lbs! I would be so pleased to see under 12 stone! I have a size 8 dress I want to be able to wear for my birthday.

I have been a bit off plan this week as short on money and loooong hours at work so haven't really been taking my book but I have been making wiser choices overall and tomorrow I will be doing a shop only for me and not my OH. So I will try this week out having my food and he having his food and see what happened there. Let's hope next week I am around 12'10/12'11. I have a really long week next week but I am so determined now! 😊😊

I took the kids for a day out yesterday we had lunch out and I had a jacket potatoe beans and cheese HEA with a side salard no dressing. So glad I made that choice and didn't eat the remains chips my dd left!
I had toast HEB with quark and marmite for breakfast.
I had blueberries as a snack and 2 snack size reeses peanut butter cups 4 Syns each.
Got back late after swimming so had a Iceland tomoato chicken pasta meal (can't remember what it was actually called) added onions and mushrooms. It was ok but I won't be buying that one again! Anyone tried the new chow mien meal?
Feeling More on plan so hope I get a loss this week! I'm only 9lbs from my target ( although I might alter my target when I get there I will just see how I feel at that weight). I have struggled a bit lately maintaining the last couple of weeks.
I need to go shopping today but I had a migraine yesterday and have woke up feeling hungover (not had any drink think it's the remaining migraine) so today's gonna be tough especially because it's half term. I need will power Blush

I can't wait till this week's over. Not been sleeping well for some reason, and it's been a stressful one with work!

Today's plan:

B - fruit and herbal tea

L - picky bits out the fridge - sliced roast beef, celery, radishes, pickles etc

D - SW burgers with SW chips and veg. Cheese on the burgers as my HexA, small wholemeal roll as my HexB.

I have a rotten cold at the moment too, not much fun :(

Lots of new posters! Hello and welcome everyone! Well done on all of the losses this week, and those who were off plan but stayed the same!

I just weighed again and I am exactly what I was last Sunday so even though I have been bad, I haven't gained. Am going to take that as my starting weight for the next 3 weeks (as I go away 3 weeks today so need to weigh before I go) so I'm exactly 11st 4lbs and want to be 11st 0lbs on 11th March. Doable but I NEED to stay on plan!

Today will look like this:
B - weetabix and skimmed milk
L - pasta bognaise (small portion) packed with lots of veg and served with salad
D - tinned roe with SW chips, roasted carrots and peas
Sn- banana and satsuma, and I've some Asda mini donuts so need to work out how many syns they are and allow myself a couple. Want to stay at 5 syns per day if possible

Isn't it weird how our bodies are......Charley.....you said you wanted to get into a size 8 dress and would be in the 12 stone zone for that......

.....I'm 11 stone 3 and a size 12/10 depending on what it is......not a chance in hell of getting into an 8......

So, if you want to share, let's see how different we all are......

I'm 11 stone 3lbs and a size 12.
