Well done Bendy! I agree round down, only about 3 ounces . I'm a bit snobby about tinned meat too Calzone, but not fish for some reason! I'd probably use leftovers from a casserole . Weigh in later ...
B yogurt and raspberries
Orange
L lentil soup, 2 ryvita and blue cheese triangles .heA and B
Dinner will be heck zesty chicken sausages in a casserole and butternut mash
Extra easy day cos can't have sausage on SP I think
Tasters at group later so might have a few more syns

Taster night in ours tonight and no way to keep food warm. Do you think it would be okay if I just brought chunks of melon and pineapple on skewers?

Well I could have sausages oriana but they don't have a P symbol, so wouldn't form part of an SP meal, could have as syns or record them in the other free food section if syn free I guess , but I tend not to have the extra HeB if not totally on SP . No processed foods have P symbol apart from ham and quorn pieces/mince I think.

Ooh may girl I always thought they were a p stupid really now I think about it! Must remember to leave them off my breakfast on sp days. Bacon is ok though isn't it?

B - two bananas, two satsumas, tea milk hexa
Sn - one Mars celebration, 2 syns
L/D - afternoon tea for Christmas work do. Probably about 40 because everything was either bread or cake! But I only drank tea, not booze, and I stopped when I was full even though there were cakes left.

Won't have any dinner now - maybe some fruit later if I get hungry.

Well as expected I gained but only a pound so not too bad.

Yep bacon ok Buttwing . 0.5pound off again . Happy with that, was actually a few syns over this week , but mainly SP days. Wow good raffle prizes at your group kitty!

Slow cooker ! That's an amazing raffle prize! I love mine I just chuck stuff in and cook it, one favourite is chicken with butter beans, onion, garlic tinned tomatoes and smoked paprika. If I can be arsed i fry the onion and chicken in spray oil but if not I just chuck it in!

By some small miracle I lost 1.5lb, I am delighted.

It was a special Christmas raffle. There was about 12 prizes. The top 3 were an actifry, a slow cooker and a spiralizer. Was delighted to win the slow cooker Grin

I did it! 2.5 lbs off tonight and I got my 1.5 stone award (I've only been after it since July) so I'm thrilled!!

kitty there's a lovely recipe for pulled pork on the SW site which is good.

Hi All, just a quick question... today and yesterday i've been feeling a bit odd (!! - nothing new?) as in slightly light headed and jittery. I'm wondering if this is a result of having massively cut down on carbs (I'm still eating them, jsut not a loaf of bread in one sitting) and withdrawal symptoms?!

has anyone else felt like this when starting out? i'm defo eating enough quantity wise and drinking lots of water.

Don't think so knowler - I mostly felt a bit erm... windy Blush because of the extra fruit and veg. Are you eating much pasta, potatoes or rice? Smile

Thanks Oriana!! I'm still having pasta, potatoes and rice and to an outsider it just looks like I'm eating a healthy normal diet, so not restricting myself too much. Maybe it's just the pure stress of the xmas lead-up :)

4lbs on! Wow. Sadly there's no gainer of the week award with a basket of chocolate for the winner. My way my Thursdays normally work out means I've only had breakfast before I weigh in but today I'd also had a veggie burger meal in McDs with a festive pie afterwards.... Might explain it Grin

Today:
B - Quorn steak Diane with savoury cauliflower rice (leftovers)
L - McDs (as above...)
D - Something involving swede and sprouts. Probably SW friendly bubble and squeak with a dry fried egg. No time like the present to get back on plan eh?
