Syns- 2 sugar, 3 milk, 3 hi fi

Finish work for Christmas tomorrow. Looking forward to long leisurely breakfasts and freshly made lunches Grin

My cat died yesterday (sorry don't mean this to be HeyHey's Misery Tour, just been a shit few weeks) and I haven't felt like eating much. Just an apple for breakfast and a Muller Light for lunch, but now DH is making a syn-free chicken dinner to tempt me.

Gained 1.5lb last nights weigh in which I was disappointed with until I actually thought about the last week and realised I should be pleased I got off so well. Still at 1lb average loss since I started so shouldn't be disheartened.

Ate junk today and really busy at work so continuing to eat snacks which are not good for me but too tired when I get home to go to buy more fresh stuff. Time to get my head back together before I have to give my 3 stone award back lol

Term ended today. I'd like to say I'm happy things will quieten down but they're not going to really, the kids have too much on.

Managed to get to class today, another 3.5 off. 3.5 to go to my 3 stone award, but I'm sceptical about getting that before Christmas, especially as our meeting has been moved to Wednesday's for the next two weeks. Can but try though!

wow well done procrastinator!

Also eaten junk today, was given choc at school and DS made mince pies and I was in a 'don't care about SW today' mood. Need to get back on it tomorrow
B eggs, bread (b) tomatoes
L school Xmas dinner, no potatoes or pudding - was still being good
1Hr later get home with DC and their friends and eat crisps + chocolate
D meatballs and courgetti , heA cheese
2 Mince pies, wine . Writing off today. Back on and 2hrs gym in the morning .

I'm so sorry heyhey Flowers

I went spectacularly off plan the last two days, back on it today.

B - toast with marmalade (HExB and 1.5 syns)
L - smoked salmon and prawn salad
D - gammon and either egg or pineapple with SW chips and veg
Coffee/tea with HExA milk

Will try to keep syns low for the next few days.

Lots of cleaning for Xmas = body magic!

1.5lbs off at weigh in this week. The scales today show that I have hit my target - just got to keep it going now until next week's meeting.

B - banana on toast hexb with clementines and spread 1.5 syns
L - babybels hexa with Pops 4 syns and an apple
D - SW beef stroganoff with pasta and peas. Muller light and a meringue nest 2.5 syns

Last day at work yesterday so loads of quality street and wine later on.

Improved today with
B- porridge fruit yoghurt cinnamon
L- bacon, mushroom, courgette, tomato, pepper omelette, fruit
D- tarragon chicken with roast veg and around 3 baby salad potatoes.

Syns- 2 sugar, 6 hi fi

Well I was 187lbs and my target is 138lbs (9 stone 12) so a 49lb loss (3.5 stone). Weigh in is Tuesday so I hope I can do it.I have a couple of meals out though so it could be touch and go.
Well done Calzone and all the other losers. It was your thread and others here that inspired me to go for it Flowers

Feeling sorry for myself dosed with the cold. On the plus side it means I've cried off fils birthday dinner so am watching Netflix in my jammies and avoided a load of syns just before Christmas.

B- porridge, fruit cinnamon, yoghurt
L- ryvita (4.5 syns) with salmon, Mayo (1 syn) and cucumber. Melon.
D- leftover chicken and tarragon with veg and rice.

Tomorrow is where it gets really hard. I am going to stay in DMums for a week. Will have to try to politely keep her under control as the woman is a feeder Grin.

24 lbs is amazing Pink! I started the week after you and I've lost 6!
Had a bad day again yesterday - stollen got the better of me😕. Back on it today though. Made diet cola chicken for the first time- delicious!! I can see why it's a SW fav!!

I need to surround myself with SW again, this weekend for me has mostly been based around larger, takeaways and chocolate.

I feel like crap and my skin is already going horrible, why do I do it to myself?! 3 days on plan needed

I'm with you cowboy I've started well each day since Thursday then gone really off the rails as each day has gone on; I think it's because I have myself permission to go off plan for Xmas (3 days!) so I'm starting now as I know I'll gain! Have to get back control where I can. We can do it! Smile
