I managed to resist the pizza express takeaway everyone had for tea and also avoided the goodies at the panto I took the kids to, just had a diet coke.

I've felt really down on the dumps today which would usually had me reaching for the chocolate so I'm pleased I've resisted.

maygirl · 13/12/2015 21:34

Great will power Buttwing! Hope you feel better in the morning x
Was quite good at the party last night, half filled my plate with raw veg, then had some dip, 3 Doritos, small slice pizza .Didn't join in with hot mince pies and cream but did have lots of booze and a lovely nutty chocolate. Today I was at a dance event with an afternoon tea buffet but stuck to fruit and a chicken drumstick. Filled up on jacket potato, dal and salad before headed out.
Dinner roast salmon, carrots and greens . Small slice cake, testing my goods for yet another school cake sale tomorrow. So well over syns but much more controlled than previously .

imwithspud · 14/12/2015 08:55

1lb gain this week. In fairness I've not been following the plan like I should, hence not posting here all week. We had a tub of roses over the week which I scoffed half ofBlush will try and be good this week, want to try and lose another couple of pounds before Christmas. I think it will be much easier after Christmas and all the socialising is over and done with.

imwithspud · 14/12/2015 09:09

Oh and I'm having some sort of period/spotting for the first time in 6 months since having my implant fitted which threw me off a bit too. Excuses excuses I know...

blondiep14 · 14/12/2015 12:43

Well done Butt.
I didn't have MacDonalds with DH and kids last night but had a bit of a hectic weekend and not many good options to choose from.

Hi all, I've got my weigh in tomorrow and honestly have no idea what to expect. I've certainly not stuck to it as rigorously as the first week as I've had my work xmas party and then in-laws over on Sunday, but I didn't go massively off plan. fingers crossed for a small loss.

B - coffee with skimmed milk (hexa) and apple
L - SP salad (chicken, egg, beetroot, cucumber, broccoli, tomatoes, lettuce)
D - chicken pasta with added veg and quark.

knowler · 14/12/2015 14:54

Keep forgetting my HexB!! probably 4 rye ryvitas again with synned butter.

Buttwing · 14/12/2015 15:32

Hmmm ok so I had a go at diet coke gammon. I got a joint of smoked gammon and was planning to put it in the slow cooker with diet coke except when I tried to switch the slow cooker on it wouldn't work, so I decided to do it in the oven so far so good. So I've just got it out of the oven and it is ridiculously salty. I've never cooked a gammon joint before but something in the back of my mind is telling me I should have soaked it and changed water or something like that? Anyone an expert gammon cooker?!!!

ZylaB · 14/12/2015 18:06

Lost 2lb which is great considering the stressy week I've had! That's it for me until Christmas now, we're going away at the end of the week! I know I'll put some on, but I also know I can lose it again. I'm 1st and half a pound above a healthy BMI according to the nhs, then a few more pounds for good luck! It seems almost in view, but also so far far away as well...

calzone · 14/12/2015 19:13

B....fruit salad

L...pork salad
Tangerines & apple

Snacks....HEB thin with ham salad

Ohh I'm going to be in trouble this week😕. Had an amazing night out on sat, three course meal with wine, although on track until then and since. Had a sneaky step on the scales at the gym today and I seem to have gained 1.5 lbs. dreading weigh in. I only wanted to maintain as I knew I was not counting syns on my night out, but I'm gutted, can I loose 1.5 lb in two days?

Wibblewobble100 · 14/12/2015 20:06

Maybe small amounts of the salty meat would be ok in a pea and ham soup, without using stock Buttwing?

Buttwing · 14/12/2015 21:34

May girl that's just what my mum said!! That's not you is it mother??Hmm

KittyOShea · 14/12/2015 22:24

I need to go back through this thread Confused

So far behind on everything at the moment.

Working so much I have no tree up, no cards out,no wrapping done and my house looks like a bombs hit it Blush
