Wow Procrastinator! Well done!hie did you do it? (Looking for tips!) I only seem to lose 2 at most!

OrianaBanana · 11/12/2015 18:01

*How bloody phone!

KittyOShea · 11/12/2015 18:31

Congrats to the losers.

Procrastinator that's amazing!

B- porridge with yoghurt cinnamon and raspberries
L- veg soup, fruit, 1/2 a hi fi
D- staying down with my mum this weekend- God knows but will probably include cream or cheese Confused

Syns- 3 for finishing that hi fi, 1 sugar, 2 milk, 4 wine (at least planned) and at least 6 for dinner. Will have to try to steer her away from the cream tomorrow...

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 11/12/2015 18:42

Oriana I'm just a shade under 22 stone, so the losses are bigger at this end of the wedge. As you get smaller the losses do too, so for me I eat like a normal human instead of a dairy cow and the weight falls off.

When I'm a 'normal' size I'm sure I'll be whining about not being able to shift the last stone and a half:o

OrianaBanana · 11/12/2015 18:58

Thanks Procrastinator - still bloody amazing losing 2.5 stone though! xx

Wibblewobble100 · 11/12/2015 21:14

Hi all, I've been at this 3 weeks and lost 4.5 lbs so far. I have to say I'm finding it a little frustrating! I'm not hungry, but I feel it's a lot of work to be organised enough to stick to it, so it doesn't feel terribly sustainable. Some of you have done brilliantly, does it get easier? I find it so hard to motivate myself to start making the next day's lunch when I've finally cleared up dinner. I seem to spend all the time I'm not working cooking. How do others do it?

Wibblewobble100 · 11/12/2015 21:19

Oh and today:
B oats fruit, soya milk
L Costa ham and egg sandwich ( see other thread) watermelon slices satsumas
D roast chicken, baked potato, broccoli, green beans, carrots, med glass wine.

Heyheyheygoodbye · 11/12/2015 21:39

maygirl · 11/12/2015 22:06

Hi Wibble, I'm losing slowly but finding its getting easier as time goes on . I see this as a permanent change, I'll always eat this way now, and the weight will gradually come off (hopefully!). I do spend a lot of time cooking but I always did . I am trying to make lunches a simpler affair than when I first started! I feel so much better, and I'm finding more and more I just don't fancy the 'treats' anymore, apart from Wine which I never have enough syns for! Had a stressful day today and my brain started telling me to get a big bar of choc, but I realised I just don't fancy it. EE day today for a change.
B scrambled eggs, Apple. HeA milk in drinks

I've had 19 syns today, oops, and have my only Christmas party tomorrow so will have a cheat day. I know that's naughty!! 7 of my syns today were avocado, which is at least healthy, it's not like it was sugary crap.the rest were from a mince pie though. But after tomorrow I have GOT to get strict again! It's only my 4th week!

The losses on this thread are very inspiring though!! Well done everyone 😊

calzone · 11/12/2015 22:41
