Thanks for the egg muffin tips! Will try them soon :)

Annarose2014 · 09/12/2015 12:33

Absolutely gone off plan last week. So much so I chickened out of the meeting (well was also knackered and it was the middle of a storm, so even if I'd have had a great week I'd have been ambivalent)

I need to get back on the horse. I think my problem is I'm getting really sick off eggs! I'll persevere though - will try those muffins today.

I also bought gluten free sausages which may help psychologically.

calzone · 09/12/2015 18:18

Annarose......slippery slope not going to class but I will let you off because of the storm..... :)

I haven't eaten eggs for weeks......might do some for tomorrow.

B....melon and Mullerlight
L....tin of baked beans, Apple, tangerine, banana
D....pasta with pesto and roasted vegetables

Weigh in tonight.....fingers crossed

Hi All, I had my first weigh-in on Tuesday and lost 8lb :) I know it's the first week so I'm not going to carry on at 8lb a week (more's the pity) but still pleased.

I've stuck to plan since then but for some reason I am sure that I'm not going to lose this week. Does anyone else get these feelings of dread?!

KittyOShea · 10/12/2015 11:03

That's brilliant knowler. Congrats Flowers

Yes I feel that every week but have only had a gain once and a maintain once so hopefully your dread is unfounded Smile

OrianaBanana · 10/12/2015 12:21

Wow knowler! That's amazing, well done!

Only 1 lb off for me this week which is annoying as I'd been aiming for 3 (needed 2.5 lbs off for my 1.5 stone award) and I'd been angelic.

Oh well, only 1.5 lbs to go now for the award next week, I'd really love to get it before Christmas (when I fully intend to put weight on...).

theregoesmyhero · 10/12/2015 12:58

Hi all, can I join too? Been doing sw for a while and lost 3 stone so far but I'm starting to struggle now what with all Christmas food everywhere I look! I think I'm going to just try and limit the damage where I can. Today:
B: m light with berries
L: Tuna salad with lighter than light mayo, Apple
Lots of tea & coffee (heA)

Heyheyheygoodbye · 10/12/2015 13:06

Welcome Nell!

Wow Knowler! Amazing Grin I had big losses my first few weeks so don't think you won't lose this week! Brilliant start x

knowler · 10/12/2015 13:49

Thanks all, I am genuinely motivated by it as I have literally never lost 8lb like that and I have felt hungry perhaps once or twice over the week - and it was just a "normal" hunger IYKWIM, rather than a terrible craving to eat everything in sight!!

Fingers crossed for further losses, even if not so big.

Today i've had:

B: coffee with skimmed milk (HeA) and apple
L: boiled egg, roasted chicken breast without skin, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, celeriac salad (will count 4syns for creme fraiche but doubt it was that much) and small pasta with pesto (again, 2 syns for pesto but doubt that much).

Dinner will be massive salad with prawns in mayo (max 5 syns) and a couple of boiled potatoes with fruit afterwards.
