Might have to try that dinner pisghetti*! Happy Anniversary!

Enjolrass · 05/12/2015 09:43

I lost 4lb this week!

Can't believe it! That half a stone in 2 weeks!!!!

I didn't expect to lose more last week tbh. But got my period just after weigh in , so I think that has contributed to the bigger loss this week.

Still happy to get my first award though! Smile

KittyOShea · 05/12/2015 09:45

Well done Enjolras. That's fantastic!

Back on track today. Started the day with porridge and fruit. Going to make big pot of celeriac soup for next couple of days lunch. If I have soup for lunch my day usually goes okay b

cowboylover · 05/12/2015 11:57

Sorry to here heyhey

I'm struggling after a big night out and totally going off plan now an important relationship to me has finished so I can just feel my confidence melting and my self control is probably hiding behind the wine somewhere.

Not eaten yet and no idea what I'm going to have Confused

KittyOShea · 05/12/2015 13:54

Cowboy that is really tough

Maybe some fruit and yoghurt or eggs and mushrooms to eat? Both quick and tasty and keeps you on plan.

In the last 6 months I've had some terrible things happen- my dad passed away and I've discovered I'm infertile (DH and I ttc) and health issues. Keeping in control of my food has probably been the only bright point- something I can control I guess.

Don't worry about a day or two off plan it'll sort itself but try to get back on after. It really can help Flowers

Pisghetti · 05/12/2015 18:35

Hope you're ok Cowboy Thanks

Awful night with DD. She just wouldn't sleep. Poor DP isn't very well so is probably feeling it a bit more than me for a change. As a result we had a really late breakfast as my wonderful son took her for us to catch an hour before we got up so no lunch. Friends around tonight for drinks and a takeaway. I've made my own curry but opted for a starter from the curry house....

B - eggs, spinach, tomatoes, quorn ham and quorn sausages
S - 2 x hifi bars HeB, yogurt
D - aloo chat, quorn tikka masala, boiled rice, poppadum
Drinks - glass wine, 2 x beers

Will tot up Syns tomorrow.......

Heyheyheygoodbye · 05/12/2015 18:55

Flowers for everyone struggling.

Doing ok on my weekend away. Had fish and chips last night but no booze or sweet things. Today all food is SW friendly and I still haven't had a drink, although I have had a couple of chocolates and a biscuit. Hope I've limited the damage.

Buttwing · 06/12/2015 09:13

Hey all I've been awol for a while Thanks and (fat free)Cake for everyone going through a shitty time at the moment.

I've been off plan this week I've had lots of nights out which is unusual for me a combination of wine, bad food and hangovers mean I've probably gained but I'm not weighing myself. I've got back on plan today and I'm planning to do sp Monday and Tuesday.

cowboylover · 06/12/2015 13:03

Thanks everyone, I needed the CakeThanks
I know it's not the end of the world but right now it feels like everything in my life has changed just a little so I need to get on plan and get some control back in knowing its the one thing I can.

What are you having for your SP days? I am planning and writing my shopping list now. I can't go more than 3 days planning at a time or I get a little overwhelmed with it!

Buttwing · 06/12/2015 13:11

Cowboy I'm sp-ing tomorrow and Tuesday I'm thinking sw burger with a salad for lunch and chicken madras (hairy bikers) and cauli rice for dinner. I've just bought a pack of prechopped butternut squash with chilli and onion in it from sainsburys covered it with chicken stock cooked for 15 mins and blended it's really nice and sp.

Lentil and bacon soup is good but more p than s I might add chopped tomatoes to get some s in.
Beef and bean chilli is good (sw recipe) and I saw a recipe for chicken fajitas on the website (served in lettuce leaves) think it was sp but need to check. Chicke and bacon salad is also good for lunch and seems to really fill me up.

KittyOShea · 06/12/2015 13:48

For sp days I usually have either omelette with toast for dinner or a potato type dinner with celeriac or swede mash.

Haven't got to grips with the cauliflower rice or courgetti yet. Can you make those yourself or do you have to buy them in?

KittyOShea · 06/12/2015 13:51

Meant to say either fruit or eggs for breakfast and soup for lunch on sp days too.

Today (not sp)
B- porridge with yoghurt cinnamon and frozen berries, Apple, orange
L- potato and leek soup
D- chilli con carne with a little bit of rice and a handful of sweet potato chips (SW style)

Syns- sugar 2, hi fi 3, bread and butter (with soup) 6

Heyheyheygoodbye · 06/12/2015 19:53

Tallying up from weekend away:

Fri - fruit for breakfast, beans on toast for lunch, very non-SW fish and chips for dinner Shock Probably about 30 syns.
Sat - no breakfast as still full. Jacket with beans and salad for lunch. Chilli and rice for dinner but cooked by foodie friend so not SW at all! About 10 syns I expect. Had a small portion and no nachos.
Today - fruit for breakfast, veg soup for lunch and dinner!

Really proud of not drinking over the weekend. Snacks wise I was more restrained than I otherwise would have been, but had about four biscuits and ten chocolates over the weekend. So about another ten syns each day. Will see what happens at weigh-in on Tuesday.

imwithspud · 07/12/2015 09:07

I am so chuffed, lost another 3lbs! I had a bad week last week so I'm shocked, I think it's the lack of bread and full sugar cola, but I know that if I want to continue losing weight then I need to stick to plan. Smile

blondiep14 · 07/12/2015 09:17

Hope everyone who's having a tough time at the moment is doing ok.

Well done to everyone who has lost.

In hoping for a loss tomorrow but think I need to start writing everything down again as it makes it so much easier to keep track of. I won't mind too much though as I became an Aunty again Saturday morning so totally walking on air even if I haven't lost an ounce Grin

Buttwing · 07/12/2015 11:40
