1.5 lbs on this week (though I suspect my 2lb loss the previous week was due to the visiting consultant's scales more than anything else... 😠) so giving myself a good talking to.

Pisghetti · 03/12/2015 20:23

Sorry about the bad news Hey Thanks

2.5lbs down this week so that's my gain from last week gone with a bonus half pound too. No reason not to do well this week....

KittyOShea · 03/12/2015 20:39

So sorry to hear that hey hey Flowers

Spent 3 hours sorting problem with phone at car phone warehouse this evening. Ended up shopping like crazy while they sorted everything out. Was delighted to buy a size 12 jacket (even though the skinny jeans were still 14).

B- porridge with yoghurt berries and cinnamon
L- leftover curry, fruit
D- M and S turkey and veg soup (in cafe) bread roll and an orange.

All okay until I consider the cream donut my pupils bought me at lunchtime. Probably 30 suns alone but god it tasted good Grin

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 03/12/2015 21:21

That's a hell of a bunch of news to get around heyhey :(

.

I'm sickening for something, got the throat from hell so I've not eaten much at all today as it bloody hurts. Had a soft roll (b) with some pastrami and some fruit for lunch, and dinner has been a massive mug of hot chocolate. Weigh in tomorrow.

Off to bed with some squash and painkillers. N'night!

imwithspud · 03/12/2015 21:41

Sorry to hear about your news Heyhey, that's a lot for one person to deal with.

I've had a really rubbish week this week. I'll be amazed if I've lost anything come Monday. The run up to Christmas is just one long run of temptation.

maygirl · 03/12/2015 22:01

Enjolrass · 04/12/2015 07:17

Hi ladies hope you are all ok.

Sorry about your news heyhey Thanks I hope you are ok.

Sorry I haven't been on. Had a huge contract on for work. I have been working 12 hour days. was surrounded by cookies all week, that needed taste testing.

I have had any Syns to compensate, difficult to get a syn value on the cookies as they haven't been tested yet so don't know the exact values.

Just hope the no Syns helps when I weigh in.

I need to employ a taste tester Blush

The good news is that dd got weight and she is firmly now in the healthy weight section (to my shame she was on the line between normal and overweight) She has been loving the food and no longer craves sweet stuff. She is full of energy it's great.

We have a party tonight. So we are all having tea before we go, as it's a buffet. So we can limit how much bad stuff we all have.

Usually we would have a night off but we are all at other parties tomorrow and Sunday. So trying to limit the damage.

PinkSlipperQueen · 04/12/2015 13:21

Hiya I joined sw last night and need a bit of help. How many syns are in diet coke and coffee with semi skimmed? Also what do you guys eat with jacket potatoes? Thanks

Heyheyheygoodbye · 04/12/2015 13:42

Thanks everyone Flowers

B - banana and Apple, tea milk hexa
L - beans on toast hexb, plum
D - going away for the weekend so will be whatever our incredibly foodie friends cook! Shock going to limit the booze and sweets and hope for the best. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend Xmas Smile

OrianaBanana · 04/12/2015 14:01

Hi PinkSlipper and welcome! Diet coke is absolutely free so you can drink as much as you like (in theory). A splash of skimmed milk in a coffee or tea is half a syn - semi I don't know but you can call it 1; or allow yourself 100ml for drinks throughout the day for 2.5 syns. I tend to use 250ml throughout the day as my HExA as I use it for cereal too.

With jacket potatoes I'd have beans (free), or HExA or synned cheese, or tuna with light mayo. Or possibly synned butter if I really wanted it. Plus salad to make up the speed third.

B - shreddies with milk (HExA and HExB), coffee
L - free mug shot, muller light, sushi (2 syns), orange
D - SW pulled pork with Cajun wedges, carrots and broccoli
S - tea, laughing cow wedges and finn crisp (3 syns total), probably some quavers (4.5) and possibly 25ml whisky (3).

PinkSlipperQueen · 04/12/2015 14:06

Thanks oriana. I'm still learning and don't want to let myself down on my first week.

KittyOShea · 04/12/2015 15:27

Afternoon all.

Didn't have time to make lunch this morning so gone a bit off plan so trying to turn it into an SP day.

B- porridge (hexa and hexb1) with fruit, yoghurt and cinnamon
L- Toast (hexb2) and butter (5 syns) oranges, Apple
D- steak and roast veg, pepper sauce (5 syns)

Other syns- sugar 2, hi fi (3), milk 2.5.

Over 15 already and really want wine Blush after a tough week

KittyOShea · 04/12/2015 15:29

Just realised it can't be an SP day as I had yoghurt grrr

Going to have to write this one off and start again tomorrow. 2 bad days so far so will have to work really hard to get my 1 and a 1/2 off to reach 3 stone. Calzone where are you with your stick?! Grin

PinkSlipperQueen · 04/12/2015 16:59

What's hexa hexab1 etc Blush

OrianaBanana · 04/12/2015 17:22

HExA = Healthy Extra A (your book will tell you what these all are)
HExB = Healthy Extra B

On SP days you can have two Healthy Extra Bs, hence HExB1 and HExB2. Smile
