I've been a bit naughty this weekend hence me not posting, McDonald's on Friday then pizza yesterday Blush

Today was slightly better, weetabix mini's (hexb) for breakfast, missed lunch due to being busy then had a chicken roast dinner with loads of carrots, it was relatively low syn, probably about 4/5 syns in total due to stuffing and gravy. We moved dd2 into dd1's room tonight which was really stressful so after that I ate a casburys reindeer cake that my mum brought round earlier, not sure how many syns they are, probably a lot. Then I had three slices of a Terry's chocolate orange. Both of those things were bought for us by other people. Need to tell people to stop buying us yummy treats!

It's my first weigh in day tomorrow, not sure how I'll do, hoping for a loss but after this weekend I'm not positive I'll get one. Will try to be really good this week.

maygirl · 29/11/2015 22:11

Looks good Joey. Are you having any HeBs? And maybe have some P foods tomorrow - I came unstuck yesterday having cereal and fruit breakfast followed by veg soup lunch, was starving all afternoon!
Enjoyed my low syn Nandos, went for green salad instead of the rice , synned on 1 red wine and 2 cocktails.
Today trying to make up for yesterday
Brunch HeB prunes and yogurt. Linda M sausages, beans, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes
Snack peppers and cucumber, few grapes HeA milk in drinks
D pork chop, butternut mash, mushrooms, peppers tomatoes and a spoonful of cous cous.
Syns -checked 1 fairy cake baked for school sale tomorrow, just to be sure it was alright, needed to finish it to be absolutely sure ! Estimating 6 syns. Hope not much more.
Good luck for next week's weigh ins all !

trashcanjunkie · 30/11/2015 00:38

I buggered up a bit this weekend with some frigging cakey things instead of lunch, but I'm hoping I can make it up by not eating any syns for the rest of the week. Must do a proper shop with plenty veg. Find supermarket veg extremely uninspiring. I keep meaning to write out a week long menu from the sw website.

imwithspud · 30/11/2015 08:05

maygirl · 30/11/2015 19:42

Chloejames22 · 30/11/2015 21:10

Hi all,
I really need some slimming world advice! I joined last week and actually put on half a pound so feel absolutely gutted! I'm going on honeymoon just after Xmas so really wanted to lose some weight so I can go away and feel good and feel really disappointed tonight, especially as i thought I was doing it right. I've been having 2 weetabix with fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch on either a spinach or quinoa base and dinner has been stir fry, jacket potato with beans, chicken curry (from scratch), salmon salad. I've snacked on bananas and other fruit. At the weekend I had 3 glasses of wine on Friday and 2 glasses on Saturday and an Indian takeaway Saturday night but went for the chicken Rojan and boiled rice.

Sorry to bore, could just really do with some advice in case I'm going wrong

Thanks
Chloe

OrianaBanana · 30/11/2015 21:42

Chloe have you done food diaries for your group leader to check?

cowboylover · 30/11/2015 22:19

Well done on the losses everyone!
Sorry Chloe I don't have any advice but start with the food diary with your consultant should be able to see something.

All meals as planned today do tomorrow

B; Toast and Coffee
L; chilli and rice with loads of fruit snacks and muller at work
D; Attempt 2 at burger in a bowl (now I actually have the mince lol)

calzone · 30/11/2015 22:40

Right Chloe.....how much do you have to lose? If not much, it may be harder to lose.....

This week, bin the wine and focus on a bigger loss.

Only eat speed fruit and vegetables.....
Apples
Pears
Citrus
Cabbage
Carrots etc

Eat your HEA and HEB and drink lots of water.
