Well done Buttwing and Heyhey, enjoy feeling so in control!! Having a hungry day today which is not good as wanted to eat light before night out . Regular extra easy day as will have rice and corn at Nandos later. Checked and butterfly chicken is 3 syns and savoury rice 2 syns, will have that with corn on cob.
B porridge HeB with banana. Another banana on way to gym as felt needed energy boost! Did 2hrs gym
L homemade tomato soup with tiny pasta x 2 bowls ( - was sold a huge carrier bag of cherry toms for £2 at market yesterday so have made tons of soup and tons of roast tomatoes to use in week),
Snacks 2 ryvita and 2 blue cheese triangles, hi fi . HeA and 6 syns. Satsumas . Freddo 5. Will be over on syns after night out so borrowing from tomorrow too. Just realised writing this out that this hungry day is because I've not had much protein and eaten more carbs than usual..... Hmmm! Maybe chicken and salad later then!

D - 400 calorie ready meal of King prawn linguine with calamari - from m&s garage. I've worked a 70 hour week so far and still have to go back tomorrow. Just wasn't in the mood for cooking and didn't have any s/w ready meals in.

S - Cadbury snack

Morning all does anyone get very territorial about their food?

Yesterday afternoon I was preparing dinner for me and the kids. During the week dp eats what I make or if he doesn't fancy it sorts himself out which is fine. So yesterday I asked him if he wanted the roast chicken and potato thing I was making, he turned his nose up and said in I feel rough (hungover) I. Going to order a takeaway. Again totally fine with me. Then when I get it out of the oven looking all brown and lovely, he pipes up with "oh go on then I will have some" grrrrrAngry No you bloody won't mate that's MINE!!!

Good Morning all,

I posted last week about wanting to join a meeting as I thought it'd be better for me. Unfortunately there are no meetings I can get to, which sucks, so I've joined online - using the gold package for price of silver code posted on another thread.

Anyway.... Does anybody know why weetabix is allowed as a healthy extra but oatibix isn't? Would it make much difference if I substituted it? It's much nicer, to me.

Butt wing I am like this with dh too. Especially when I catch him scoffing a hi fi bar with a cuppa. He is skinny as a rake, he could buy a wispa!!

Joey oatibix come up as 9 syns for 2 on the app whereas weetabix are 6 (or hexb). Most hexb seem to translate as 6 syns. Maybe oatibix has more sugar?

I've just had a brunch of Turkey rashers, mushrooms and scrambled eggs. I used the fry light 'butter' flavoured spray - it's absolutely awful!!! Sad

I am also the same butt

Made myself some chicken the other night. dp announced wasn't hungry & he would make himself something else if he got peckish.

Fine no problem - until i went to get my saved bit of chicken from the kitchen & he'd fucking eaten it Angry

Was so angry but even more angry that he could have the pick of the pissing fridge yet choose the only thing i can have Angry

Ok so ive sworn twice..going to calm down now Angry Angry Angry

The b choices...it's how many syns, but also how much fibre, so some things even if you only had 6 syns worth will just never count as a b choice because they don't have enough fibre in them.

Dp is also banned from eating my Cadbury snacks and curly wurlys. I don't hide them under the cereal boxes oh no not me!!

Joey I can't stand fry light its just chemicals in a bottle I use fillipo berrio olive oil spray its 7 sprays for half a syn imo it's well worth it. I also spray it on salad with a bit of balsamic vinegar and salt.

Kitty I can't believe he ate your hifi!! I tell the kids they aren't for children and will upset their tummy because there is too much fibre in them for children. Evil mummy.

Weigh in for me tomorrow, I've been SO SO good this week I'd better get my 2 and a half stone certificate. I need 1lb for that, but if I lose 2.5lb that takes me under 12st for the first time in my adult life, fingers crossed!

We went to see family yesterday and on the way my DH and mum had McDonald's breakfast, I'd had a banana earlier and just had a large coffee. Also been to a christening today and I avoided all the sandwiches and sausage rolls and cake and had some salad bits, so I'd better do well!

Sorry I've been away for a bit, I've not been feeling the love recently. Had a couple of rough weeks, lost 1 then a maintain. Stepped up a bit last week and lost 3.5lb and got my 2 sticker.

I stopped buying hi-fi bars because the children kept stealing them. Gits.

Brunch - Turkey rashers, mushrooms, scrambled eggs.

Dinner - bolognese pasta bake, (Turkey mince, mushrooms tomatoes onions carrots peppers, hexa cheddar)

I'm very full now - I rarely have pasta so feel quite bloated.

For tomorrow- I've made a soup (sweet potato, butternut squash, potato) to have for lunch, and planning on a SW website recipe for cauliflower and potato curry for tea.

How am I going?

L - took a leaf from Maygirl's book and had Nando's butterfly chicken 3 syns, spicy rice 2.5 syns and corn. A clementine.
D - Having SW cottage pie with tons of veg, muller light
Sn - babybels hexa, celery sticks.

B - wm toast, poached egg, Linda M sausage and baked beans
L - half a falafel wrap (DP and DS had KFC and picked up the wrap for me - not necessarily what I would have chosen as wraps aren't very SW friendly!) the baby had the other half and threw most of it on the floor.
D - not sure but I'm starving! Something quick hopefully.

Yesterday I was out to dinner - behaved quite well, zero alcohol, just a couple of crisps and olives, then dinner, followed by 2 x 70% choccies.

Today:

B: Bacon, pear
L: Tuna salad sandwich, with extra light mayo (1). Apple. Muller
D: Roast chicken, SW roasties, veg, gravy (2s). 1 celebrations choccie (2.5). 2 glasses wine (12)

D- tarragon chicken with mushrooms, courgette, tender stem, green beans, onion and turnip and rosemary potatoes

Syns 2 x sugar, 1 hi fi bar (3) butter (3)

Trying to make up for last nights excesses at 50th birthday- 1/2 round chicken and stuffing sandwich, 1 chicken goujon, about 6 cocktail sausages and 3 g and t (slimline)

This has not been a good week so far. My willpower disappearing out the window. Sad

Lost count of syns with the Jäger and Vodkas last night so trying to stick to plan now and not let one bad day ruin a whole weekend.

D; Chilli with loads of different Mexican beans in and rice
