imwithspud · 27/11/2015 22:31

Will be back on plan tomorrow calzone, mark my words! I partly blame the dp for suggesting McDonald's in the first place, that place is like crack to me.

trashcanjunkie · 28/11/2015 00:22

Evening all. I weighed in a kilo over the weight I'd guessed for last week. I feel lighter though, so hoping it's going in the right direction. I'm going to have to print out the food sheets and stick them up in the kitchen so I can learn them.

The dcs are very happy with the new regime, although I've not mentioned it, they keep commenting on the dinner being nicer than usual! Dp is cooing fine, although he went out and drank beer tonight. He's got very little to lose though, so I reckon he can get away with it.

I had a two finger kitkat with a cup of tea this evening, and it was bloody marvellous. I think I can manage that once a week if the need arises.

Breakfast today was total 0% with raspberry, strawberry, mango and peach chopped in. Lunch was reheated chicken curry (made from free foods) with couscous and various veg chopped up through it. Dinner was chicken breast and lean bacon with steamed broccoli and carrots.

I've had three giant cups of tea, so counting the milk as my hea. I realise I haven't had the hexb. Oops.

Very excited for next Friday to see if I've shifted some weight for real! Also planning to start back with my training.

Finally managed to go and buy my birthday present from dp today! One of those sitty up city bikes. Am hoping to be able to do the school run with my dcs with us all on bikes instead of the car from January. Sadly not everyday, because I have to use the car for work, but on the work from home days I have zero excuse!

skiingnomore · 28/11/2015 07:41

thanks make me feel better. Im going to up the water and cut the carbs for a week and see how i get on. Cant do super speed as I would miss my yoghurts but lots of fruit veg salad and lean protein.

It is a fab way of life and the weight has fallen off so far so as you say I just need to see through it.

thanks for your support calzone. Good luck everyone !

blondiep14 · 28/11/2015 07:53

Drank waaay too much prosecco last night and out again tonight but I shan't be over doing it again.
Will probably have a steak salad and no pudding as I have to remember I was only a lb away from getting my 1st stone off.

Pisghetti · 28/11/2015 11:32

I'm back on track this week but will no doubt be in need of Calzone's stick at some point again.

Went out for a meal with my dad and stepmum last night. No starter, had feta and beetroot risotto for main (only veggie option) and no dessert. I was driving so no alcohol and I'd saved all my Syns and HeA for the meal so estimated it as 12 Syns (compared to similar dishes online) and HeA for the feta.

Out again tonight for a curry and quiz night. I'm not driving so will be having a couple of drinks. Not sure what the set up is but hoping there'll be a non- creamy vegetable curry and boiled rice.

So far today:
B - 2 x wm toast HeB, slice cheddar HeA, eggs, mushroom and cherry tomatoes
L - the boys are talking about pizza. Not sure if I have the oomph to make cauliflower pizza so will make something else instead - likely Linda M rosemary sausages with some boiled pots and lots of veg
D - curry!

Have all my Syns to use but with drinks as well I may have to borrow some from tomorrow....

KittyOShea · 28/11/2015 12:13

B- porridge and fruit (hexb and hexa) toast oops and tea

Need to go grocery shopping to sort out lunch and dinner. Will try to do SP day to make up for the toast but have 50th birthday tonight- not eating anything there but a few glasses of wine may be too much of a temptation...

Buttwing · 28/11/2015 15:53

B-fruit and yog

L-chicken tikka

D-italian chicken tray bake thingy

Heb 2 Hifi
Hea skimmed milk

Just back from the school Xmas fair, managed to dodge the Irish coffees and mince pies, resisted the urge to buy various puddings and just had a diet coke. I need calzone and her stick as although I'm sticking to it I'm starting to feel a bit hard done to.Sad

Heyheyheygoodbye · 28/11/2015 16:01

Buttwing I felt the same zipping through Marks to get a gluten-free loaf this morning. So much lovely stuff and they were doing tastings and I ignored it all and came home and had a banana...but I feel a bit miffed!

Looking forward to having a wee splurge at Christmas though :) not long now!
