I made these this evening and they're really lovely! Would definitely recommend if you want a guilt free treat. Although I did scoff 5 rolo's whilst making them, so that's 5syns used up, but before SW I would have probably finished the packet. Plus 2 syns for the two servings of burger in a bowl at dinner and then one of the above so I've had 9.5syns today, that's the most I've had so far! I'm tempted to have another, but DP wants McDonald's at the weekend (he's really not taking this SW stuff seriously Hmm), so I want to save up syns for that.

I'm only 3 days in but for the most part I'm really enjoying following SW at the moment and it's not as difficult as I thought it would be. I am eating some yummy food but also making healthier choices, so even if I don't lose weight at least something good has come out of it. Sorry for the ramble, just had to get that off my chest Grin

d: Chilli (1s) with 1 babybel light cheese (2s). Muller
Sn: Apple, pear, banana.

Feeling a bit windy today from all the veg! But hoping to get my 1/2 lb off (and a little more) on Friday. DInner party and little black party frock this weekend!

L- Ryvita and salmon and cucumber. Fruit and yoghurt.
D- celeriac soup (only home from group- couldn't face proper cooking at this time)

Syns- sugar- 2 hifis 6

2amd a half pounds off tonight. Making it 2 stone 9 lbs in total. Going to try for 3 stone for Christmas.

imwithspud I think you can have a chicken nugget happy meal for 15 syns (not sure so do check) if you want to stay within the day's syns at McD's...

2lb off this week so I'm happy with that. 1 more pound to my 1.5 stone award! I'm happy as I've been pratting about with the same pound (on and off) for 5 weeks now.

I'm preparing for tomorrow now;

B - overnight oats (HExB) with raspberries (in the fridge)
L - salad with smoked salmon, prawns, and balsamic dressing (0.5 syn), also in the fridge
D - burger in a bowl (1 syn) - can't wait. Not sure what my LO will make of it but I'm trying to expand his horizons!
Snacks - Milky Way treat size (3.5 syns), fruit. Coffee and tea with HExA milk.

Mikado Daims, 5 syns

If hungry later after the gym I might have HeB2 of prunes as was SP day

L - scrambled egg with peas and corn on toast hexb with 40g light cheddar hexa.
D - jacket with veggie bol, Muller light
Sn - half an Aldi praline bar 5.5 syns

Today's been okay. Had a bit of a wobble this afternoon and was tempted with biscuits and hot chocolate, but I held off.

B - weetabix mini's (heb) & an apple
L - low fat super noodles and diced carrot
D - SW chicken nuggets & chips, 2 syns & some hea as there was cheese in the coating. Couple of syns for ketchup too.
Snacks - two rolo muffins, 5 syns. May or may not have a jelly pot at 0.5 syns or some free soup later.

Dp isn't taking it as seriously as I am which is fine, I'm not going to force him to do it. It's just that he rolls his eyes and laughs at me for synning the small things like ketchup and says I'm taking it too seriously. My argument is that if I want to lose weight then I need to follow the plan properly. It's just frustrating, I don't think he really gets it and how it works. I'd rather he be supportive, especially on days like today where I've found it quite difficult to stay on plan.

I guess the proof will be in the pudding when hopefully in a few months time I'll have gotten to my target weight and he's still trying to lose his.

2lbs on this week. Oops! Thoroughly deserved. Back on track today though.
B: Apple, yogurt and 1/2 banana
L: sprout soup
S: 2 x hifi bars
D: veggie version of nacho style feast (HeA for the cheese on top)

Syns for wine (up to 12)

L: Egg salad sandwich with extra light mayo (1s); apple and babybel cheese (2s)
D: Pork fillet with bacon, new potatoes, mixed veg, brocolli. Muller.

Lots of extra milk today - 3-4 syns.

I had one of those days where I wanted to eat - not because I was hungry, but because I wanted to be biting or chewing something. There must be a word for it in some language!

Weigh in tomorrow....

So I've got my first weigh in tomorrow. Not sure what I started at, as too ashamed to get on the scales. I have a rough idea, so hoping it will be a pleasant surprise.

Have remained pretty much syn free today and yesterday. After doing low carb I'm quite good at being strict day to day. The thing I'm excited about is when I have a weak moment I can have a curly wurly or a kitkat and not have utterly blown things! Also realised for,the first time in three years I can probably have an advent calender Grin

Hey all I've finally got back on plan today after buggering about for a week. I was supposed to go to group last week and I didn't because I just face it. I know this is a dangerous thing to do but I'm back on a 100%.

B-banana and yogurt

L-beef casserole and carrot/swede mash

D-egg, chips and beans.

2hifi and skimmed milk.

Syns- Cadbury snack and 4 maltesers.

I didn't have food in as the shopping didn't get delivered until this evening tomorrow will look a bit more fruity!

First weigh today and lost 3lb!

I am really happy with that as I didn't start properly until Sunday!

I work with food all day and it's been easier than I thought to refrain from nibbling, by just forcing myself to look up the Syns first!

Going out tonight, which is why I haven had many Syns all week. Will stay on plan all day then try not to go too mad tonight. And back to it tomorrow.

I lost 1.5lbs, so very happy and now at 61 lbs lost!! Going to do a big reveal at a dinner party tomorrow, with people I haven't seen for a while. Doing my hair later too....

Weighed last night and lost 1lb which I am pleased with but I am stuck over this weight bracket so would like to get below it for the first time in 10 years.

Yesterday
B; Toast HeB
L; Steak, jacket potato and salad, 2 syns for Salad Cream
D; Diet Coke chicken with sugar snap peas and sweet potato mash.

Today's plan
B; HiFi and apple
L; KFC Rice box, soooo good for the syns
D; first attempt at Burger in a Bowl.
Treats; Options with HEA Milk and HiFi for my HEB's

Been off plan today, not good for my first week I know...

L - lunch with dnan, diet lemonade and bowl of chips
D - will be McDonald's.... Probably a Big Mac mealBlush
Also had a snack size Milky Way.

Definitely not a good day syns wise, will have a good weekend to make up for it. Interested to see what the scales say on Monday.

Sausages (1 million) wine (at least 6 depends how much I drink!!)

Have had exhausting week and feel the need for a mini blow out.

I feel for those with a Monday weigh in. That's tough after the weekend. Wednesday weigh in means I get a chance to try and claw it back...

Big reveal sounds exciting Fanny!
B eggs, bacon , beans and mushrooms, toast HeB, which felt like huge treat, don't do much bread!
L Satsuma, apple and cherry tomatoes , was in town.
HeA milk in drinks
Snack HeB2 prunes with low fat custard (5.5syns) and raspberries for speed. (SP day again)
D will be chicken traybake with heaps roast veg + butternut squash mash and peas.
Rest of syns in a white wine spritzer
Out tomorrow to Nandos with the girls. Will have the butterfly chicken as think is low syn, need to check the side dishes. Have great weekends all
