Well done oneowl. Fantastic loss.

I didn't manage as well. 1lb on. A bit odd really considering I've had a good week, lots of exercise walking as much as possible I did my usual midweek 12 mile school/ nursery run yesterday and swam Sunday and Tuesday. Its been a really hectic in and out week and i've missed a few lunches. I've been too tired most evenings for my normal evening syns, so its even been a low syn week. The only thing i can think is i've been dehydrated on and off so I'm not drinking enough.

Oh well I'll have to write it down as a blip. If I say it out loud enough times It might sink in.

I'm going to do some SP days next week, Monday - Thursday. Hopefully it'll get me properly back on track.

fruitloopsandfruitshoots · 15/01/2015 15:29

Don't worry Mis, that happens sometimes, I bet you will have a fab weight loss next week to make up for it.

fruitloopsandfruitshoots · 15/01/2015 18:22

Amazing weightlosses everyone - fabGrin

Mis, so unfair for you, but I bet you'll have a great week next week as long as you stay on plan - likely it'll be time of the month or water retention that caused the blip. Don't let it bother you.

calzone · 15/01/2015 23:14

Everyone's doing great! I've made a gorgeous sweet potato and parsnip soup for lunch! Smile

MisForMumNotMaid · 16/01/2015 14:28

I have walked 10 miles today. Through wind, heavy rain and painful hail. Mainly with sleeping child in buggy, (snuggled under blanket and full rain cover).

I had a giant apple for breakfast and stirfry veg with chicken breast and oyster sauce for lunch. I've since had another apple and a few grapes.

Trying to drink plenty today. Taking all the DC to KFC for tea tonight meeting my BIL before he takes his two off my hands and goes to collect my sis from the Airport. I love my niece and nephew but I'm so looking forwards to it just being my little tribe for the weekend. It'll make meal planning easier for next week.

I like the sound of parsnip and sweet potato soup. Was it quite sweet with both the parsnip and sweet potato being quite sweet tastes?

Took sleeping DD to Lidl and they've got fillet steak on offer two beautiful lean steaks for £7.29. Still a treat at that price but I love a nice bit of steak and as we've just about stopped drinking i figure the drink money should go on SW friendly treats like juicy strawberries, curly whirlys and the odd bit of steak.

Linzdreamz · 16/01/2015 17:40

Amazing thread and so much weight loss!!!
shall I join in, please? I was reading all the comments, saved some recipes, and meal planning and making shopping list. All ready to start on Monday! Cant go to group as of now! Have a 20 month old, who won't sit still for a minute. He would most certainly climb up on the scale with me ??
Have done SW just before falling pregnant with him, but did only for 4weeks. This time i really would shift some weight.

LiamandLogansmummy · 16/01/2015 17:52

Hello everyone,

Hope you don't mind me joining.

I've been lurking on here for a couple of weeks and finally managed to take the plunge and join on the 30th December. Just over 2 weeks in and a birthday in between and somehow have managed to lose 7lbs!! I am so happy!

Am looking forward to losing this weight and being healthy and I can see that your all doing amazing!!

Lunch at work is my downfall so any advice there would be appreciated.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress.

Jenna

It's a shame about Wombat, she'll be missed, but rules are rules.... :(

MisForMumNotMaid · 17/01/2015 07:29

It wasn't a full moon but was a Friday night.

Maybe we could let Wombat off under the 'What happens on a Friday night stays on a Friday night rule?'

ChippingInLatteLover · 17/01/2015 07:39

Hmmm.

Dunno.

Hun?!

I just don't know if we can let it go? It'll be babe, bubba & next.

Ok. But just this once. Any mention of tickers and she's a goner. Right.
