Hello everyone! Welcome cupcake, some good food ideas there. Can't go wrong with fruit, baked beans and a few tins of veg of various sorts, rice, pasta and spuds as long as you cook'em right. And muller lights and I like the SW hifi bars, they are sweet and fibrous - what's not to like.
Still being not too bad:
Walked a brisk 1.5 miles this morning
B: muller light and blue berries, a hifi bar (HEb)
L: chicken, salad, lots of things in it but no dressing
D: not sure yet, I have had two small glasses prosecco and half a glass of wine, and three rolled up pieces of lean beef at a do, and have got some leftover carbonara in the fridge, could have that.
So the only syns are in the drinks - maybe 12 in total? I haven't had any syns since Monday, so with the walking, I think I'm still on track
