I have a personal training session at the gym at 12 and would rather be shot Hmm

Up since 2 with teething poorly baby and ds 3 having nightmares, I'm too tired to have my ass kicked today!

Morning, I have just joined sw and don't know where to begin! I have followed the plan about 5 years ago so remember some bits.
I need to go shopping to stock up on supplies, can anyone recommend some must have buys for the first week to help me. I like quite simple food and have a very sweet tooth!
I also need some quick ideas for after work!
Are low fat super noodles free? Which bread is good? What low syn sweet treats could I get in?

Wi today and amazingly I have lost 2.5 lbs can't believe it as have been so naughty whilst I was away think curry chips apple pie and ice cream! Hope it doesn't cat h up with me next week.
Welcome cupcake essentials are fry light tomatoe purée pasta rice, potatoes, baked beans, eggs. Low fat super noodles are free as are batcheloers rice. Low syns snack quavers 4.5 syns 2 finger kit kar 5.5 syn cadburys highlights 2 syns.

Hello Cupcake!

You could also add Muller Light yogurts to your list and Alpen Light bars (you can have two as a HeB so they are good for snacks). If you like Ryvita you can have 3 or 4 as a HeB - more filling than just one slice of bread.

lots of good staple foods listed there Grin , chicken breast out for tea, may just do some rice and curry sauce as a bit unorganized today. wi tomorrow so best be good. had shop sushi again today and homemade soup, muller light with raspberries for breakfast.

WI tonight, and I'm hoping I've lost..eek!
Today I have been really good and drunk lots of water...
B-35g Dorset muesli (heb) with strawberries
L- carrots houmus, apple and strawberries
Snack- another apple
D- is likely to be an omelette or scrambled eggs.

Keep going ladies.....this page is better than staying at my group Grin

I've been doing sw for 10 weeks, weigh in last night and lost 2.5lbSmile which means 2st 1lb so farGrin I'm so happy with myself but I still have a long way to go. My favourite sweet treats are 2 finger kit kat 5.5 syns and hot choc options or highlights 2 syns

bean - ww are small, rem my pathetic portion of pasta i was allowed, least with sw we dont have to measure :)

cupcake, no to supernoodles, but yes to pasta 'n' sauce and batchelors savoury rice - all bread is bad Wink but can have a brown roll or 2 400g or 1 800g slice for your b

me - well done, hope i lose tomorrow

hence why i have gin and diet coke

i was trying to be so good today, but forgot had kids party to attend to - hence the cock up for lunch

b magic pancakes (b) and fruit
l bns soup (3 milk) cheese/onion roll (3) 1/2 tuna wrap, all filings was free, but need to know wrap syns

t diet coke chicken, noodles and veg

gonna take plums to munch on tonight as working, few weeks ago i also succumbed to biscuits roly and regretted it as wi friday

really hope i lose a lb tomorrow to make up for my 3 lb gain last week Blush

Breakfast - apple & banana
Lunch - bag of Ryvita minis (HEB) and Philadelphia extra light (HEA) and fruit
Tea - salmon fillet, baby new potatoes, asparagus and poached egg. Hollandaise made with skimmed milk (1 syn)
Snack - 2 rich tea fingers (2 syns)

Ok...I lost 1/2lb which I'm really pleased with....but here's the bad bit!! Picking up dd3 from Mac'ds and I caved Blush. Chips and burger....but I did have a diet coke. Naughty 3girls!!!!

Blondes- I love not having to weigh everything...apart from cereal

Evening Grin and welcome Cupcake

Much happier today. It has been a good day.

B- fruit salad (banana, 2 clementines, apple) with natural yogurt. Black coffee
S- banana, black coffee
L- Paxdora's quiche, water, Mullerlight
S- Red bush tea, pickled egg
T- homemade chicken nuggets (max 4.5), oven chips (max 5.5), baked beans, apple crumble made by dd1 (3 syns), custard (5syns), water
S- 2 baby bel (heA) 2 hifi lights (heB)

So a maximum of 18syns. Syns on the nuggets are for the breadcrumbs - not weighed so probably an overestimate. Only had a few chips as had loads of beans (and wasn't really hungry).

Hello everyone! Welcome cupcake, some good food ideas there. Can't go wrong with fruit, baked beans and a few tins of veg of various sorts, rice, pasta and spuds as long as you cook'em right. And muller lights and I like the SW hifi bars, they are sweet and fibrous - what's not to like.

Still being not too bad:

Walked a brisk 1.5 miles this morning

B: muller light and blue berries, a hifi bar (HEb)

L: chicken, salad, lots of things in it but no dressing

D: not sure yet, I have had two small glasses prosecco and half a glass of wine, and three rolled up pieces of lean beef at a do, and have got some leftover carbonara in the fridge, could have that.

So the only syns are in the drinks - maybe 12 in total? I haven't had any syns since Monday, so with the walking, I think I'm still on track
