Laughalot - we are very similar. I weigh 12 7 and have lost 2 stone. Go on hols in just over 6 weeks so my aim is to see 11 something. Haven't seen 11 anything for 11 years so I would be so pleased! Like you 1 or 2 per week would get me were I want to be. Can't see my baby tummy ever going but it would like to think it will be better than it was!

I need to drink more water and get out walking again.

Blondes - u sound like u r having a ball. I'm so impressed u even think of us! Have a great holiday :)

Apologies - just realised I repeated myself from my last post. I'm just a bit obsessed with seeing 11 something :)

Just want to say, my meatballs were bloody lovely! I modified the recipe a bit and you've got to try this :)

Homemade meatballs with extra lean mince and seasoning. Marinade in BBQ seasoning in a bag while oven preheats. Cook in oven for 20 mins on 200

Sauce: chop 2 rashers of bacon, fat removed, and dry fry for a couple of minutes. In a blender, mix a tin of chopped tomatoes, a diced up onion and a handful of mushrooms into a smooth sauce. Add bacon and whizz again. Heat in a pan, adding meatballs for last few minutes. Serve with Wholemeal pasta.

Was absolutely gorgeous and totally free!!

I had a bad day yesterday, didn't get a proper lunch break so just ate on the go and then ended up stuffing myself with biscuits in the staff room late afternoon. Didn't get home from work til nearly 8 and was too exhausted to cook so just had a sandwich and went straight to bed. Think I had about 20 syns all together Blush. Going to try really hard to be good this weekend, and hope that my sponsored walk tomorrow shifts any pounds I've gained!

iklboo - I don't know the answer to your HEB question, but I'd be interested to find out too, I will ask my consultant on Tuesday. I sometimes just have a slice of bread with lunch and then a hi-fi/alpen light bar in the evening but I've no idea if it's technically 'allowed!'

I asked my consultant about mixing the HE's, and she said don't. :(

When I lost weight previously. I found that the skin initially went a bit paper like and saggy, but after about 3 months it had just gone to how it was previously. I didn't do anything different, or any exercise to get it that way.

I'm a bit worried about wrinkles/loose skin - although I may be a bit premature as I've only lost 8lbs so far!

If I lose what I want to I'm bound to be really wrinkly.

I hope for the same detective. 15ish wks and 2 1/2 stone lighter I thought it was going well but the dreaded wrinkles appeared and panic set in lol.

I do jog and wear toning pants so I hope they will help.

Jinty I'm not quite half way there so I'm guessing I will no doubt have them.

Better than the fat I suppose Grin.

Hi all. Just had a really yummy dinner. Homemade sausages (minced beef and minced pork mixed with salt and pepper and sage, divided into balls then rolled into sausage shapes) crispy bacon all visible fat removed, cherry toms roasted in balsamic vinegar and basil, beans with paprika and scrambled egg. Will have some fruit when it's gone down to count as my superfree. I love slimming world Grin

Hope everyone's day has gone well :)

Hi all, hope you don't mind me sneaking in. Joined slimming world week before last with a lot of weight to lose. Lost 8lb in week 1 so feeling very encouraged. Managed to avoid stretch marks in pregnancy by using bio oil so am using that everytime after a shower to try to avoid loose skin after weight loss. My cousin who is a personal trainer (didn't get my fat genes, I blame my mother!) suggested the following exercise to avoid flabby arms- stand up and put your arms straight out like a scarecrow. Using both arms at a time and keeping them straight and out, move them in very small circles. Do 20 forward and 20 backwards. It is agony so I'm hoping that means it works!

Littlemouse thanks for the bio oil tip. Will buy some tomorrow and see if it helps.

Sorry if this has already been recommended, but if you like Wagamamas you must try the Burmese chicken and coconut kaukswe curry on page 88 of this month's magazine. It's absolutely divine and DH went in for seconds.

I left out the egg though - boiled egg and curry?!

Well had a disastrous day yesterday! Doughnut, pick'n'mix, bread...I could go on. I'm not even going to try and work out how many syns!! I didn't even really enjoy it, just felt sick and guilty by the time I went to bed. And don't know why I did it! But today feeling back in the zone and have had a really good day. Have been very good and eaten lots of superfree and only a few syns so hoping will be able to cancel out yesterday by WI on Thursday! Smile

Half a pound on last week and suspect I've gained this week as well - stress plus time of the month being due have taken their toll and my old habits reared their ugly head :(

Still, a new week starts today so just focus on that :)

Will update later after weigh in.

Helllooo all! Wine feels like first day at new school... Hello my name is (unpronouceable mumble) shuffles feet cough...

Sooo, this is me - I'm now a sneaky SW'er blush went for years when I was a new mum but got too tired of thinking about food when I was soooo tired all the time... So, I got really quite too big, then a whole bunch of years went by (still stayed too big! And had a couple more kiddies!) though I lost nearly 5 stone doing the Idiot Proof Diet a couple of years ago - I look back wondering just WHERE I got the will power!! Honestly - NO carbs of any sort (I still can't face milk to this day! Yep, black coffee, no sugar..) then I thought I'd do just food combining (which is basically SW) but kept eating bloody rubbish sooo here I am (and my DD too, who's 11 and quite frankly a bit chubby a bit bigger than she should be, but whom we love regardless as she is amazing)...

But we are doing something about it, together! I've been struggling to lose my 'baby weight' for 12 years... This time I'm really keen to get back into my size 14's non comfy pants and some sexy undies! Which I did do, but there was a whole load of excuses a cruise and a few Christmases and some family get togethers and before I knew it 3 stone is now back on my bum.

I feel really inspired reading everyone elses comments and stories... Grin thank god your all human beings!! And on MN!!

Hi all..
Would someone tell me if all frozen veg (bagged veg) is free? I've been eating a lot of Birdseye bagged veg it contains carrots, peas and sweet corn but I'm concerned its not all free. Also I'm wondering if I can have a rice crispie snack bar as my 'B' choice? Thanks.

Hi

Just starting SW - I am determined to lose remaining stone and a half of baby weight (my youngest is two now, so a bit delayed!!!).

Anybody else doing it still? :)
