I haven't just fallen off the wagon, its run me over too!

I have done nothing but eat, wagamamas, ice cream, and I had a massive slice of cake in druckers plus a box of milk tray this evening Sad

beanandspud · 07/05/2013 10:05

I'm back on the wagon after a syn-tastic bank holiday weekend. No idea what damage I've done and I won't even try to list what I ate and drank Blush.

But, back to it today - onward and downward (hopefully).

beanandspud · 07/05/2013 10:13

muminthecity Have a quick look at the Zizzis menu online - there look to be a few good SW choices - fish stew, spaghetti with tomatoes (use the mozzarella as your HeA), linguini with chilli and king prawns and a couple of the salads if you ask for the dressing separately.

Stay away from the bread though! Grin

WheresMyCow · 07/05/2013 12:37

Will catch up properly later, but well done to all the losers and stay positive to any gainers Grin

I lost another 3lb - just 3.5lbs to go until 1 stone off Grin but like everyone else think I may have some pulling back to do this week after the bank holiday weekend!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/05/2013 14:05

Cow. Well done

Bean - me too lol

Having trouble at moment at work as in temp job and mum bakes fresh bread and dc has sandwich every lunchtime and expects me to eat the same

That's fine but bread is so bad :(

Want to use my b elsewhere

Have also been run over by 4dudes wagon Sad

Horrific syn intake here, just no willpower at the moment...

Nishky · 07/05/2013 17:39

Hello- can I sneak into the thread? I am going back to SW on Friday for the third time. I am so embarrassed - first time was about 6 years ago when I lost three and a half stones.

Last time I went for one night a couple of years ago and for some reason totally bottled it and never went back Blush

I have put all weight back on and cringe about going back! I am going to phone consultant beforehand and speak to her. I am also going to pay for 12 weeks upfront to persuade me to carry on.

Has anyone else done the walk of shame Sad

FourLittleDudes · 07/05/2013 17:59

I am still eating crap! Ice cream, cake, chocolate.... I just can't seem to stop. I think its the weather, I've been sitting outside nibbling and not wanting to cook.

Sad

I promised myself after DS2 was born that I'd be under 10 stone by my best friends wedding, I have less than 3 weeks to go and at this rate of eating I won't make it. Want to be a few lb under so need to lose 4-5lb as of Fridays weigh in. I can't remember the last time I was under 10 stone, probably 2005 ish.

Think I'm about to sabotage today too, went to tesco earlier and they now do sugar ring doughnuts, DS1s fave. We each ate one this afternoon and the rest are calling me. Promised him another tomorrow so have to hope DH eats two when he gets in else I'll be having at least one more. It's his fault for sending me to tesco for his 360 game in the first place.

Jinty64 · 07/05/2013 19:16

Nishky I have done the walk of shame! WW x 3 and SW x 2. It really is ok. You will be welcomed with open arms.

It's sitting in the freezer, whispering my name "3girls!! Eat me now, you know you want to" Grin

Bloody Nora, why can't I just wake up skinny, and eat what the fudge I like Angry

Curlywurlysareyum · 07/05/2013 21:06

Put 1 on tonight. Going to have to be sooo good this week.

Curlywurlysareyum · 07/05/2013 21:14

Bank holidays have a lot to answer for!! I'm glad other people feeling like me. Need to get my food diary out and start writing down. Thinking I maybe had sneaky syns last week and was in denial. And have to get out walking too.

Welcome newbies. It's worth taking that first step!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/05/2013 22:27

Oh dear curly :(

And yes they do

Having Easter and then 2 in may - so 4 in as many weeks isn't good :(

muminthecity · 07/05/2013 22:34

Thank you for the Zizzi advice - I've had a look at the menu and think I'm going to go with the spaghetti pomodoro e buffala and count the mozzarella as my B choice.

I had my weigh in tonight and had a huge shock. After the worst weekend ever food-wise, I lost 4lbs! I was amazed! I got my first stone award and slimmer of the week! Grin

I totally didn't deserve it but I'm delighted. Have now lost 1st 2lbs in just 3 weeks! It's given me the drive to get back on it and do even better this week.

muminthecity · 07/05/2013 22:35

Oops, sorry for the overuse of exclamation marks there, I think I got a bit overexcited Grin.

Fairygen · 08/05/2013 08:35

Nishky, yes many times. I used to do WW and have been about 6 times, with varied weight losses. I lose the weight and think, I've done it, and stop going. Then it gradually creeps back on.

Every time I go back to any group there's always different people weighing, taking the money etc. I'm sure a lot of the people at group have done it more than once.

I'm following the plan online, because i can't get to group atm.it costs the same as going to class ( although you have to pay for 3 months upfront)

Fairygen · 08/05/2013 08:38

Congratulations muminthecity

BadRoly · 08/05/2013 09:58

STS despite wine, banoffee pie, hot dogs, cheese sandwiches and chocolate! Been very good in between though Smile

Won't be on much this week. Keeping busy to avoid thinking too much. But remember, we are all awesome ladies and losers Grin xx

onceipopicantstop · 08/05/2013 14:07

Amazingly lost 2lbs this week despite a dreadful syn-ful weekend - glad to see I'm not alone though Grin. Had two take-aways BlushBlush, ice-cream, chocolate and crisps...Just hoping its not still working its way through my system and is going to come back to bite me next week!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/05/2013 15:06

Well done mum and obceipop

Also well done roly for sts

Off to WI (am on the bus from college) so we shall see how I've done. Bathroom scales show a 1lb loss, but as they've shown gains when I've actually lost, they can't be trusted. Had one really bad day but other than that I've been good :)
