MrsMeow · 08/04/2013 20:59

Thank you iklboo and well done on maintaining :)

Thanks Blondeshavemorefun - well done on your weight loss! Yoyoing is so frustrating isn't it? I think I lose a bit then get complacent and think I can stop trying. Plus I love wine too much!

Feeling excited for my first weigh in, but kind of dreading it at the same time.

Good luck everyone.

androbbob · 08/04/2013 21:46

Well all that gardening must have done some good as I lost half a pound! I so expected to gain at least 1 or 2lbs - so a happy bunny today!

Our consultant is starting a 12 week challenge with us - this week the challenge is really easy - to read our books from cover to cover! I have skipped through the book in the past, but generally dont look at it too often, so I will be taking it to work with me and reading each lunchtime (on office by myself so no-one will see!)

I have challenged myself to do something foodwise different each day this week. Tomorrow I will have yoghurt and fruit for breaky and see how I go.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/04/2013 23:36

And rob. Yah. Well done :)

Laughalot. So scrummy and simple :)

4 eggs
Low fat cottage cheese

And then any ingredients

I normally add peppers onions and ham

Mix roughly together and place in dish and cook 30mins on 180

Makes 4 good portions - nice hot or cold

Gonna try a salmon one later in the week

How much low fat cottage cheese? Does it count as HeA or is it synned

KissMyGrits · 09/04/2013 08:22

Yesterday was very good for me until DH broke out the rustic sourdough and chilli oil. I'm resigned to the face that this is another week off, oh well its the Easter hols!

Well done everyone on losses and STS.

androb fruit and yoghurt is my favourite breakfast, had it this morning.

tigerdriverII · 09/04/2013 09:10

Hello all, and welcome mrsmeow. Well done to everyone for weight losses, we are all getting there!

I've been trying this success express, done three out of seven days and doing it today as well. Can't say I feel as though I've lost but I have stuck to plan, apart from a bit of overindulgence on an Indian meal on sat, and a little too much Wine. Countered with swimming and walking. WI tonight: fingers crossed!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/04/2013 10:18

Oh Blondes, you poor thing Sad

I've had 2 abscesses and 2 root canals in the last year and my poor purse has taken a battering Smile. Feel like getting dentures!

On the up side, not being able to afford to eat will really help the diet Wink

3girls1madboy · 09/04/2013 18:39

Today I have had.....

B- muesli (heb) and blueberries
L- prawn noodle salad
D- home made beef burgers, sw chips, beans and salad.
Strawberries, apple, satsuma, diet coke and copious amounts of tea at work, as it was a pretty stressful day Smile

Syns- 1 m&s tea cake 4s, 1tblspn lighter than light mayo 1s, 2 malteasers
2s.
There's a bottle of Bulmers in the fridge...whispering '3girls', but it's 12 Syns!!!!!!!!!!!!

OP posts:
KissMyGrits · 09/04/2013 18:55

Eeek at the price of the dentist, ridiculous!

Can you really taste the cottage cheese in the quiche or does the egg take over?

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/04/2013 18:57

it tastes cheesey but not of cottage cheese iyswim

im not a lover of cc but the quiche is really nice

OP posts:
3girls1madboy · 09/04/2013 19:10

Big ouch!
The root canal wasn't that bad...rather that than the pain of the abscess....and according to my lovely ds, I looked like Eleanor from the Chipmunks Smile

Knowing that about the Bulmers has really pissed me off.....but hey ho. Soon be time for Pimms and lots of strawberries and oranges in it, should make it sw friendly Grin

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 09/04/2013 19:23

Grin At fuck a duck. Thanks for the quiche recipe. I find lunchtime the most challenging for quick easy EE meals. Would kill for a bulmers now Grin

KissMyGrits · 09/04/2013 19:27

Will give that a go. LOVING the Pimms justification!

iklboo · 09/04/2013 20:21

The Pimms Justification sounds like a Big Bang Theory episode Grin
