You are commanding me to read your posts, but I’m the one who’s condescending? You are stating that you don’t want to see women’s ‘vaginas’ in women’s changing rooms. The language you use is important, especially when you consider that women’s vaginas are tucked away where you can’t see them. Invisible. Indeed you’d be hard pressed to see their vulvas. Whereas men’s penises are dangling there for all to see. Potentially in women’s changing rooms.
Apparently 0.1% of the male population is 30,000. That’s a lot of potential penises. Too many to be hanging out in women’s changing rooms I reckon.

Read my posts and I have changed "vagina" to fanny. You knew what I meant though. No need for the condescention. Especially as I don't have an unhealthy obession with 0.1% of the population.

Well, you’d need an ultrasound probe or similar if you wanted to see beyond her VULVA.
Woeful lack of anatomical knowledge aside, I believe there’s a hell of a difference between not WANTING to see a woman’s inherently benign naked lower body and potentially feeling intimidated or threatened by encountering a man’s exposed penis in a space that’s supposed to be reserved for women.

Males getting undressed in front of females are flashing. Why do you think it's ok for males with a penis to get undressed in front of women and girls in the ladies?
Why do you think a male exposing his penis in the ladies changerooms is 'ok' because he wears a dress?

So we've gone to flashing now. This is getting weird. I have a meeting at 10 about actual real female prisoners and their problems. I'll go get back to that .

Yes they are. Some of the people most vocal about trans rights are women. In fact, the only people I really see talking about this issue at all are women. It's only here that I see a sizeable group of women, all in one place, and against it.

No lots of women are fine with trans women being accepted of women, irrespective of their stage of transitioning or their plans for future procedures.

Only those that confuse trans men with trans women and don't realise trans women are fully intact males with penis and testicles. When women are told transwomen are males with penis and testicles, NO, they overwhelmingly are not, as polls show, accepted as women.

But the point is that man was a rapist. If he hadn’t had access to a single sex ward he would have raped someone else another time. Or just gone into the single sex ward - they aren’t locked.

It’s perfectly reasonable to ask for statistics and evidence to back up a claim being made.
It is said that the main reason people don’t want the whole trans thing is because of this risk. That men lie about being trans to get access to women and rape them. So how often does it happen? Where are the documented cases of it happening? What are the statistic?
Quoting Lexibletheflexible

That was in response to a poster saying, "but how often does that happen?" when the real and documented dangers of self id, including women being raped on single sex wards, were pointed out.
So in that respect it is a perfectly reasonable question - there is clearly a number that poster finds acceptable or they wouldn't have asked.

It very much does matter if you are in prison and locked in a cell with a men who has conned the authorities that he is a woman. Or if you are the woman raped in a 'female' ward by a man, who was lied to by the NHS that there was no man there, they they had on CCTV raping you, who they lied to the police about for one whole year that it can not have happened, even though they had it on CCTV. Or a whole host of other situations where it really did matter.

The women, and men to be fair, who post in the FWR section have been asking for these 'arguments' for a decade to explain how a man turns into a woman and all we get is what you have said, we are all time rich and frothing about it.
Anyone is free to post a thread explaining why men who say they are women have somehow 'transformed' into women, but be prepared to bring some kind of evidence or research that isn't written by the men who say they are women and is based on more that 'because we say so'.
So crack on, if you think you have arguments, make it happen.

"Women with nothing better to do, being whipped up into a frenzy"
Designed to belittle and dismiss women. Smacks very much of the hysteria arguments of old.
When actually the reality is that intelligent, busy women are discussing the fact that men are not and cannot become women. And that blindly allowing them into women's spaces if they claim to be is bad for women. This is not transphobia.

But you’re one person aren’t you? You’re simply denying that other women have entirely different experiences. Until men, and they are men, are prevented from all women’s ‘safe’ spaces, sports, dressing rooms, changing rooms, toilets or until women can be certain that when they attend gynae appointments, rape crisis centres and women’s refuges that the staff member isn’t a man masquerading as a woman, it will never be a ‘non issue’. That’s not transphobia.

I am 99.99999% sure I work with a trans woman. It’s obviously impossible to actually know, and it’s not the type of thing you’d ask someone straight up. It doesn’t affect how she does her job, and she just wants to get on with her life. I can’t ever imagine being as angry about it as some people on here are. It’s so overblown.
