Why has MN changed colour?

It's awful! About 10 mins ago I refreshed a page and the blue banners changed to a much brighter shade, and the OP is highlighted in grey instead of green, and I hate it. It's too bright. What's happening??

I don’t mind change, but the contrast makes the text blur for me. Doesn’t seem very accessible.

It also looks dated, sorry!

I am on browser, on android phone. No update done.

I clicked a page forward on a thread and thought my laptop had gone wrong!

On my laptop the list of threads is hard to read in the bright blue. It's kind of going fuzzy. Yes I probably need glasses but it's worse than it was before.

Way too bright, and quite twee in a way, I hate it.

The watch button is now in a really annoying place, if I decide I want to watch a thread I now have to scroll back to page one and click on the OP’s post, how on earth does that make it more user friendly? Answer, it doesn’t.

I've just changed my own posts from that horrid Peach to Grey, but I preferred the Pink I used to use. I suppose I'll get used to it.

This just hurts my eyes. I thought my phone was playing up.

Please can we go back to green MN? The blue is very harsh. I am impressed with PP who had customised the colours.

And what's with this bright burgundy thing saying MY POSTS on...my posts? I know what my posts are FFS, I don't need it pointing out to me what posts I made.
