To be bored of the trans hate?

Ok, there are extremists (like the punch people in the face person), extremists can be found in many areas of life but is anyone else fed up of the trans stuff constantly being dragged up?

I've seen some ridiculous statements on here recently. Everything gets something added related to trans when it's totally irrelevant. It's getting boring. Trans extremists are not the norm so can we stop pretending they are?

What's particularly annoying is people posting their hate outside the Trans topic.

There isn't a "trans topic" and general topics are free for anyone to post in.

Tbh op theres a lot of hate and anxiety in general on here. And it does not reflect real life at all!

they hate trans, gay people, men, anyone brown, anyone from a different culture, anyone fat or who dares to eat more than a pickle for lunch. It’s just full of hate, I’m here for the sound people but tbh it’s getting difficult to blank it out now

its interesting because I have met a number of trans people in my life and they have all just been getting on living their lives and strangely enough I managed to have a normal
relationship with them, call them their preferred pronouns and chatting to them without giving a shit what genitals they have

The answer is that anyone claiming to be trans is housed in a prison or prison wing specifically intended for anyone who is trans. But again that doesn't match their requirements,does it?

IMO it's the worst kind of people who try and tell us that we're all wrong - and we're all transphobic for wanting a safe environment for ourselves. I am SO sick of it. Sad

Exactly, they can manage vulnerable men on the male estate.

Indeed.

They are used to coping with vulnerable prisoners.

Very young men, gay men, mental health difficulties, SEN, drug damaged etc - and of course, sexual offenders.

And even with the separate wing at least one prisoner (male with a GRC) managed to sexually assault a female prisoner when they mixed outside it.

As others have said, this is bonkers.

We shouldnt base risk on what anyone would imagine.

Risk isn't comparable or tradeable. How is it right to mitigate against one risks to make someone else more at risk.

Why does this sub set of males get to be in womens prisons, and not other subsets?

Ive heard that part of the reason men dont want trans prisons/wings is that they dont trust the prison authorities to determine trans accurately, and therefore give men access to trans cells.
