Why is MN so slow?

I'm not moaning - honest!

But Mumsnet s very slow - all the time. There's definitely nothing wrong with my internet, I have 200MB download and all other sites are fine.

I just wonder why this is? Are you throttled?

Really slow for me too. About to give up and go browse around Digital Spy!

Ah so it's not just me then.

Terribly slow, barely loading.
Both on ipad/safari/desktop site
And on laptop / chrome / internet explorer / desktop site.

Can't be bothered to use MN if it's as slow as this

Other websites are fine.

Mine is very slow as well and has been for a few weeks. It's not my internet because it's the same whether I'm in my home bb, phone 4g or on other people's/public bb. I'm using chrome browser on my Android. It's bloody annoying!

I'm back to check if it's any faster and if anything, it's worse.

Painfully slow for me too to the point of me only using the site spasmodically whereas I used to use it all day at least im doing so,eyeing constructive with my days now

Slow for me too today (laptop, windows 10 and chrome) I have an adblocker on, don't know if that helps or hinders

I sometimes get those weird icons when the site is loading but not all there, they change to the normal one when it is complete

I'm awaiting the 'we've been hacked' message

I've had to use the app since December because the site is not working. Mumsnet have done nothing about it. I don't like the app so I haven't been on here as much.

The last couple of days have been all about the waiting to load. Not good.

Slow for me too. Definitely not my end, as other sites that are usually slow are way faster than MN currently.
