What's with the milk advert that squishes everything to one side?

The site is starting to be incredibly intrusive advert wise at the moment. We had the pop ups that covered most of the screen and now we have a purple milk one that takes up the top and the side Shock

Give it time and I won't be able to read a thing on here bar ads!!

Ok, have just sent you an email with screenshot, was taken about 12.34-12.35

AngieMumsnet, erm, sorry to have to ask, but why, if as you say you've removed the 'format' for now, am I still getting various adverts surrounding pages I visit (ie one advert, different product/service at different times, surrounding three sides and appearing more than once per session and/or day, even if cookies not cleared)?

Example, after posting above message for AngieMumsnet, I left this page to go to active, and was squashed by one such advert. See screenshot.

Still getting the frame of advert all around the Mumsnet talk pages today -and no reply from you to my email yet either. Hope you can get this sorted as promised and I can go back to using the site again - I have neurological problems that make having a border round the text appear back and forth continually too difficult to browse site.

Reluctantly, after being squashed numerous times by various ads this morning and having inadvertently clicked on some as they were 'progressing' onto the pages, I too have now added an ad-blocker (or rather, as it is the IE browser I am using on a Windows tablet and I can't add the 'Ad-Block' app, I've gone into privacy settings and added a 'Tracking Protection' list).

I think Angie meant they took of the a2 ad off the mobile site not the side ads on the mobile site (which are awful)

Hi all,

Thanks for posting about this. We have had a read through and we have removed that advert in this mobile format now. The campaign as a whole will end next week so there may still be the odd advert visible site until then.

This advert format will be turned back on on the mobile site for now but capped at one per day, please do let us know if you see that format more than once a day and we'll take a look.

Thank you as ever for your feedback.
