Update to webchat guest colours

Hi,
This is a heads up that we're soon to introduce a change to the colours used to highlight posts on desktop and mobile.

If you've been around long enough to have the old style customised colours this won't affect you.

For newer users - we needed to add some new web chat guest colours and retire the awful mustard yellow we used in the past on desktop webchats. As a result of that we then needed to update our other colours too.

Thanks, the colours now tie up with their descriptions. I did get a bit of a shock earlier when I saw the op had changed to Olive green, but I have gone into customise and changed to pale green which is as per the description, but not too pale thankfully.

That was very odd.

Mine are still pale!! The OP's posts are a very pale green and almost exactly the same as posts by MNHQ

Not sure about my own yet, we'll soon see.

I used to have the dark purple for OP, dark blue for MNHQ and green for myself.

I'm using firefox on my laptop. I've gone into cutomise, but there's no option for changing colours.

Nope. I still have yucky green for OP and salmon pink for me on phone as opposed to silver for OP and dark lavender for me as it used to be and which it says I do on desktop site.

I'm the same as oldsilver, I have silver for OP and dark lavender for me. It works on the desktop site, but the mobile site has green and salmon pink, respectively.

Yay! I went into Customise and got my colours back. Forest Green is actually green now and Olive has lost that duck-egg blue tinge. All is well here. Thank you.

I'm the same as shadowfax and silver, I chose silver and purple which works on desktop and ipad, but my phone is still green and pink.

I tried to change custom colours but it didn't change anything. I'm still a dusky pink which I do not like
I'm on Silk Browser on a Kindle Fire HDX.

My own aren't too bad but i'm stll really struggling to pick out OP's posts in a thread. Is it just me?

Can Tech please look at the fact that my custom colours are correct on desktop and ipad (silver and dark lavender) but my phone is showing green and pink.

Ditto for me as well.

It's been like that on the mobile site since before these changes. Last time they reported they won't be allowing custom colours on the mobile site.
