App randomly shutting down.

It's been going on for a few weeks now, at first I thought it was because my phone (iPhone 5s) needed an update but I have since updated and it's still happening. Very annoying when I'm reading a thread and then it literally vanishes into thin air. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough for it to be an annoyance. The app opens up fine afterwards.

Just thought I'd let you guys know just in case there's an issue with the app.

Also, repeated trouble trying to access posts. Keep getting 'check your network ' messages, mostly though not exclusively on Threads I'm On.
iPhone 5s on safari.

Playing up on desktop site here. Slow so taking ages to read threads and then freezes so i have to leave site and then come back in again.

We're currently juggling fixing these bugs and building some new requested features, which means it's taking a bit longer than usual. According to our data, we only get around 20 crashes per day across the entire app, which makes it a bit harder to track down the bug. I'll let you know when I've had some progress - it must be very irritating!

The other day it crashed at least 5x in one day!

Whoops, thread dropped off my 'I'm on' list.

Thanks for the feedback HQ. The app seems to be shutting down more than ever at the moment. Very annoying when I'm in the middle of reading something or replying to someone, but I appreciate that you are currently working on a fix so fingers crossed you get to the bottom of it soon.

I've also had the 'nothing here, check your network' message numerous times, when there is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection.
