MN DEMO - Who is attending

Oh & I also think that people are not attending for the follwoing reasons:

  1. Those who would like to are either on holiday, looking after their kids or at work.

  2. Other do not agree with the timing of it or disagree full stop.

i don't think it's a case of agreeing with the timing. it is rushed, no-one is saying it isn't, but if we want to get coverage, it has to be tomorrow. that's just how news works!
imo nobody is on the back foot but we have to keep the story moving to keep interest up.

Ok, I think we are going to have to admit defeat on tomorrow, which is a real shame. Especially given JARM's huge efforts in rallying the troops - round of applause for that woman!

If we do it another day, I'll see if I can get DS1 looked after and sling it into town with DS2 - can't manage a double buggy through Oxford Circus by myself.

I JUST WANT TO CONFIRM FOR ANYONE OUT THERE STILL READING, THAT THE DEMO WAS PULLED DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABLITLY - NOT LACK OF INTEREST.

SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE SUPPORTED US, BUT DUE TO THE TIGHT TIMING INVOLVED, AND WE ARE MOTHERS WITH BABIES, IT WASNT POSSIBLE.

PLEASE DO NOT LOSE HEART OR FOCUS - TOGETHER WITH THE CORRECT PLANNING, WE CAN DO THIS XXX
